Worst subway I’ve ever been to. I have to go here cause it’s right next to my work, but every time I go I get a new surprise. Today they were in the middle of making my sandwich and they put lettuce and tomatoes on and when I said salt and pepper they just stopped without saying anything and took out the trash from the back. They never say welcome like all the other subways and I always stand waiting forever until they feel like helping me.

worst subway i’ve ever been to. when it was my turn i asked for a kids meal turkey sandwich. she started making it, and then moved on to the next person without seeing if i needed anything else. i had to tell someone else that i wanted to order for myself(why would they assume i didn’t want to eat with my kid?). i ordered a classic footlong. they started making me a 6″, and i had to correct them. the cashier asked if i wanted chips or apple for the kids meal. i said chips. i check my receipt after paying, and i was charged for an additional bag of chips and a deluxe instead of classic sandwich. i went back and said i was overcharged, and she said she had to refund and recharge me the entire order. she refunded me ONLY for the sandwich and charged me for the sandwich and the kids meal AGAIN! they literally got EVERYTHING wrong that they could get wrong. sorry for the long ass review over a SUBWAY, but i just really had to vent over this nightmare of an experience!

I wish I would have checked the ratings here before I came. I found this Subway on Google maps, it was the closest to me. I called before going in to make sure they took EBT, and I was told they did. I’m a disabled veteran and I always call the places before I go in, because going out period is painful and hard, and getting into and out of my car is painful and hard. I’m barely scraping by in life right now, and living out of my car, so I need to take advantage of my public benefit to make sure I eat okay. Once I went in, I ordered two foot long subs for my next two days of meals. These are usually $ 5 anywhere else, but this location charged me $ 8.25 each for my subs, and all of the other subs on their menu ranged from $ 6.25-$ 9+, so I’m not sure why there’s a mark-up at this location? I thought it was supposed to be the same at all Subway branded locations? I told them I didn’t want the subs and I’d go to another location, because I didn’t want to use my very limited cash to pay for the subs — I wanted to use my EBT they told me they accepted over the phone. They then told me they would call security if I didn’t pay for what I ordered. The staff doesn’t know what the subs are supposed to have on them, and have a rude stand-off’ish vibe. Subway needs to remove their branding from this location and close it, or get a new owner operator/manager. Horrible.

This subway has always been disgusting and has gotten a lot worse through the years. The employees have no understanding of the concept of making a sandwich… it takes them forever. It doesn’t matter which employee it is, all of them suck. Actual conversation: «Would you like anything else on your sandwich?» «no» “do you want sauce?” «no. the sandwich is done» «do you want salt?» «no… I’m done. it’s done» «do you want dressing?» «no… no thank you… I just want to pay» «do you want parmesan cheese?» «no… please… please no… the sandwich is fine the way it is» «would you like to add a drink?» «no» “would you like to add chips and a cookie?” «no» “okay.“ There is also an abundance of flies all throughout the store– including in the cookie container! GROSS!!!

One of the most ghetto subways ever — i came in on sunday morning at 8 a. m the employees have their cell phones on full volume listening to rap with bad words in front of my kids, the workers are just giggling and punching each other calling each other names this is a circus never coming back

Great subway, it’s an open space with a lot of room, good a/c, nice employees, plenty of parking and open 24⁄7.

Pretty good for a late night run. The night shift crew is very nice. They seem to cut everything at night for the following morning shift, so everything is fresh. I would defenitly recomend stopping by at night.

Turkey sandwich on wheat roll is perfect and healthy for a diet makes you feel satisfied and does not leave you still hungry. B.m.t. Sandwich is delish!!! I have it when I’m off my diet and really enjoy this. The jalepeno chips are perfect compliment to The sandwich. My sister loves the grilled Chicken sandwich with chipotle sauce and pickles. All sandwiches i had are good. The la cienega location is the best subway to me.

HORRIBLE! 2 weeks ago i went for lunch at 12:40pm. They ran out of bread — only had wheat and jalapeño available. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for any other bread. How could they have no bread at a peak lunch period? The week before I went to the same place and ordered 4 meatball subs. I was told they had no more meatballs. It was 7:45pm and this particular Subway is open 24 hours. How could they have no more meatballs? I called the corporate office to complain. She told me she would have the owners call me, but after 3 weeks of waiting, no one responded. I would not suggest anyone go to this Subway. Horrible practices followed. Maybe the owners should be involved more.

I wanted to give this place three stars, but will give only two. I walked in ordered a tuna sandwich and ended up getting a vegetable sandwich. By the time I was on the rode trying to take a big sweet bite of my food, I only tasted greens and tomato. Food quality is, its subway, don’t expect too much out of it, but at least you know it is bette than any other fast food place in the neighborhood. The staff at this place are amazing and friendly.

Horrible establishment with bad management… They LIE and say the restroom is out of order… A restaurant should never do this as people need to wash their hands before eating. I will never go back

I said Italian the guy pulls out wheat. The guy had attitude. Plus is was a zillion degrees in there. No AC and their oven turns the place into a sauna. further their lids dont fit the cups right and I spilt my soda over my sandwich. They did not put on enough mustard or maynaise.

I don’t get the low reviews for this place. It’s a Subway franchise so, it is what it is. Compared to the dozens of other Subways 10 minutes from this one, it’s open 24 – 7 and the staff is always fast and friendly. Plus there is plenty of parking. What else could you ask for in a «subway»? Jalepeno cheddar bread toasted, then double pastrami and swiss.

This subway is open 24hrs and seems to prepare things more quickly than average, even at night.

Sometimes you just want a nasty sandwich. And after a late night in dt culver, the DD(me) has to bust a u-turn to satisfy the monster in the passenger seat. «MEWANTSUBWAY, MEWANTSUBWAY»! after we pass it on the right. God damn, he saw it. And the bright neon OPEN sign. Ok, so no, he didn’t exactly bellow out like a caveman, but this is what I heard in my mind. As I flipped a 180. Then I saw cops. Following me into the plaza with the 24 hour Subway. Oh noooooooooo please. Ok they parked and went into Subway. I guess they just wanted some nasty sandwiches as well. At 2am. They sorta glanced my way, but didn’t give me a second look. Thank you, racial stereotypes about Asian women drivers, maybe.
