I like the employees at this Starbucks, but the line can become maddeningly long. Wonder if it’s because of the location or they need more registers/employees? It just always feels like it takes forever, much more so than any other Starbucks in the area.

I’ve been to this Starbucks numerous times, I live down the street right, and the only reason I am Unilocaling tonight is because the night cashier I had was probably the best Starbucks employee I have ever encountered, ever. Jack has good vibes, super fast on the touch screen inputting orders, I don’t know what more I can say other than more Starbucks, no, more businesses with customer service should mirror this employees service. 5 stars goes to this employee only, not so much the Starbucks itself. Starbucks itself probably gets 3 out of 5 stars.

Service is nice and friendly. The drinks are always consistently good. If they goof up by giving you a hot drink when you ordered a cold drink, they are very nice about making the right one for you. Service isn’t fast nor is it slow. It’s «Starbucks speed», which means it depends how many people are ahead of you. My usual drinks are the caramel macchiato and the green tea frapp. The restroom can be a little dingy especially since it’s a unisex restroom. The only downside to this location is the terrible parking lot. People don’t pay attention as they walk by and what’s worse is that the drivers don’t pay attention. So if you’re willing to run around the parking lot like Temple Run to get your coffee, then come on over.

Usual Starbucks. Nice little sitting area outside. Large parking lot. Several seats inside also.

Cool little store stopped by here to craft up on some lyrics, the employees were nice and welcoming. Nothing really special about this place the parking kinda sucks at the moment since the construction. The atmosphere is nice thank god it’s clean. Overall a nice little store.

Just ordered what I thought was a simple drink. A grande iced coffee sweetened with pumpkin spice and half and half. I have no idea what they gave me but it definitely was not that. I had to go to another starbs nearby and fix it. Super inconvenient.

It’s a chill place to work except when the high school lets out around 2 – then the place becomes a jungle of preteens, sweat, and giggling. Been here a couple of times and not too bad, but today was LAME when worker LOUDLYACCUSEDME of trying to get a free refill. Went up to order a refill on my drink and instead of asking me she loudly stated: YOUHAVETOSTAYINTHESAMESTORE, YOUCAN’T GET A REFILL. I simply said, I have been(because I have been). Then she tried to cover herself by saying she didn’t recognize the writing – as if shifts don’t change. That sort of accusatory approach is pretty rude – didn’t apologize – didn’t say sorry for the mistake. Guess I need to find another place to work now.

I can’t believe that I’m trained at this location to double check my order before leaving. Shame on you Jason, its not that hard to write whole milk. And then I wanted a slice of cinnamon cake. Just warmed for 5 seconds. I guess that was to hard also, thank you Jason for the extremely hot! Cake that I couldn’t enjoy at the same time as my coffee. I guess I have my own answer go to a different location and hopefully get someone that actually gets your oder right. If you do come here double check your order before leaving.

Starbucks!!! Flunk! I wanted a medium roast but they told me after 12 noon they only have dark because most of their customers prefer that. OK so how about offering me a solution like giving me another drink for the same money that I would’ve paid for regular coffee?

Yeah last time going to this location for me. I suggest everyone who’s had an issue to write corporate to let them know what happened to you and how your coffee was if you have an issue with it. Went this morning and I should have turned around as soon as I saw this one particular barista standing behind the counter. He’s always not so nice, not mean, just not friendly, and makes crappy drinks. This morning was no difference, made my drink, put it on the counter — actually his body was turned towards his coworkers and his arm was extended to place the drink on the counter completely turned away from me. Didn’t say thank you, didn’t call out my order, didn’t acknowledge my existence. Second time it’s happened with this guy, last time he made the drink and I said Thank You to him and he looked at me and ignored me to my face. Not going to spend $ 5 on coffee if someone can’t at least blurt out a simple You’re Welcome, give me eye contact or hell even just a simple nod and smile. I know they deal with some heinous customers, in retail it’s a given, but when people are generally no trouble it’s not that hard to extend a bit of decent customer service and consistent drinks. *PASS*

How unfortunate. I came to this location a couple weeks ago and ordered a caramel frap(basic drink) and a caramel macchiato. At first, all seemed well. There were two gentlemen cleaning behind the bar. They were new because I hadn’t seen them much before. I get my order and I go to my car since my mother is waiting for me in there. She tries the frap and says it tastes funny. Curious, I try the drink. It tasted rancid, bitter, and just not what a drink should taste like. It seemed like they didn’t clean their material well, or just added a shot of cleaner to the drink. I get out of the car to ask for a new drink. I was ignored for a good 5 min as one of the ladies texted next to me, on the job. Once I got their attention, they didn’t apologize or do anything aside from taking my drink and making me a new one as if it was a common thing to have a caramel frap taste like acid. Haven’t been there since, and I wrote to corporate. This place is a disaster.

