am usually one or twice a week there, customer service is five stars very nice people working there they always make you feel welcome and are very polite the reason i rate 1 star is because the owner take half of the emploeeys tips HOW SICK IS THAT owner stealing theirs tips i hope he get to see this and give the emploeeys their tips that is against the law stop making your own rules your not back in your country this the us

Just like any other subway they take your order and ask you if you want your sandwich toasted or regular, fast service good location in k-​town

Unilocal wants to know what keeps me coming here lol Welp, I love Subway, it’s walking distance from the house and right next door is the donut shop hehe I have to always ask for extra condiments cuz they are very stingy like geez load it upppp …5 pickles? …nah toss a couple more on there hunny… one skinny line of mayo? …nahhh drag that mayo back and forth !! .if im paying 8 bucks for a foot long I want to taste an ample amount of everythinnnnggggg! :) good customer service tho and always fast when there’s a line :)

If you’re sign says six, you should open at six!
I know you saw me pull up and wait in my car right outside!
Its 6:03 and you’re still chitchatting and laughing in the back!
If there was another safe healthy place to get breakfast I’d be there instead!

Worst customs service. two girls Jennifer and Ashely and extremely rude!!! wont be coming back because of them.

A typical subway for a quick lunch in LA.

Had to stop by this place, and the girl takes my order and doesn’t think to ask me «in case you’re paying with a card our computers are down» they waited until I was about to pay … How dumb is that?

Wow. I ordered $ 3 breakfast combo, got 1piece of napkin, coffee must have been brewed 10 hrs ago. This has to be by far the worst Subway.

I’m going to get straight to it and skip the small talk and sugar coating. This is the WORST subway I’ve ever had!!! no exaggeration. I came here with 3 of my gf’s and we just all looked at each other pissed off and annoyed that we just wasted a potential good lunch to a unappetizing lunch. My foodies out there you know what I mean. When one bad meal just ruins your whole day or you get so angry now you need something sweet to even it out.
We were on our way to Vegas and needed something quick and light so subway seemed perfect. I was trying to avoid this location since I read the reviews, but had no time so thought how bad could it be. uhhh WRONG! it was that bad. The girls were totally rude and just had an aura that made you want to shake them and say what the f is your problem. The bread is horrible. Not fresh at all, somewhat stale, and my gf had her sandwich all broken up and crumbled to pieces. She had to return it for a do over.
If you are hungry and on the go, I suggest just stick to the normal fast food joints or if your trying to stay healthier, which we were trying to do I’d go to Starbucks. They actually have some good snacks and sandwiches. Just stay clear of this place at ALL times! you have been warned! Eat fresh my ass!

Worst service ever! All the girls seem to be in a bad mood and very unprofessional

Bread never seems to be fresh, even at noon it is already hard, maybe due to the fact they never close the bread door all the way. None of the workers, including the Manager /​Owner ever seem happy. The majority of the workers seem to be in slow motion. Avoid this one if you are in a hurry, that is for sure.

With obviously the owner or manager around the young guy who took my order did a great job with the customer service… but…

I love Subway… Especially Februany. I just don’t like putting that lame filler they call iceberg lettuce in my sub. I want some actual health.
They were out of spinach. Please don’t run out of spinach. :)
