Located across the street from the La Brea Tar Pits, walking distance to LACMA. Its adjacent to a Baja Fresh and a Marie Callendar’s restaurant, and they also validate parking for 45-minutes, so bring your ticket to get validated. I came here on a Saturday at 3:30 pm, and the place was packed. Tables were dirty and unkept customers left their used napkins and trash on the counter and tables. disgusting how Starbucks customers can’t bus after themselves. This place also has a recharging station but the recharging rings were all missing. Probably stolen by customers. You can buy the rings at the cashier, but why bother? I wasn’t in the mood to stand in the long line, so I whipped out my Starbucks App and ordered my drinks via mobile order. I stepped out of line and in 2 minutes my drink was at the pick up area. The cashier has to validate your parking, so I had to step back in line to show my drink and get my ticket validated. Also get the code for the bathroom, as there’s a key code pad. 3 –½ stars because I used the Mobile App.

Stopped in here yesterday after visiting the tar pits. There was no line, and the café wasn’t packed. I was a bit surprised since it was a Saturday and in a popular part of town. I was helped immediately by a friendly guy. He was very helpful and even gave me additional advice on how to use my mobile app. Even though I already knew the info he gave me I appreciated him going the extra mile to ensure I made the most of my gold card benefits. My drink was ready before I even made it over to the hand-off counter. Quick, easy, friendly service. Exactly what you expect out of Starbucks.

First review had to be 5 stars to my fav place Starbucks! What do you really need to say about their coffee other then perfection?! Staff here are very nice and welcoming each and every single time. Let’s all have a blessed day!

I like the building, the appearance and space but eh, not very nice, personable service compared to the Starbucks on Wilshire /Detroit. Too bad this one is easier to get to on my case.

Second time here and the line was snaking through the place. People looked like they were in high spirits and the baristas were fast so the line moved along, although one girl was kind of testy when we asked for the code to the restroom. Couldn’t really take anything as I am fasting for surgery. My sister ordered the caramel frap and she was happy with it. Wifi is free as usual and easy to connect to. I might swing by next time I’m in the area.

Starbucks is Starbucks! The coffee is ok and you have some pick times when you need to wait in line but I think they are doing pretty good job

I want to start off by saying how excited I was to see an electric outlet under almost every seat. I was expecting maybe one free outlet, but this was unreal. Being in LA without a car made it even more important to have accessibility to charging stations. Anyway, one of the baristas suggested I try my green tea latte with coconut milk rather than soy. It was delicious. I would thank him myself, but I’m back on the east coast. The store is well kept, and it wasn’t at all crowded when I was there. Nice location!

The line can be a bit long at this Starbucks but it almost always moves pretty fast. Most of the employees are pretty cheerful but occasionally someone will ring you up without so much as a smile. It’s very clean and they make their drinks very well so overall, it’s never a bad place to go! The small shop in the front also has a lot of tumblers, mug, coffees, and small gifts as well so if I need to find a gift for a fellow coffee drinker more often than not this store has me covered.

So difficult to find a decent Flat White coffee at any Starbucks. Was at this location around 12:1517 July, 2015 for my «Birthday Coffee». The Flat White was a cross between a Latte and a Flat White. Very disappointed as there were bubbles of foam on the top and ONLY A HINTOFTHICKNESS. Being a New Zealander the Flat White is our national coffee drink. I have two Starbucks fairly close by and have taught the managers how to make a Flat White. I don’t know wether it is the fault of the Barista or Starbucks for incomplete training resulting in such inconsistency.

Staffs are friendly. Big space, out door seats, next to the LACMA. I love to chill here. It’s usually busy and have a long line. But they served drinks pretty fast.

It was pretty early in the morning and I guess the employees hadn’t had their shot of coffee yet. I didn’t expect them to be all super cheery so early but hey a smile and a response to my good morning would have sufficed. I decided to order right off the menu, Lord knows what would of happened if I made some kind of customization to my drink. They were cranky enough that I let the parking validation go and I rather pay for parking!