This one’s smaller than most and it gets busy in the mornings, but gets the job done. I still hate how I have to ask for an Americano with the espresso over the top. It’s like asking for a sandwich with the bread on the outside. There’s only one way to make an Americano! This has been such a mystery to me and the only Starbucks to do it right is the one in Seattle… tsk tsk tsk. There’s a big lot in the complex, but parking remains a war. My last visit had plenty of parking in the lot with holiday decorations overflowing inside. I do remember this one having more gift card varieties than any other I’ve visited. It was like picking out a greeting card at Target. I definitely overstayed my welcome. Service is okay, but you can’t expect spelling bee champions to be writing your name down correctly. Somedays I go by Kriss. On a good day, I’m Cris… nice to meet you.

I go to this Starbucks regularly to get some work done, so I thought I should leave a review and a reminder to management(if they even read reviews) Parking: Parking near Starbucks can be a bit hard to find in the mornings as everyone is parking to grab their morning coffee. You can park in the rest of the lot if you don’t mind walking a little further. Ambiance: This location is pretty small, so it can get pretty noisy at times. But it is fun to people-watch when it’s crowded. If you’re getting work done, just pop in some earbuds and you’re good. Service: Drinks are consistently good. Sometimes they ask for your name, but don’t call it out when the drink is ready… The reminder: I wanted an ice coffee refill after originally buying a caramel macchiato, only to be told that I had to have ordered an ice coffee originally in order to get a free refill. Those who are in the Starbucks rewards program are entitled to get a free coffee/tea refill regardless of what the original drink was. It’s on the Starbucks website. Employees should be more informed about the rewards policies~

Been coming to this Starbucks for years. Parking is a bit harsh at times but the staff does a good job to get your drink. Patio holds three tables and the inside seating is limited but a good location. Had my Chestnut Praline since a few of their seasonal drinks are almost off to holidayland. Had their oatmeal raisin cookie and it was ok.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks, but the staff turned over. A few weeks ago, the barista making drinks, Richard, was screwing around with his colleague and wiped both his hands on his lips and continued to make drinks touching the rims of customers’ cups. I asked him to wash his hands and told the customers in front of me in line to have him remake their drinks because he wiped his hands on his mouth. He washed his hands, returned and was not very nice about it. I’ve been to this location 3 or 4 times since, and while he is nice to other customers, he is straight up asshole to me. This all could have been resolved by apologizing the first time. Clearly, this Starbucks location did not train Richard or the staff member he was screwing around with very well about hygiene or customer service. He should be fired. I wish I could say I would quit Starbucks, but I visit other locations 2 – 3 times a day, and they are great. This location I will stop frequently, and will definitely never tip there again even if Richard leaves. Not legendary service, folks!

I came to this location one evening, and the service was very poor. I expect good service if I’m paying so much for a coffee drink. I love Starbucks and the service is always great, except for this particular location. The barista made no effort to recognize us upon placing our order, did not even take our names. The wait was longer than regular. Really, long, and disorganized. The bathroom was not very clean. The customer behind me in line ordered her drink and someone else took it. I ordered a kid’s hot chocolate. The barista asked if I wanted whipped cream, I said yes, and he poured out most of the drink to make room for it even though there was already room to begin with. The drink is already small as it is, and I got a joke of a hot chocolate. I also ordered a Hazelnut Latte, hot. Upon drinking it, I realized that the drink had NOFOAM. I did not say no foam, so foam is expected because that’s what the drink is supposed to consist of. Needles to say, the whole visit was disappointed. My expectations were not met as they regularly are. Enter this Starbucks at your own risk!

Starbucks in Silver Lake is my place for a caffeine pick me up when I’m at work. The baristas get my drinks right, they are friendly & the customer service is great. The restroom is clean, which I’m sure is not only important to me, but for any customer. I have no complaints about this place or it’s workers. They keep me happy & also have many«regulars», which says a lot.

Nice off-the-grid location, with very good, kind barristas, clean tables, and GREAT Jazz playing– what WAS that playing the other night? Damn… I should have asked… My ½ sweet black tea lemonade was On Point. Thanks!
