They rarely have fraps. Every time I come,(usually Sunday’s) they don’t have fraps or smoothies. The employees are mostly polite though, so that’s why I gave them the extra star. But 90% of the time I go to Starbucks is to get a frap.

This Starbucks has proven to be awful time and time again. I shop at this target often and sometimes decide to try my luck with the impolite and inexperienced employees that work here. Are they hired by target and not Starbucks??? They are not knowledgeable about their own menu or drink recipes, do not have any idea how to steam milk, and can’t tell the difference between a tea and a latte to save their lives. I was given a latte today that was so watered down and tasted awful. I brought it back and they said«oh did you not want half water in it? The recipe says half hot water so you have to ask if you don’t want it» SO ridiculous.

Worst service, worst drinks. Inconsistent and pathetic costumer service. A joke. A horrible representation of Starbucks. Can you hire some friendly people and train them! It is only convenient because it is right next to my job but starting to think I will take my money and drive a few extra miles to an actual Starbucks where I can get a quality drink and actually be greeted like a human being instead of a nuisance.

I just went here because I was in Target. The service was pretty awful and my drink ended up to be wrong and disgusting. When I was ordering with the girl, she literally walked away in the middle of my order to talk to her co-workers. I was just standing there while the line grew behind me and she continued to joke around with the guys. The guy behind me said«uh, are we going to get to order?» Eventually she came back but then walked away AGAIN and had a guy take my order. He was nice, but one of my drinks ended up wrong. Between all of the unnecessary waiting around and rudeness, I didn’t care enough to have the drink fixed. I cut my loss and left. I’ll stick to a real Starbucks location next time.

Worst Starbucks ever. You think it’s convenient, but it’s not. You’ll wait at least 15 minutes to get a coffee every time. I keep thinking it’ll be different, but it’s always a 15 minute wait minimum.(And it’s not because it’s busy.) Something is seriously wrong with this Starbucks.

This Starbuck is inside of Target. It’s convenient once you come into or are leaving Target. The service is a hit or miss. Depending on what day you are here the line will vary in size. The drinks are usually pretty good. They definitely are very generous with the caramel! I frequent this Target so I will probably be having more drinks from this location.

This is for the Starbucks inside target .Ari was her name !! Super rude. Not friendly at all & the other girl helping her was the same. When I got my drink as usual I say thanks and she just gave me her back.

Just ordered my favorite drink and it was delicious as usual. Very impressed by the girl working right now. She’s on her own with a continuous line. She is incredibly calm, kind, and friendly. 5 stars for fabulous service in what I’m sure is a stressful situation!

The majority of the employees here are pretty rude. I don’t think they have ever heard of customer service here. Expect a fairly long line and the manager yelling at her employees in front of customers.

The staff at this location needs training in efficiency. I just waited 5 minutes for the gentleman working the register to stop talking to his friends as he was making their drinks. Although he did acknowledge when I walked up that he would be right with me, there was no further apology on the wait time. He continued to converse with his female friend and also the other employee did not acknowledge myself or the line that had formed behind me. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Definitely needs work…

It’s Starbucks so you know what you’re coming here for… The service is sub-par, but you have to get your fix! This one is at Target, but there are additional locations at La Cienaga and Jefferson.

Im standing at the register and no one was polite enough to greet me, still waited because i was in such need of coffee. Then the girls behind the counter start having their own conversation. I left. Cannot believe target has people like this working at their Starbucks.

This one is close to my work and I usually get the pike roast. Every check in was smooth and fast, the way I like it. Staff are always friendly.

Seems to be the only Starbucks consistently out of the Traveler box of coffee. I don’t buy it, these employees just don’t want to work. Their attitude says it all

This review is for the Starbucks in the Target on La Cienega and Jefferson. I was just there, at about 10:30am on 1÷10÷13. I had to return something to Target, so I decided to get a coffee from their Starbucks, even though I don’t usually prefer it from there. The guy working was so nice. I ordered a drip coffee and an oatmeal, and I asked him for a little splash of soy, and he said it costs 50 cents, and I was so confused, bc I think that’s what it costs for a misto(½ coffee, ½ steamed milk) and I literally wanted a TINY bit. So he told me he’d just give me some.(I should input here that I worked at Starbucks for 5 years, so I am SUPER nice and not naggy or rude at all in these situations.) When he handed me my coffee, the lid popped off and coffee splashed all over my hands bc the rim of the cup was bent, but I wasn’t even mad, I just asked if I could have an empty cup to pour my coffee in — I’d be happy to do it myself. He said he’d give me one, but he was finishing my oatmeal first. The manager(a woman) got all pissy ATME and was like«what’s wrong?!» And I just told her that I needed an empty cup, and she demanded I hand it to her after which mumbling things about me under her breath. So I did, and she was mumbling more stuff under her breath, and I was apologizing, and she was SORUDE. I said out loud, «I don’t know why you’re mad at me. I don’t what my coffee spilling in my car bc of a bent cup!»(Again, nicely — my feelings more hurt than anything. Haha.) Then the young guy that was working said that he was sorry, but he would have to charge me for the soy(I think because mean manager lady was standing right there), so I just said that it’s fine, nevermind. I didn’t want to pay 50 cents for an eye dropper of liquid. I’m not sure if the manager felt bad at this point, or if she was annoyed at my niceness, but she ended up giving me the soy for free with a HUGE attitude problem, and she poured masses of it in there(probably 50 cents worth… haha) when I specifically just said I wanted the tiniest bit. I was seriously being SOOONICE too. Everyone has bad days, and it was sort of busy(sort of — nothing compared to what I used to deal with every day), but that is no reason to treat a really nice girl like garbage. Sorry lady.

The Starbucks here is like a typical Starbucks– get your drinks, wait and be done. WRONG! service here is super slow and can not multitask. The drinks aren’t that great either. It’s either too sweet or watered down.

Note to everyone, the location on the map for this Sbux is where the TARGET Starbucks is, but the images and reviews(except for the first one) are talking about the Sbux on Jefferson and La Cienega. Target Sbux= bad Real Starbucks= good I lived(and worked) down the street and would walk to this location not just for the coffee, but for the friendly interaction. The workers here are amazing people and do their best. People make mistakes, so if you drink is ever wrong just say so, these folks wont wink an eye and will gladly fix it. Let’s not be brats, that’s great customer service! I also know that the security guards for Target would walk down the street to go to this location, that says a lot!

I love the customer service here because they are friendly and do suggest good alternatives of you’re in the mood of something different. They sometimes make my caramel machiatto watery rather than potent than they usually do. Last time I asked for it to be stronger and they OD’d it. This Starbucks does close early when it should at 8 where its posted out on the entrance. My experience that deducts this place in being a 4 is when I came on a Sunday afternoon and they were closed just to mop! It was g*d darn 5 p.m.!! Really?!? You have to close down for the rest of the day so your floor can dry neatly?!? Ever since then I wrote an email to corporate and they apologized but I am not sure if I should show my face there again *lol* Maybe some day I’ll decide to pass by again…

Ever since they opened this Starbucks I have never had a bad experience. I just think people either get picky or are babied at their usual spot. The staff is always friendly and always wanting to help with either getting your drinks dome right, offering suggestions and always being courteous of time. This is not my usual Starbucks I go to but I do prefer this one rather than the one inside Target.