I stop by this Starbucks location for my morning coffee fix. The line can get long at times, but it runs along pretty fast. My personal favorite is the turkey bacon and egg sandwich, coupled with an iced latte. This usually holds me over well into lunchtime. The staff here was friendly and good at getting my order to me on time. The patrons are mostly those who work in the adjacent building. You will get a mix of yuppies, hipsters, from a variety of occupations: acting, business, medical clinics, etc. Nothing much else to add, other than it was an ok experience whilst feeding my caffeine addiction.

The staff was very friendly and outgoing early in the morning. I just set up my Starbucks Card which only took under a minute of my time. I got an iced Caramel Macchiato and this time they didn’t even get my name wrong. The environment and place itself is very well kept and clean compared to other Starbucks I have been to. 4 stars in my book

Gotta have my Starbucks! I get my frappuccino fix here to get me thru the work day. Yes this is a very busy location. Yes the baristas are busting their hump to get the orders out in a timely manner. This location is a walk in and sit location — no drive thru. It is well staffed with half a dozen people working behind the counter. The lines can be long but no always. Most regulars know their order so the line moves. Free wifi, power for your laptop, outside seating. Not to shabby for a coffee joint peeps! I have never had my drink made wrong… Name, yea — but that’s part of the fun! :p

Wish there was a 0 star option seriously. I completely agree with every negative review written on here. This place has the worst customer service starbucks. I had asked for an americano blended with no base. Wasn’t the usual order but wasn’t hard either. Yet the lady that was making my drink was throwing fits because«she couldn’t make my drink correctly.» She had the worst attitude ever and people like you shouldn’t be working in a customer service if you’re so unhappy about it. You serve people that’s your job, so you give them what they want with a God damn smile on your face. Her name was Priscilla if I’m correct. I just got a glance and I believe it starts with a P. Funny thing was, there was a customer waiting in line after me and had asked for napkins cause«Priscilla» made his drink really messy and even tho there were napkins behind the work station, she pointed the gentleman to where the napkins and straws were with an attitude too! He was even confused because the attitude was so unnecessary! To make it worst, I had asked for the manager. Either his name was joe or Jose? He wasn’t very friendly either. When I had complained to him his first reaction was, «well what did you order? Americano blended? That’s not a usual drink.» Well no sh**, I wasn’t complaining about the drink I was complaining about your workers having nasty attitudes. Everyone there including managers doesn’t know how to talk to customers, this should definitely be taken up to corporate or HR or something.

Long lines. Straight faces and dry hellos. I gave this location 2 stars because of the customer service, or lack of. The only reason I’ve visited this location a few times is because of how close it is to my place. While on a stroll w my 10mo old I tend to pop into one of the Starbucks near me. Honestly, though I prefer the Starbucks in Ralph’s down the street. This location needs to work on their customer service. Could it kill you to smile? Does it hurt to say hello or make an effort? Lame. If you’re in this area I highly recommend the Starbucks inside the Ralph’s right up the street. HIGHLY recommend. Everyone there is so pleasant and welcoming. And to be honest, it’s the same exact distance from my place as this location — so I will not be returning. I’d rather avoid the long line and dry hellos.

Besides the Clover machine that I wrote about in my previous review, a few other reasons why this is the best Starbucks ever: *COCONUTMILK!: Yes for just $ 0.60(same price as Organic Soy) you can sub milk for coconut milk. I’m so excited for the possibilities now that I’m on this Paleo challenge *Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups: Package of 2& they keep it right next to the bananas. Just Yes. And, the baristas are always great here. It’s like a madhouse here sometimes when our entire office is squished into this Starbucks int he morning but the staff here gets it done!

I work within walking distance from this starbucks so I’m always here whenever I need a dose of caffeine. I noticed that they’re always stingy with the caramel as opposed to other starbucks i’ve gone to. So I’ve resorted to just getting my doppio.
