Cassandra is just what I needed in an instructor. She makes you feel comfortable about your where you are on your fitness path and that you will get to where you need to be. A session with her is an hour of positive pushing of your limits. You leave energized about the rest of your day!

I’ve been seeing Cassandra at Studio Pilates Body for years. I love Cassie! She’s an amazing instructor! She has really helped define and tone my body. Her class is nonstop movement throughout. You feel like you get a great workout every time. Cassie is always on her game! I would highly recommend her! I also love the location, it’s in the heart of Los Feliz.

I LOVE Cassandra’s workouts. Working with her was my first experience with pilates, and I cannot believe how much it has helped me. I recently started running as well, and I’ve found pilates to be a perfect balance in stretching/strengthening as my body changes from the running. I come out of each pilates session feeling totally amazing: stretched, relaxed, and like each muscle in my body has had a workout! I think the thing I love the most is the specificity; it feels like every workout is perfectly tailored to the stretches/strengthening that my muscles need for that day. Cassandra’s super energy and fun approach makes the session fly by; doesn’t even seem like work! So much fun.

It’s difficult to explain the goodness that is Cassandra, but I’ll try. I’ve had her as a ballet and pilates instructor for the past four years, and my body and mind have been completely transformed. Patient yet challenging, Cassandra whips you into shape with encouragement and enthusiasm. I had never taken ballet before, and although I was terrified at first, four years later I am completely in love with it and I know I owe it to Cassandra. As for her pilates classes – it’s incredible how a few weeks of classes can strengthen your entire body, especially your core. Her mat and ball pilates classes are a great blend of stretching and strengthening, a guaranteed sweat session! If you’re looking for an attentive, encouraging and challenging dance/pilates instructor, book it to Studio Body!
