Make sure you ask them what they are charging you for the extra meat, in store it’s advertised as 1.50 but they will charge for you 3.00 all the time. Poor customer service when you ask them about the charge.

This is the best subway I have ever been to. I come by twice a day breakfast and lunch… the breakfast is to die for. I get a jalapeño bread, yellow egg with Chipotle and sriracha sauce toasted with cheese all the ingredients I want with some ranch and the breakfast comes with a free coffee… lunch is great, turkey with avocado yummy. The staff is great they never rush me make it the way I want, overall this subway is great. On top of it great food and they make it the way u like… they keep me coming back for the great food and service. .don’t for get to do a survey, it comes with a free cookie. It’s totally worth it and I think they deserve to get a great feedback on their hard work.

Subway is Subway, walking distance just blocks away from where I work. Would come here more often if they smile more!

So, this definitely seems like a Subway. When I first came in the door I noticed a prep line stocked with many of the types of ingredients you would expect to find on a sandwich. The copious amounts of signage and the branding on the drink cups and napkins clinched it. Yep it’s definitely a Subway. Still, just to be sure, I made my way the the prep line and, with a small amount of trepidation, ordered a sandwich. Before I knew it, I was being whisked down the length of the prep line while people standing on the opposite side, strangely dressed in similar garb, asked what ingredients I wanted on my sandwich. I was overwhelmed with options! I felt drunk with power as I requested multitudes of ingredients be placed upon my sandwich. Suddenly I was the master of my own destiny! This was MY sandwich and I was going to have it MY way! I didn’t even care that at the end, they asked me for money. It was worth the small fee they charge to make me feel this way. Finally, I sat down, get this, IN the restaurant itself. With trembling hands, I unwrapped my freshly made sandwich, built to my specifications only moments earlier. As I took the first bite, my tast buds were overcome by a myriad of flavors and textures. Now this is a sandwich! For the next 20 minutes, I savored each and every bite as if it were the first. Upon completing my meal, I had the strong sensation of being full and satisfied. If you long for these sensations; If you want to personally experience the magic that is the marriage of bread, meat, cheese and vegetables, then run, don’t walk to this one of a kind destination. You won’t be disappointed.

Subway is Subway. You get a mid-tier sandwich for a decent price and it usually fills you up relatively healthily(compared to the Taco Bell next door). This location is no different. It’s a bit small but I usually only see 3 – 4 people eating here anyway. The parking lot is atrocious(one side and watch out backing up because it’s a wall on the other side), so I usually ride my bike here.

I just have to give the ladies that work at this particular location props. I’ve never seen a Subway crew work together so well. They’re efficient, they’re fast, and most importantly, they don’t bat an eye when you need to order 10+ subs, all with detailed instructions. In fact, with big orders, they bag each other separately, label the subs, and even can put stuff like jalapenos in little containers for you, for the picky people. It’s amazing to get that kind of service at a fast food place, especially from people who are so happy to do it. Parking really sucks, especially at lunch time.

This is the nearest Subway around the neighborhood. It’s never busy. I have come here in the evening, and always take it to go. I wouldn’t eat here, but employees are ok.

This is an ok subway. The staff is never smiling. There is always a line and the few times it isn’t my sandwich maker seems distracted. I don’t know what another reviewer is talking about, but parking in this tiny lot is impossible! They have a car covered in Subway stickers taking up a spot, they should put it near the street where someone might see it and free up some parking. If I had the option of another Subway, I’d probably still come to this one because it’s so close. At least the food is fresh. Bread is warm every time I come in also.

As far as Subway franchises goes, this one is pretty good. The staff is friendly. I go in here quite often and the workers always smile and ask how my day is going. Most of them even remember my favorite sandwich. «Hello sir, will that be a double roast beef and swiss cheese on honey oat?» Why yes, yes it is. This place is clean. The floor, tables and seats, always look clean. The staff always uses sanitized gloves before making your sandwich and wash their hands after handling money. I don’t want to sound like a paranoid Howard Hughes-like germ freak, but cleanliness in any food joint means a lot to me. It shows this place is well managed. There’s also plenty of staff on hand to get you in and out of the place quickly. Subway bread is baked fresh daily and if you order a sub with double meat it’s a pretty darn good sandwich. This location often runs specials and you can typically get a decent lunch for a few bucks. There’s plenty of free parking. PLEASENOTE: You can only(legally) make a right-hand turn into the parking lot going North on La Cienega.
