Our barista gabby is a champ :) we put in a 10 drink order with different payment methods and secret menu drinks and she handled it like a champ :) plus we got cookie straws which we did not even know we’re a thing till now :) location is cool but gabby made a well above average Starbucks run.

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, but I’ve never had any issues with this location. They have extremely quick and productive baristas, so when I am late to work, it’s never their fault(just being honest here). I mainly gave them 5 stars because this is by far one of the consistently busiest Starbucks that I’ve ever encountered. Serious props to being able manage their volume of customers as well as they do. Anyways, what made me want to write this review today is that this morning, someone took my breakfast chorizo sandwich on accident, and they had no problem making me a replacement one. Thank you SB!

Spacious Starbucks, but the cashier was quite rude.

The best Starbucks in LA! Everyone is so attentive! They treat the customers like their own personal guests… they always greet you with a smile and they make sure your order is right.

If it was cleaner it would be an easier five stars. It isn’t crazy unclean, though, we’re still comfortable to hang out here, just some cups that a couple of careless customers left on tables during our visit. It’s clean inside this Starbucks despite the number of homeless people in the neighborhood. Myles was on the bar and made our drinks perfectly, no questions, very knowledgeable and confident. He enjoys his work, you can tell. At the register was Navy vet Jeremiah who was also confident, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. For the first time at a Starbucks I didn’t feel weird or uncomfortable asking for ristretto shots, and he didn’t get confused or ask a ton of questions about it. These guys know the menu and they’re very good at their jobs. I would definitely come back here, hoping both Myles and Jeremiah were here! If I lived closer this would have just become my new hangout!

The cashier I had was Myles he was a younger man who greeted every customer with a. Smile. He was very polite and said please and thank you. He explained how I could gain my free refills(from the ap). He showed genuine concern with his job and make every customer feel important while multitasking and explaining descriptions to the barista in back. If he isn’t already a manager Myles should be promoted… maybe a holiday bonus???

Large location, friendly staff. Found myself a neighborhood I’m not normally in. I usually order on the app and pick up but happened to drive by so went in. I expected it to be packed like many Starbucks are on a Saturday AM so was pleasantly surprised. The service was quick, friendly, and easy. Main drawback of this location is the small parking lot that is shared with other businesses can make parking tricky.

I’ve been coming to this location for over ten years. I have never seen a barrista argue with customers the way Janet did this morning. Get some customer service training! It’s not a good idea to explain to a customer that you have the right to call him out. The old guy you argued with doesn’t need it. Too bad because generally the people working here are great especially Melanie who is one of the hardest working barristas anywhere.

I come here a couple times a week on my way to work(between 8−9am) and the staff are always friendly and efficient. I never wait more than a minute or two. I wanted to write this because the staff here are way nicer than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. I hope they get treated well by management they’re doing a great job! Thank you!

So I walked to a Starbucks today near a friends house. I asked for cold press coffee, no ice. The ‘barista’ told me they can’t do that. NO alterations to anything. I explained that I prefer cold brew because of the les acidity and tannins, but I hear it up at home. He said«oh yeah, but I can’t do that» I had to remove the ice myself. Lame. Never ever had a problem at a Starbucks before. Maybe it’s LA or this particular cashier but he was very rude and I won’t be returning.

Generally packed location with a small parking area in back. Standard fare but service is generally quick and friendly. Condiment area also usually well stocked and clean/tidy. Not the easiest in/out to grab a quick coffee, but more accessible than many other LA area ‘Bucks.

I recently started going to this Starbucks fairly regularly(2−3x a week). I think this Starbucks was renovated within the past year, since what it looks like now is much nicer than what even the most recent pictures on Unilocal show. It’s a fairly large Starbucks, with lots of tables, a counter with little stools and ample room near where drinks come out so everyone isn’t weirdly crowding that area. Also this Starbucks has a larger-than-average creamer/sugar/stuff area which is actually right next to where the drinks come out. Side note: Why do so many Starbucks have this so far from where the drinks actually come out??? It’s so weird. This Starbucks has a crazy amount of regulars and it seems like everyone there knows each other. Baristas are always pretty friendly, but can definitely be slow since there are so many people coming. Like others have said, parking lot in the back is small, but it’s free parking in mid-city and I have yet to not find a spot even during the morning rush(knock on wood!). But my favorite things about this Starbucks? Clover Machine! And it’s on my way to work, duh. Update: Literally the day after I wrote this, someone writes my order on my cup with a damn Crayola washable marker. Like, fine okay, that works for the hot paper cups, but on a plastic cup that’s going to have condensation on it? Really, guys? Come on. The result was my hands covered in black marker, and I’m not happy about it.

Stopped in for a traffic break. There is a free parking lot in the back of the store which was nice. Ran in picked up a Vanilla Macchiatto, a salted caramel mocha, a water and some popcorn. Was in and out if a jiff. Staff was friendly. Know before you go… It is pretty big inside with lots of tables and chairs. There are a lot of people in there working and studying. Free parking(and street meter parking, too).

You know because of proximity i go here a lot and i guess have the opportunity to really experience this place. I have one positive and one negative. School’s out and kids are all around. One kid was trying to buy a frap with his card as he waited to be picked up. He asked the employee how much he had on the card and the employee said $ 1, it was hilarious watching the kids reaction of disappointment. The Starbucks employee was playing with the kid and waited just long enough to tell the kid no you have $ 3. The kid relaxed, it was funny. So the kid ordered. The drink he ordered came to $ 4.15 and he didn’t realize it. The employee said you still owe $ 1.15 the kid was disappointed again but this time it was real. stepped up and put the rest on my iphone card. When i got my coffee the employee gave me a discount of what i gave the kid, I thought that was kind… Part 2: I know the holidays are hitting starbucks because a few that i have been too are out of things… like chocolate powder. I always put chocolate powder into my coffee. Well on this day they were out… container was empty. Not a problem i went to ENORMOUS counter and tried to get the attention of the girl making drinks… if they are out that’s fine i will just have couple of pumps of mocha in my coffee instead. First though i will ask if they have any chocolate powder back there… No the girl said and went back to her task ignoring me… i took me a second because i dont experience rudeness of this type very often. No she was not coming back. Went to the register and asked for a couple of pumps of mocha and was happily taken care off… So i was taken care of but 50% does not a winner make guys

The parking lot is daunting — like Knights in Shining Armor jousting or a good spot. After pulling from Fairfax. Whooo, you gotta want your Joe. Once in, you may encounter the Line. From. Hell. It somehow snakes in a hurry if you’re not lucky. Happily, it moves pretty quickly. Two bathrooms. Interesting layout so you don’t feel on top of others while there — if you happen to be having a seat.

I like going to this Starbucks because it is REALLY big and conveniently located. Additionally, even though there may be a line of 10 people, my drink and food is typically ready in about 10 minutes from the time I enter the line. The only drawback is the parking is sometimes a little difficult and discouraging. All in all, I enjoy this one.
