Am tired of flying in to LAX Airport and staying at Westin hotel next to subway and not being able to eat at Subway which is a healthy choice over Mc Donalds. The late crew one day can speak english just perfect. My next trip, they dummy up and can not understand a word I say. The next trip we can talk just fine. My other complaint is the short stocky black guard that walks around the property being nasty to some of the guest. Only once did the dummy say anything to me. I dont think he will do it again. Dont wast your time going to this subway. Better one is just up the street just before the airport.

DON’T COMEHEREIFYOUWANTTOGETINSULTED! Never again will i come here. It is very unfortunate that this place lacks good employees. I loved coming here because its 24 hrs and its relatively close to my house. I rather do the drive to a better location with respectful employees. My experience was very SHOCKING, UNPLEASANT, and REPUGNANT! I don’t understand why they all had such long faces. I was being very nice and polite so i don’t understand the need for disrespect. Ms. NATALIE was disrespectful, with the worst attitude. I kindly asked for a bit more spinach because she added a few leaves to half of my 6″… In all honesty the spinach didn’t even cover most of the sandwich. I know what its like to be behind the counter because i previously worked at 2 subways when i was younger and definitely know i wasn’t asking for too much. She then proceeded to add very little ingredients, at this point i just wanted to pay for my sandwich and leave. Then what made my experience 10 times worse was when whispered under her breath, «MAMONA». That’s a Spanish insult. It’s definition differs depending on the Spanish background. Typically it could mean, d*ck sucker, annoying, and stupid. Im guessing she didn’t know i was Mexican and knew what that meant. I called her out on it but hopefully this location gets newer and better people. 0 Stars.

I usually go to the Subway at closer to LAX. Last Saturday I decided to stop here after work to give this store a try. As soon as i stepped in I noticed the vibe was different here. I was promptly greeted and although there were a few people ahead of me the line was moving fast. The young man making my sandwich, Miguel was nice and courteous. I was under the weather that day so without any hesitation he went out of his way to get me a lukewarm water bottle. The dining area was clean and had a café atmosphere to it. I have decided to change Subways, the extra 5 minutes drive is well worth it.

I come here every day to eat lunch when I’m at work. I always order the same sandwich the same way. But just recently the afternoon staff was replaced by the worst employees I’ve ever seen in this establishment. Upon entering I was immediately given bad service, the woman helping me stared at me until I ordered the bread, and didn’t say a word until I asked her for cheese. She then toasted the sandwich without asking and proceeded to bad mouth me in Spanish before I could tell her I didn’t want it toasted. Im assuming she had no clue I speak Spanish because she kept on saying rude comments In between questions of what I wanted on the sandwich. Already 10 minutes into my break I didn’t bother asking her to remake it NOT toasted in fear of her tampering with the quality of my food. But I was wrong, she then began practically throwing the veggies on the sandwich. Now I’m no sandwich expert, but I assume the ingredients are ment to be spread out evenly within the sandwich. By the time she was done the bread was ripped and smushed. I will no longer spend my hard earned money on this branch as long as the afternoon staff are still employed. They DONOT take the job seriously and deserve nothing more than to get fired for poor attitude, verbal abuse and unacceptable sandwich preparation.

It’s about 2:30am. The only bill I had to cover the cost was $ 20. The cashier first told me I had to wait until they could open the register before I could get me change. I have no choice so I say okay. Here I am just standing there and wanting to leave already. After quite awhile she opens the register. ***I clearly see a stack of $ 5 bills in the cashier drawer*** but she gives me all $ 1 bills instead. I ask for larger bills because all these one dollars can’t possibly fit in my slim wallet.(Google flipside wallet to see what I mean.) She lies and says they don’t carry any larger bills. I told her I saw some $ 5 bills that I would rather get and show her my slim wallet. It can fit only so many bills. Then she tells me to wait again for the next customer so she can open the drawer. I wait some more. He slides a credit card and then she tells me sorry, he didn’t pay cash so I can’t exchange your bills. Then tells me thanks for coming. What an asshole. I roll my eyes and silently walked out with loose $ 1 bills I have to scrunch in my pocket. That’s the last time I’m going there.

