How hard is it to understand«steak & cheese?!» The worker upon arrival asked what I wanted so I said steak and cheese and then he proceeds with chicken and places it in a bun without asking anything else. When I bought it to his attention he gets upsets about it and then continues to make the sandwich upset. Seriously. I don’t like to place people on blast but please hire employees that understand and know what they are doing? Worst customer service ever!!!

My girlfriend and I decided to get a late-night dinner at 10 o’clock for ourselves and went to this Subway. When we got there, we waited two minutes before somebody came to the counter to help us. None of the vegetables were out even though they didn’t close for another two hours, by the way. So guy number one asks what she’d like. My girlfriend wanted a six inch tuna sub on white. He gets the bread out then heads to the back. Another came out, guy number two, and asked what meat she wanted. Again, she said tuna. He puts the tuna on the whole foot-long loaf! Guy number one comes about again putting on his apron. He started my BMT like I wanted it. He asked me if I wanted it toasted and I shook my head and told him, no.” I continue having a conversation with my girlfriend as he’s preparing my sandwich and next thing I knew, I heard him starting the oven with my sub already inside. We still took the sandwiches, but we will not be returning customers to that location. The associates weren’t professional at all with the way they carried themselves, nor how they prepared our sandwiches. On the plus side, the subs turned out to be pretty good, hence the two stars.

I think the sandwich artists might have been high… The service was way below any other Subway that I’ve visited. They spoke at a bare minimum volume, weren’t very friendly, and were sloppy in sandwich-making. However, the store is clean and the sandwiches were fresh.

I came here just to get the ½ and 1:2 ice tea and lemonade. At 10:45am they didn’t have any iced tea or coffee. Super disappointed. I didn’t want any soda. When I tried to get a refund, the cashier, wouldn’t give me one. Probably won’t come back.

Staff is friendly and fast, very chill atmosphere. Open electrical outlets and free WiFi… in this part of LA, that’s a rarity! Accepts credit cards and EPT. Only one drawback: no restrooms.

Meh… That’s how I feel every time I eat Subway. They have subpar food, not so fresh veggies, and not good protein. However, I always feel like I am eating«healthy» because I am not eating fast food. Since most of the Subway locations are either open late or 24 hours, it’s a good option to go for when you have late night munchies and you can to feel kind of healthy. I normally go for the turkey sub, however, sometimes I do go for the chicken breast. But, I always regret getting the chicken breast because the meat always tastes weird and rubbery. Bleh. Most times you can go in and out of Subway, except during peak lunch times or when they have the $ 5 footling deal. Those times, if you get stuck with a worker so slow, you will be there forever. This location is an OK location. The workers are usually quick and pleasant. The reason why I docked off a star for this place is because the parking lots sucks so much. The spaces are super tiny. And, this location also shares the same shopping plaza as Heu, so at night times, the parking lot is chaos! If you decide to go during«bar time», I suggest going to any number of other Subways, located near this one. This location is also not 24 hours, but it is open late.
