Been here many, many times during the past month thanks to their Sub of the day promo. This location used to have its issues with staff that took their sweet time to prep sandwiches and ring up orders. That hasn’t been the case lately(maybe its because I’m a frequent customer and they basically know me the moment I walk in the door). Staff is friendly(I’ve mainly dealt with afternoon and night folks) and does a great job in building sandwiches in a timely manner. My go-to spot!

Usually I have a great experience at this particular location when I visit early in the morning. Today I visited a little after 11 am and when I said; «Hello» to my server she completely ignored me and asked«What kind of bread do you want?» Ok strike one, I thought and then went on to order. She was extremely bothered that I was ordering two sandwiches. Another strike. She cut a third of a avocado onto my footlong sandwich which is instead supposed to be half(charged me for half an avocado). Another strike. I asked for feta cheese and she asked another associate where it was. He told her to go look in the back and instead of doing so, she told me that they didn’t have any. Another strike. She also gave me a nasty look because I wanted to pay separate. Smh. I told her I wanted soup for both sandwiches and she proceed to give me chicken noodle before even asking me which soup I wanted(broccoli and cheese). Subway I know this particular experience with your associate Ruby is not a reflection of your company. I know that you guys uphold the standard for customer service and that your customers voice matters which is why I’m writing this review. I hope one day in the near future that I can update this review with a better and more positive experience. One that reflects your high standards in customer service and customer appreciation.

I get the breakfast sub here occasionally, half asleep I enter this place and a lady Icela(I think) greets me with her beautiful wide smile. I swear I feel like my day starts so good already. Also shes so helpful with requests for your sub or coffee. Definitely great customer service.

Subway is a made to order spot is it not, so why is it that the lady ahead of me received attitude for a special request and then to make matters worst the attitude trickled to me, like wait a minute. Don’t treat my sandwich like crap cause you are not happy. I didn’t give you an attitude, I continued to be polite throughout the transaction even when she haphazardly wrapped my sandwich none to tightly. I’m very dissatisfied with the service at this location.

This place is an institution of capitalistic confinement. One wherein the basic creative aspects of human nature are alienated from exploring, regardless of whether or not they are a customer or are not disturbing anybody. For example, I sought to play chess a late night within this subway, along with a friend of mine. After purchasing some food, we decided to play a few games in the empty store. In our own sphere of influence, in silent thinking over the 64 squares. We were immediately yelled at, to stop playing chess. What a bewildering policy. One of the most harmless activities are restricted for two cold wanderers of creative thought. Told that we could not silently eat and play chess, and that security would escort us from the premises. Why? What insult could we possibly pose to an empty store? Two friends with nowhere else to play are ostracized? Is the manager a failed chess player who never developed basic principles to become a good player? Similarly hindered in logical thought, making them blinded to the harmless nature of our contemplative game? I’ll sure be one to contest this policy at the first moment possible. If somebody is wanting to contact me first, and apologize for the abrasive and disrespectful attitude of the employees, feel free: 323−303−3179

This is the worse Subway location I have ever been to. Everytime I come in here and ask for a chop salad the employees always give an attitude. The employees don’t listen at all and they seem to always be in a hurry when making your order. I have contacted corporate on this store and still haven’t heard anything regarding my issue. I’m very disappointed in Subway.

Horrible service! Not friendly! Don’t try to take care of their customers! Came in right at opening to get food for a field trip. So that the sandwich didn’t get soggy on the field trip I asked them to put the wet veggies on the side. Well I received major opposition. I was even told by the manager company policy to not place things in certain containers. Really?!? I think they forgot who keeps them in business… your policy or customers! Especially, since this was a simple request. Before asking for a mgr, the associate assisting me obviously didn’t want to be bothered! I thought to myself, why do companies hire people with absolutely NOPEOPLESKILLS, that should be the #1 job requirement! Subway your food sucks!!! I only came in because at 7am their aren’t many options!

One of my worst subway experiences! They were extremely unfriendly, ran out of basic ingredients(like pickles) at 8PM and had no chip selection. The store was dirty and they artists do not understand the concept of assembly line sandwich making. The customer who came in after me got their sandwich first because the person helping me was moving in slow motion. I will drive out of my way to avoid this Subway.

I don’t like this location at all. Only reason I come here is because of the short walking distance from places like Yogurtland or Ralph’s and I can get everything in one stop. Constant overcharges and lazy customer service will have me visiting another location. Last time I was here the cashier was so busy talking to one of the«sandwich artists» about her boyfriend I never received a greeting. Couldn’t even put the currency in my hand correctly.

NOPUBLICRESTROOM! *&^%$#@!!! Guys, what are we supposed to do when out working, come in for a quick bite but first want to use the toilet and WASHOURHANDS before using them to eat a sandwich? The first and last time I ever ate at your place I wanted to use the restroom, wash up first but couldn’t. Not at all customer friendly to say the least. I REALLY hope the person who came up with this brilliant idea get the same treatment for themselves sometime.

This is my favorite local Subway for a quick lunch, despite the location on Slauson being closer to my office. This Subway has always displayed an A(unlike the latter), and the staff is agreeable though occasionally distracted. The rack of chips is kept behind the counter, so explaining my selection to the cashier is slightly inconvenient. One wall sports comfortable armchairs, but the accompanying tables are uncomfortably low for eating.
