The service was fast today, waited 5 mins only… It was a big improvement. My regular drink was good as always.

Friendly order taker didn’t manage to get my drink cup to barista and I ended up waited at least five minutes for my venti iced tea even though there were no other customers. If the older gentleman working there would shut his trap and let his co-workers do their job, this would not have occurred. On top of that, they only had green bananas so they couldn’t make the banana smoothie that I wanted to order.

Service was THEWORST I have ever had at any Starbucks. Slow and rude customer service from any barrista. Eric was an asshole. If you get him, don’t bother asking for anything bc he won’t even acknowledge you. Located near gate 24 in terminal 2.

This location doesn’t take discount offer codes. Really? Why not. Isn’t making us wait an incredibly long time and gouge us with your airport pricing not enough for you. Christ. Gimme a break.

Today they have 3 people working so the wait was only 20 mins instead of 2 people working and 30 mins. Way to step it up! This one is located in Terminal 2 in front of 24A

Reasonable prices, but such a long wait, because they were understaffed. Maybe there’s a limit on how many employees a shop could have inside the airport, but man… I would rather pickup a cup of joe from McDees.

Worst Starbucks ever. Even if you factor in the location being at an airport. It is in terminal 4 on lower level by aa baggage. Keep walking. Bad service. Low quality. Baristas soon rude.

I guess it’s understandable that they ran out of venti and trenta cup. But they should’ve known that there’s a lot of people that goes through here. they should’ve been prepared.

This Starbucks SUCKS! Worst Starbucks. Too bad I have to give them a star. Workers playing with their phones and messing around. Making wrong drinks.

What’s the point of a Starbucks that Is fully staffed at 5 am but doesn’t open until 6:30? The hours on Unilocal are wrong. The one near the gates opens late.

They do a good job with moving the line along BUT coffee is nasty and muffins are dry

Not a Starbucks person anymore but I needed the coffee lol(okay I buy Starbucks for my Kuerig but I get to control the sugar etc) Being that it’s located inside an airport the line is a little longer than usual. I got my coffee fairly quickly though so that was good. I believe there are multiple Starbucks within the airport but this one is located near gate 9. I’m sleepy as I’m writing this review… the coffee is at my side LoL

CROWDED! Especially if you’re here during rush hour expect to wait 20 minutes ATLEAST for your drink! Don’t fret – there’s literally a Starbucks down the hall along with CA Pizza Kitchen, Pinkberry, and some bakery store. Service was OK– all the workers are usually overwhelmed by the long lines so their main focus is working fast rather than providing good customer service.

Located in the newly renovated area of LAX, Starbucks, this one in particular, cost a tad more expensive and doesn’t follow the typical rewards program policies. This means no refill, coupons, or birthday use. Other than that, they are friendly and try there best to pump out the drinks asap. I can’t blame them if they mess up your order cause there is always a crowd.

This is s very very very busy SBux located near terminals 9 – 13 at LAX. It seems very touristy with people going gogo gagga over coffee. As if they havd never seen one before. The counter seems understaffed with about 4 people working. The line was very long when I first passed by. When I looked again the line was about 10 deep. After waiting about 15 minutes I ordered a tall iced coffee. The cashier was not overly friendly, just took my order and placed it in the row of to be made drinks. After the Barista made my iced coffee she put it aside and started making another drink. Two drinks were made after she poured my drink, then she finally put a lid on mine and put it on the counter. Im sure its a Sbucks thing, how many drinks they can touch at once, I dunno. Food and snack selection was decent. They kept their display cases well stocked. However, they dont warm things up. Not the best Sbux. But if you need your fix, you have no choice. Gold cards are accepted and payment via Sbucks Application, but I dont think stars are awarded.

They try to do their best even with a long line. They don’t do promotional offers here.

Located in Terminal 2, in front of the food court. You can’t miss this location. Chances are, there’s a line formed outside the store area. The positive part is they take your Starbucks card, but not sure if I got my rewards point. The negative part is — they charge you A LOTMORE than a regular Starbucks — they don’t let you claim a reward — they’re skimpy on the milk They were fairly fast with the drink order. They were skimpy on the milk, so luckily they had a condiment bar and we added more milk to the iced coffee. Average Starbucks.

This review is meant for the Starbucks next to gate 148 at the Tom Bradley international terminal, but there were so many listings on Unilocal that I’m not sure if this is the right one… After drooling over the menu and agonizing about the unnecessary extra calories, I finally caved in and approached the counter. Hey – I hadn’t had any Starbuckies for 8 months – I deserved it! Plus, I could Unilocal about this while waiting for my flight. ;) The guy at the counter was super nice when I placed my order, asking me how my day was and where I was flying to. Was it excellent customer service? Was he just bored because there was a lull and no one behind me at the moment in line? Or was he hitting on me because I’m a girl? But I was wearing my nerdy glasses and no makeup to prepare for a long, 13-hour flight to Switzerland. In any case, I felt a bit bad when I approached the counter and he asked, «How are you today?» with a smile, and I just automatically replied, «I’ll have a tall pumpkin spice light frappuccino please… Oh, uh, I’m good, thanks.» LOL. My drink cost $ 5, which was really expensive – but a little treat to myself and a tasty way to take my motion sickness meds before my flight. ;)

What I need from airport Starbucks is speed and accuracy. Today I needed some quick supplies for my flight. There was a line but I got helped quickly. Got my hot zen tea, a bottle of water and a fruit cup in less than a minute. Friendly barista put it in a paper bag with fork and I was on my way to the gate. Good experience! Had to take a star off during my next visit. The pizza place next door has an open fire sure it creates super yummy food. But when I stand in a long line in front of Starbucks I don’t need sweat to drip down my back in February :)

After being to a ton of starbucks by my own home I started to take them for granted. I always had a good experience at my own, little did I know not all starbucks are the same. There is a clear enter and exit side and someone walked up the exit and cut in front of 8 people waiting and the guy took his order. He probably didn’t notice or care. The man was rude while taking my order and I ordered a chocolate chai latte venti. $ 5.75. at mine it’s $ 4 I know airports like to rip you off. but damn. So I wait, finally get my drink and I take a sip and it’s a regular venti hot chocolate. I asked them to change it, they argued my order then finally changed it after a fight. And being a location right by the wide open doors of the airport, everything smells like cigarettes. Thank goodness I don’t fly into lax often.
