Three visits in a row, and i always leave with what i DIDNT order. These CHILDREN running the show are idiots. They can’t spell basic names correctly, they ALWAYS make the wrong sandwich, and consistent at making the wrong coffee asked for. I am in shock that i just experienced my 3rd time in a row, with something being messed up. The ONE thing they do well, is smile and take your order and money. Then expect NOTHING of what you just ordered. Then they stare at you like deer in headlights when you complain or ask«where the hell is my order, i’ve been here 25 minutes already» and they respond, «who are you?» Please hire adults needing work over these current idiots running this circus.

One of the best run Starbucks I have been. The minute you walk you can the staff is ready to handle the rush hour. No questions this one of the busiest Starbucks. If you are coming here and you are in a rush you will get your order in a timely matter. As we all know Starbucks can be hit or a miss. This Starbucks rates one of the best I see in a longtime. You will not find a nicer staff with a smile You have private lot parking and street parking.

This may sound at first like a bad review, but sometimes the best compliment you can give an establishment is to thank them for fixing a problem. I ordered a vente latte. The cashier told the barista that I ordered a tall. When she made the drink and gave it to me she saved some milk because she had a sense it was wrong. She thought she might have heard me say vente. When I came back it took her seconds to fix it and I was on my way. Thanks!

It’s Starbucks so it’s what you would expect. The employees were nice and got our order correct. Great location if you are within walking distance.

There is fair parking here and some sidewalk seating. I have it a 4 because it’s fine for Los Angeles. It would be a 3 in any other more roomy city but it’s clean with nice friendly staff and some seating and parking that is sometimes available so by Los Angeles standards it’s a 4 lol. Not their fault for not being a 5. Just space limitations not because of staff, service or cleanliness. They are all 5 in those areas in my book.

Visited 12÷29÷14. They had no tea at all. Was offered no explanation or apology. Had to ask why. Was told by cashier they had run out of all bagged teas so they could eventually restock with teavana. How does a Starbucks let their tea supply completely run out so they can eventually restock. Seems like poor planning to me.

This one is very popular one and gets busy in the Brentwood area. Parking is metered but usually is full, if here before 9 it’s ok but starts to really get busy. The Starbucks itself is clean and the staff very friendly. Tons of seating with a lounge style area. They have outdoor seating too. All around a good Starbucks

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. The wait is always long and the Baristas seem less than experienced. If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else.

Love the staff here! They are all very welcoming and got a very awesome vibe for costumer service. Love this place! And the white chocolate ice mocha is the best.

7:30pm is the perfect time to enjoy an afternoon breeze with friends while enjoying a high quality coffee or a frappuccino. Prices are decent and the food/beverages are great. The chocolate frappuccino is refreshing and tastes amazing. It is a mix of cocoa and coffee.

Pretty popular and crowded location. Always see this place filled with students working. Not surprised with its proximity to UCLA. Great surrounding neighborhood of restaurants and shops so I love people watching here. Staff is also great and friendly. Will always greet you with a a smile.

This is a very good one. I’ve found myself here a few times lately and have experienced great customer service, and reliable Starbucks products. The queue sometimes looks daunting, but staff plows through it carefully and with panache. Gotta love the bookend Tip Jars which occasionally tempt you to take a stand on, say, ‘Beatles’ vs ‘Stones,’ for example. There’s a comfort level here, and maybe because it’s Brentwood, but it’s appreciated. A minor thing to some, maybe, but huge to me: The music. The level has been consistently just right. Never too loud, and never too hidden. And, it’s a nice variety — it doesn’t just feel like an ad for some soundtrack they’re hawking at the counter. I’ve heard Miles Davis, and even some sort of peaceful Electronica. Helps set the tone for what a good coffee-shop can be: Relaxing, with a pulse. Another little thing that they get right is the Oatmeal. I have been to too many SBs where the Oatmeal comes irreparably soupy. I’m grateful for the little things — cause they add up Big.

Reviewing Starbucks locations and quality of coffee drinks makes me feel extremely LA(in a bad way), but, alas, here we are. I’m not in Brentwood very often these days, but when I am, and need my Starbucks fix, this is the place to go. Parking can be tricky during peak hours, but, for the most part, it’s easy enough in their shared lot. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, and I have never had a problem getting in and out quickly. On top of that, because it seems to be a busy, but less frequented location, they are able to keep in stock some of the merchandise items that are often sold out in other stores. A little anecdote for you: one time I got a drink from the San Vicente Starbucks and didn’t realize they had made it with whole milk instead of nonfat until I was already driving. Stopped at this location and they remade it for me, no questions asked. My bad for not checking my drink before I left the other store, but kudos to Barrington for their customer service.

They open at 4.30 and at 5.30 am there were already people in there on their computers. Triple grande latte. Works for me. 5 minutes from my hotel.

Super unfriendly barista, very average coffee. The sugar and milk station was covered in milk and coffee stains, and no one seemed concerned with cleaning it… even though there was no line and 4 people working. There’s tons of seating, which was nice!

This Starbucks is super clean inside. The staff is friendly and expedient with your order. I hope to be back soon to patronize it again. It feels good to go into a place and feel at home. :)

Parking is a bitch. Meters are $ 2.00 /Hour Good for conversation. Some nice couches in the middle of the space. Not sure how good it would be too work on a computer though. Glass walls = less plugs.

Since all Starbucks are the same in terms of food items, I’ll write about the general ambience of this place. I love this starbucks. It’s a great place to come if you need to study, with one long table next to the window, as well as some smaller tables tucked away in the back. This is one of the few starbucks that plays classical music so it definitely fits the Brentwood vibe. Caveat: the Parking is HORRIBLE. i always manage to find one or two people leaving just as I am driving in, but other than that, it’s a small lot. The crowd here is definitely fits the mold of the area.