This is probably the fanciest Subway I’ve ever been to. It’s open 24 hours, there are nice lounge type seats, a tv, and they even sell muffins? I came in at 11 pm hoping that my choice didn’t turn out to be sketchy or a dull environment but it was actually a very nice experience with kind workers. But yes it’s a Subway, things are nice, and I suggest it if you like eating at these restaurants.

Clean. Fast. Opens 24 hours. Opens during holidays. Street or backlot parking. Subway will always be subway. With everything or anything.

I came here on Saturday night around 10pm for a snack. I had a 3-inch turkey and provolone sandwich, not toasted with lots of veggies, the same thing I always get at subway. Starting at 2am, 4 hours later I started feeling nauseous. I spent all of Sunday, and most of Monday in bed with food poisoning. The food poisoning sucked, but when I called the manager to let them know what hapened, and hopefully prevent anyone else from getting food poisoning, the manager was downright rude to me. She asked me the sandwich I ordered, and to fax her my receipt so she could look at the cameras, but it was clear she wasnt interested in spending her time figuring out the problem. with any fresh restaurant like Subway you have to understand the risk of cross contamination and temperature danger zone, but it’s the restaurant’s duty to ensure it’s food is clean and safe for consumption. And the manager coud have been a little empathetic and interested in fixing/finding out what went wrong.

Great sandwich at this location but they can’t seem to make up their minds on what time a certain breakfast promo starts in the morning. I usually drop by here sometime after midnight for a quick fix(hey, 24 hours right). One employee says the breakfast promo is okay at 1:30am. On another visit one says not until 2:30am and still at another visit it wont start until 3am. And another employee says not ’til 5am! In short the breakfast promo runs anytime in the morning BUTNOTRIGHTNOWWHILEYOU’REHERE — sorry! What the…

Parking here is tricky, if your lucky to get a spot on the curb then your good, but if the curb is full, you can go in the parking structure right beside it and the attendant will serve you some shady business… just make sure you mention that your eating at Subway and he will give you a ticket for validation. Be aware, its only free for 40 mins, any second more than that and your paying. Make sure to lock your car, this parking also serves as a car-wash and rent a car place… Other than that the Subway joint is clean and tidy, always mention the deals advertised on the poster on the windows because they sure ain’t being offered inside.

Located right across the street from our hotel. Instead of walking next door to McDonald’s I was craving a Subway sammich of course. So I jaywalked my ass across the street to get one! ;) I had no idea that Subway now offers breakfast pastries like delicious muffins and such! Mmmm. If these pastries are as heavenly as their cookies, then I’ma be a Subway fan for life! FYI, this Subway is located on a busy street, so if you’re driving you gotta park on the street peeps(or walk to it like I did).

the good part is that it’s close to work so i stop by a lot. the bad part is i work near where everyone else works and stops by alot. the good part is they are fast and efficient so they get you in/out. the bad part is finding parking to get in the first place. the good part is they charged $ 2/each of the 4x i came by for Dec special. the bad part is the last time they charged me $ 2.18. the good part is i’ve never gotten food poisoning here. the bad part is the last time they charged me $ 2.18 for a $ 2 sandwich. eh.

Not too bad of a Subway(though in my opinion a Subway can only reach a certain level of awesomeness lol). Nice that it is open 24-hours but it seems strange that it has a coffee shop/starbucks vibe with the low coffee tables and couches(making it very uncomfortable to enjoy your sandwich). Given its close proximity to LAX I guess this can be construed as useful to some… for me — not so much. Other than the interesting interior design, this is a very standard Subway. Gotta love a 5 dollar footlong :) The new raspberry cheesecake cookies are pretty good too. Parking sucks.

This is a perfect place to kill time and grab a sandwich if you get to the airport too early. It’s open 24-hrs and has a bathroom, which is rare for subways! There are 4 comfortable chairs that are like the type you would find at a Starbucks.

Good fast service. No line if you get there at 8am. Gotta love the 5 dolla spicy italian or tuna footlong.

Around lax there is definitely a price distortion finding anything that resembles normalcy is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. This subway location is one of the few within walking distance from my work on w century blvd. And I know it’s reasonable because the typical crowd is the airline operations crowd. Looking at the menu prices they were about what it’s like at other subway franchises I’ve been to considering that other fast food franchises located on airport property have inflated food prices and besides unless you have a plane ticket cannot get to.
