I’m really happy I came across Nareg with Subtle Sheen last year while wandering around St Vincent Jewelry Mart. I originally found him while seeing his father when I needed a diamond replaced in a ring. I had talked to him about redesigning my wedding band that had structural problems.
Nareg recently graduated school for computer design [I’m sure there’s a technical degree name) and was able to take my ideas and computer generated them. I was so impressed! I contacted him after the holidays and he tweaked a few ideas. Then I went dormant for a few months. A month before my 10 year wedding anniversary I called him up and asked if he could make it happen before August. He said yes and the adventure began.
My husband and I met with him in his office on the 9^th floor. Explained to us the entire process. Sent us detailed emails and pictures. He was very upfront and helpful. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. He was able to melt down my old ring and use it in my new ring as well as sell my old diamonds and put the value towards upgraded ones. Which I think is great because I feel like I still have a part of my original ring.
I visited again to inspect the diamonds. And again after the ring was poured. When I picked it up I was giddy! It was more beautiful than I ever imagined!
I love that he works with his father who clearly has many years in his craft. Meld that alongside with new blood, eyes and a vision, and they make a perfect team! History’s should be proud!
We can now say we have a JEWELER! I highly recommend them for your custom jewelry needs. And his father for quick repairs and cleaning too!
