letty was rude at 9:30am i wanted to use the restroom to wash my hands and i got an immediate quick second stare saying you have to buy something first. so i did. and the. she started playing the part a usual cold service. thats it. then i start eating the deluxe steak and cheese only to find out after a few bites that the center is cold. i went back to have it reheated. so now im thinking about what letty did yeah i also got one napkin, actually rude service never smiling at me to put things right first time i enter subway and the meat is cold not knowing how many seconds it should go with deluxe steak. now ive been noticing«hi welcome to subway» many times. but seriously i was not welcomed at all by letty.

It’s Subway, it’s consistent. Workers are super sweet and nice when I went. You order what you want and they give it to you. The Broad museum is right next door. If you want to use the restroom, you will need to ask for the key. Restroom is kind of dirty/messy though. =/

Pros: Open 24⁄7 so when you need a late LATE late night grub that isn’t too unhealthy(i.e. stuffing yourself with a cheesy pizza) then this is your go-to I got the roast beef with provolone on wheat. Super quick when you need a very quick meal. Cons: This is not a place to have your dinner-time chat bonding type of thing. Will be back when I need a quick meal Its a clean subway and they don’t skimp out on ingredients or rush you too much like a lot of the other ones so i would say better than most. TIP: ALWAYSALWAYS get the Chipotle Southwest Mayo nomnomnom makes everything taste so good

It’s a Subway but it’s a nice one. Same food of course but the service is nice – specifically the lunch-time cashier gives me two cookies for the one-cookie survey. ;) And she’s nice per se. Also the atmosphere is not bad. Lights are kinda dim. And the décor – on one side they have a faux brick wall, well ok, that doesn’t quite work but I like the other side which has a maroon wall. Overall the place has a clean feel.(They have outdoor seating too.)

Quick stop next door for a bite while waiting for our Kusama reservation at The Broad. Fresh baked Italian Herbs & Cheese! That’s the only reason I come to subway. Pretty quick service. Got the Italian BMT foot-long toasted. And a 1-minute survey got us a free Cookie :-) Not bad.

For a Subway… it’s just a Subway… Just don’t believe in fresh… unless you think it is fresh frozen…

This is the second Subway location that is well within walking distance of the Music Center, and it is open on the weekends. A life saver when you are running late to a show or your reservations at a restaurant fall through. Small dining area inside and outside, or take it to go and find an interesting place to picnic.

This Subway is one of my go-to lunch spots in downtown. It’s one of the few places where you can get a good hearty meal for $ 5 or cheaper in the area. The staff is always super efficient and friendly, and they keep the line moving and the toppings well stocked even at the height of the lunch rush.

It’s a nice Subway but not really 4-worthy, IMHO. The dining area *is* nice and large, and they seem to keep it really clean. The workers are efficient, if not lacking in a little friendliness(my old Subway on Wilshire at Witmer spoiled me on that). If you need a Subway, it’s fine.

This is a very clean location with an optimal location(at the base of the grand building). The staff were all quite friendly. Four stars for location and because they gifted me one extra cookie.

It’s a normal subway, friendly staff, sometimes might be a little slow. During lunch hours they often run out of bread so that’ll only leave wheat and italian which is a minus. but overall it’s a good subway

Employees are pretty chill. 10% off if you live in the building, although they ask for ID to prove it. Who gets a new ID every time they move? Food is good. All about that Meatball Marinara w/extra marinara on garlic bread with oregano and Parmesan. Pizzas are good too.

Really nice, new subway with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is available in the building with quick in and out. Line moves fast and staff are friendly.

As far as Subways go, this location is spacious, clean, and bright. Courteous service(even if my newbie server didn’t have her combos and ingredients quite memorized yet). Convenient spot to quickly fill your belly before or after a visit to MOCA, Walt Disney Concert Hall, etc.

12:30 lunch rush is no joke. I get it. Subway isn’t a 5 star restaurant and you really can’t be too picky looking for food on Bunker Hill during peak luch hour. However, the entire premise of this place are sandwiches made to order, and I would at least hope that the people making it are listening to what I’m saying. Long story short, here’s a mini reenactment: Worker: Toppings? Me: Lettuce…(cutting me off) Worker: Ok everything.(proceeds to add, literally, every topping and then passes it on) Next worker: Anything else? Me: Light mayo? Worker:(pours on vinaigarette). Me: I didn’t order that. Worker: Want me to take the top layer off?(Really?! Not even a sorry?) Me: Fine. Fine. Salt and pepper too please. Worker:(reaches for the onions). We’ll end it there. I’m sure you get the picture. You can bet your ass that I’ll be getting lunch there again(location is too dang convenient), but dammit, I don’t have to like it.

I love the Subway here! I always come when I’m the area cause it seems to be the only cheap place for food and drinks in downtown. My friend and I were dying from thirst when we were at the Disney Concert Hall, and when we were there, the people were so chill with us getting refills! I took the phone survey and gave them 10’s on everything. They even let us claim the free cookie on the same visit! Great customer service!
