The chick with the R2D2 tattoo was so cool and friendly definitely gonna come back as long and she’s working there

The lady that works here is so rude. On top of that she was practically counting strands of anything I asked on my sandwich, super stingy with any of the toppings.
The worst part is the sandwich was subpar to any other subway ive been to. Pretty sure the bread was old cause it was chewy and stale even toasted. I will never come back here again.

I’m not sure why this place has such bad reviews…
I come here fairly often to order some lunch for my company or to grab lunch by myself and they always have friendly staff on hand! Their staff is not only friendly but also quick! We usually have to order 7 – 8 sandwiches but they are usually great at multitasking and sharing the work load.
Occasionally, they have some new workers that are still familiarizing themselves with how to properly make the sandwiches, but you can expect to see that at any Subway or even any other restaurant with some new hires.
I can’t really speak for the taste of the food… because it tastes like any other subway, but generally they make the sandwiches pretty well (They’re easy to eat and don’t make a mess).
5 stars for just the friendly + quick staff :)

I live literally 3 blocks away and this subway is very convenient but the owners of this place are cheap! It’s like they count how many pickles, cucumbers, bell pepper Alice’s etc they’re putting on your food. The Indian lady is rude, she rushes you and she rushes her workers. I suggest going to the subway located on western. It’s a little farther but they’re way nicer than these people.

I was in the area while visiting a family member and had a craving for a subway salad. I get there and SPECIFICALLY ask for the chicken to be placed on top of the salad in larger chunks. As I move on to order a sandwich for my mom, i notice that my salad is being chopped too fine. I politely ask where the chicken is. The girl making the salad says «It’s in there“with a HORRIBLE attitude. When I take a look at the salad, the chicken looks like it has been pureed. In my head, I’m thinking, do these girls think I’m ordering a smoothie??? Anyways, I ask the girl to make it again and she tells me that there is no chicken when right in front of me, there is a piece of chicken! At this point I’m very annoyed because both female employees were being extremely rude and fussy. I just payed for my salad and left. I didn’t even finish making the sandwich because they were being SO rude!
If it had not been for the fact that they both had attitude and spoke in a rude tone, I would have been okay with it. BUT, that wasn’t how things played out. If you’re working with the public, you need to know how to act! Even if I seemed «picky» (which I wasn’t), why be rude? Every other Subway I have been to, makes my salad the way I ask for it to be made. It isn’t difficult!
Oh, and on top of that, the girl making my salad had a huge hickey on her neck. Unprofessional much?
Definitely not coming back here! GROSS! Customer service is horrible!
