I had the worst experience at this subway. The Girls that work here are extremely rude and I felt sick after eating the spicy Italian sandwich I ordered. After speaking to my coworkers about food poising, it came to be that half of the office felt sick. I’m not sure if they are not keeping the meat cool enough but it’s scary to think that half my coworkers had the same experience I did and that this subway is still up and running. Bad food and bad service.

Besides not so good service, they had no wheat bread, no honey oat bread… Pretty much just white bread. Not a good experience at all but again maybe it was a bad day and they were super busy and this is why they were out of things they should have had. Oh, they were also out of meatballs and we had to wait, but again maybe they had a rough and busy day. At the end of the it was ONLY two of them and I have no idea what kind of rush they had before I got there and after a while they warmed up, but it’s frustrating when a place runs out of what you want. I would be interested in coming back and seeing if things are different

I just wanted something cheap and quick to ensure that the wallet was in good financial condition for the rest of the trip. Ordered a veggie sub. Prices seem to be at par. They have a few different flavors of spreads than what I get back home. Good customer service.

This Subway is really my lifesaver. One day, while perusing the Unilocal photos, I saw a photo of a Veggie Delight. Really nice photo per se and also considering that it was from an amateur. So I gave Veggie Delight a try. After several variations, my favorite version of this sandwich is made of Italian Bread, with Provolone Cheese, then toasted. Then after being toasted, I like to add green peppers, avocado, cilantro, mayonnaise and salt & pepper. Then after lunch, I fill out the survey on their receipt and I get my free oatmeal cookie for my next visit.(I bring my own sea-salt potato chips from Trader Joe’s.) Not counting the potato chips, the cost of this lunch is only $ 5.12 including tax. And the cookie is free of course. Not too shabby.

The average Subway. Located inside the AT&T center and it is pretty convenient to my workplace. Service is ok and they do everything you tell them to do with your sandwich. Nothing remarkable other than that. Oh, and the line can get pretty long during lunch hour.

It’s a Subway, it’s connected to my office building by underground tunnel, and they have $ 2 meatball subs all December. Nuff said.

Conveniently located inside the AT&T building, this Subway location can most likely get really busy during peak hours. But, lucky for me I tend to only sometimes come here and during the times I do, it is at odd lunch hours so I never have a real issue with a long wait. Currently, there are some great deals going on… $ 2, $ 4, $ 5 deals on certain sammies. My most recent trip consisted of a foot long Veggie Delight($ 4) + bag of chips($ 1) = $ 5 flat Take a survey online for a free cookie. When times are tough… I would say Subway is a good place to get the most for your money I suppose. Can’t wait to get my free cookie next time I’m there(survey, DONE!). Oh yes, and the guy making my sandwich did a nice job at creating one of the fullest Veggie Delights I have ever received after ordering. THANKYOU! :]

I am so glad this building has a subway just right downstairs! Right now they have the 5 dollar foot long deal and it is a perfect meal to satisfy cravings during long meetings and class time. I love the BLT add AVOCADO and you are SET! I love the Sweet Onion Chicken on a toasted honey oat loaf. hmm Since the footlong is so big, you can save half for dinner! The staff here is so nice and the service is super fast! they keep this store very clean and organized, and there is also outside seating as well as plenty of room seating inside!

Meh. I’ve experienced better is right. This Subway has got to be the stingiest /by-the-book Subway you can go to. While the manager is cool, the ladies behind the counter are sometimes rude. Many«first-timers» to this Subway may find themselves in the middle of a nerve-wracking«can I take your order? what kind of meat? what kind of cheese?» — you need to know what you want before you get to, oh, let’s say the time you enter the line with 3 – 4 ahead of you I get efficiency, but jeez… this well-oiled machine is not for everyone. Want to substitute one meat for another? Nope. can’t do that. There was a special one time for $ 3 for a bacon, ham, egg, and cheese sandwich… I don’t do bacon, so I asked for double ham. I got charged for double meat. I asked why… they told me that you can’t substitute and the they would have to charge me for double meat. This was when I got to the counter. So… I asked them to remake my sandwich. Speed does not make quality. Speed makes waste. A lot of the sandwiches I get from this location fall apart or leak… Avoid this location if you can.

Yeah we know all about Jarod eating here and losing a ton of weight… not literally but… well maybe literally… but what makes one Subway stand out from another? With this one being located on the bottom level of a high-rise office building in DTLA, it gets really slammed during lunch. Been here a bunch of times and kudos to the staff… they have a great system down and keep up with the rush. Not sure of the guy’s name who made our last few $ 5 veggie foot-longs here but the dude is a sandwich making Rock Star. He piled on the fixings when we were walking him through the«what else?» part of the process. That has us going back for more. NOTE: Only a few blocks from Staples Center and with parking on Grand &12th only $ 5, you may want to do the cheap parking, fill the void at Subway and walk to Staples.

Being a Subway employee(aka sandwich artist) must be the shittiest job in the world. You see, Subway made the mistake of allowing the customer to critique how the food is prepared. «Nah, I want more chipotle sauce» «That’s too much lettuce» «Damn why are you being stingy, can you add more meat» Fuck all this. Sure Subway made the preparation of their delicious sammiches transparent(literally through a glass) but this brings out the worst in people. Getting stuck behind picky-ass customers wanting 14 strands of lettuce and assholes that don’t get off their phone make me want to slap people beside their head. So next time you’re here be considerate of us hungry folks behind you and the poor souls preparing your food. Avoid a head slap and do your homework. Hell, you can even go to the subway website and create your own sammich, just hand them the print out of your marvelous creation.

I love the Breakfast Melt on a Muffin the Manager Angel is a great guy. The staff is a well oiled machine. This location is inside the AT&T building so they are slow on the weekends and busier during lunch on the weekdays. I usually call our groups order in. The $ 5 footlong is hard to beat and the food is always fresh.

What’s wrong with them… no cilantro? Asked her for it and the woman said«Subway doesn’t serve it.» Uh… all the other ones I go to do. And no fruit punch? Fail, dude.

The manager is a nice and friendly fella… the ladies are a bit moody depending on the time of day(morning). Otherwise it’s business as usual… slide my sandwich accross the counter, throw in some questionable meat products, processed cheese and a gamut of veggies for you to choose. I’ll have the tuna please…

I sort of feel like I’m cheating because I’m getting a «first to review» off of a chain store, but I heart Subway. This Subway in particular was not super clean(hence the three stars), but it gave me what I wanted. I don’t know what it is, but they do something magical to their bread or veggies to make them superb. I tried recreating their sandwiches at home, but it’s not the same as ordering it from the restaurant. Telling the sandwich maker exactly what you want on there and how much of each thing you want… maybe I just like barking orders at people. Just kidding. I’m pretttty sure I like it here because I get exactly what I ordered. The ingredients are super simple and USUALLY fresh. Even if some veggies happen to be lacking in freshness, the sandwich still manages to maintain that same«Subway» taste. Plus, it adds to the whole fast food experience of everything. It’s fast food, you can’t expect gourmet. This is a great place to go to for quick food, low price, and a guilt-free conscience. Depending on what you get, it can be considered«healthy», but if you’re planning on downing a whole footlong of anything in one sitting, it can’t be good for you. Here’s a calorie counter! Have fun :)
