Starbucks

The Starbucks is located inside of the Ralps. Great coffee, and friendly people. It’s always nice to grab a cup of coffee as you do your grocery shopping

This is my new coffee spot! There are advantages of having a Starbucks in the grocery store. It never feels crowded and the tables are free. Folks just get what they want and leave and the tables are all yours! Great customer service and Michael is awesome! Once you become a regular he knows exactly what you want as soon as you get to the counter… I love this Starbucks!

For some reason, the iced coffee at this location is better than any other Starbucks I have ever been to. I dont know what they do differently, but every Starbucks should follow their lead. I will go a little out if my way to go to this Starbucks. It’s worth it.
Also, the staff is way cool here.

This Starbucks is hidden inside of Ralphs. A fairly new and welcomed addition.
Always neat and clean. Well organized and spacious. Lovely area where you can sit, people watch, or just enjoy your Starbucks beverage. Tables are always clean and ready. Never crowded or none of the spooky or creepy people like the more popular locations
The location never has a long line. You get in and out with no problem. Really convenient when you need a pick me up while shopping in Ralphs.
On this visit I had a the pleasure of being waited on by the Patrick Hunter the store manager. Patrick Hunter was very kind and attentive. He was engaging also. We talked and laughed as he made my beverage. That man can make a mean Smores Frappuccino. He made it look just like the picture but better.
I give them a 5 star because of the customer service and the wonderful Smores Frappuccino.

Yikes. I had to revise this review after experiencing something that I have never experienced in my Starbucks frequenting life…
Pros: Convenient because it is located in the Ralphs grocery store.
Cons: I had to have my drink made twice after getting what looked like warm milk with whip on the top. I ordered a nonfat White Mocha and got milk and an overall 25 minutes of my life that I won’t get back.
The staff could benefit from a healthy tour de Starbucks training at a stellar location outside of the Ralphs to attain skills needed to get the job done.
Have not gone back…

This is the new Starbucks inside Ralphs on La Brea and Rodeo. Usually there is one person making drinks and ringing them up which makes it kind of slow but overall they’re very attentive. Every time I’ve purchase coffee there is a line but the barista moves quicker than a regular Starbucks employee who has another person helping. Can’t win them all.
Try a pike roast with a pump (or two) of cinnamon syrup, tastes like fall season.
