This is your typical subway nothing fancy. They do have good customer service I’ve never had any problems when I go in and order any of my sandwiches or salads. The one complaint I would have about this location is that they do not have their own parking all the parking around is paid parking or you can take the risk of parking in the McDonalds across the street. They are even charging for part of the McDonalds parking lot so now. I guess that’s what you get for going to downtown you can kind of expected parking to be an issue.

Lunchtime… it was busy but fast and the food was good like any Subway. There were no slow or dumb employees that I saw. I like that you can get any sandwich now as a salad. I just didn’t think this place deserved the bad rap that it was getting.

Ok, I gave 5 stars because everyone seems to be bashing this restaurant. I was on jury duty and didn’t want the roach coach outside. This subway made perfectly good subway food and it was not slow at all. It was reasonably clean with seemingly good employees. This is not a 5 star steakhouse — it’s a sandwich shop and I like it. Now that you can order any sandwich as a salad, I like it even better!

This is a great option for those serving jury duty as it’s literally across the street from the L.A. Municipal Courthouse. If you’re a vegetarian like me, its also the only real option within easy walking distance in the area. Service was prompt and friendly. I did not experience any issues with slow service that other reviewers have mentioned. The interior was clean and comfortable. The food was typically Subway, no more, no less.

My girlfriend and I worked out at a dance studio and we were beyond hungry. We were literally looking at any place for a quick grub… Noah’s Bagels was closed at 4pm across the street and then we saw Subway. We literally barged in and I vaguely remember the two employees greeting us. I told her that we were going to share a foot long sandwich roasted turkey on whole wheat. OMG that lady was so slow… what the heck was she doing? I had forgotten about her for a moment and was looking at the extras to go into the sandwich. Then she called me over and asked me what i wanted, WTF?! My friend and I were shocked. Then I told her again… foot long roasted turkey on whole wheat. Another guy jumped in and started helping her(thank goodness)!. We were sooooo hungry we wanted to jump behind the counter and help ourselves! The poor guy was trying to wrap up the sandwich and I yelled at him not to… since we were about to devour it. But OMG that was the slowest Subway encounter ever… maybe I was extra hungry… but that was not cool.

I have to say that this is the slowest Subway ever! I went to buy a breakfast sand which in the morning while the restaurant was empty and the lady who made my sand which couldn’t be any slower! Wow! She did everything in slow motion! She looked very very tired or very very bored! My second time there she had help! Another employee to help her in case it got busy! Busy? I was the only customer! Ha! She was still slow! And my sand which smelled strange! I couldn’t eat it! I am never coming to this subway again!
