They never make my drink extra hot. So gave up on this chain.

Top notch Baristas or at least my one time visit, friendly n got greeted with a smile! My order was made quick and tasty, caffeine is a big part in my every day work. So with that I gotta say I don’t agree with the bad reviews. Today I busted a two shift so I was glad that my order was made to my liking. place was very clean and quiet. I’ll be back if I get to work out here again.

The baristas were friendly and my drink was tasty.

I give 5 stars because the satff is wonderful and they have excellent customer service always on point and make you feel welcomed I don’t agree with the other reviews I mean im a regular and they always make my drink right witch is the caramel macchiato in my experience it been great, im actually surprised to see such bad reviews? but if there’s a line outside the door they must be doing something right.

Love this Starbucks. Everyone here are the greatest. They always greet you with a smile. The service is quick but not rushed.

I love my guys and gals at this Starbucks. They treat you well and greet you by name every morning. This place gets busy but they do their best to churn out the drinks/​food. AND they make sure you are happy with what you have. People that actually care and have a good attitude. Almost as refreshing as the drinks.
P. s. I don’t think some reviews are being posted to the right Starbucks. This is for the location inside the BofA tower.

Another great Starbucks! Caffeine is a crucial part of my life and this one is the closest to my work so a must have on this long afternoons.

This is the first time I give a Starbucks 3 stars, it’s usually 5 stars. I ordered my short double mocha, it came out tasting very watered down. My girlfriend also agreed so I took it back and asked them to replace it, which they did. The 2^nd mocha was just a bit better but lacked the usual flavor and quality.

I now work in the Wells Fargo Center so by default this is my go to Starbucks and I’m here at least 3 – 4 times a week. They do a farily good job moving people through given the amount of business they get. The staff is very nice but don’t exactly have their act together and it usually works out in my favor. At least once a week there is some issue. One day the girl said the register was frozen so she gave me my drink for free, but then rang up the next person with no issues. I usually get coffee but occassionally I’ll order and (and pay for) a tall or Grande Frappucinno and they’ll end up giving me a larger size because they accidentially made too much. Today I ordered a and paid for a regular grande coffee and now that I’m back in my office I see that they gave me a Venti. All of that sounds cool, but I wonder if there have been times I’ve gotten the short end of the stick and haven’t noticed.
Believe it or not my main issue with this place is the one guy who is sometimes on register early in the morning constantly calling me «Boss». You’ll never get 5 stars from me with that.
Rant: Will that be all Boss? How’s it going Boss? Really??? Maybe I’m getting old but it’s freaking annoying and starting to happen almost everywhere. On top of that 90% of the time it’s a double «Boss» because whatever they start with ends in a «Thanks Boss».

I frequent this Starbucks 2 – 3 times per week. The customer service is always great, but today they really made my morning. Yesterday, they accidentally put sweetener in my usual drink (iced americano, with soy milk). Not only did they replace it yesterday, but this morning they remembered the mistake and gave me my americano for free! Also, they always put just the right amount of soy milk and ice in my beverage. And they always apologize for waits, even short ones. Great work all around.

This Starbucks in the Bank of America building in down town Los Angeles (3^rd st & Hope) is great! The staff is always polite and makes good coffee. They remember the regulars that come in and is just as pleasant to everyone. They definitely help get the day started.

It’s a Starbucks, on the concourse level of your office building. Literally an elevator ride away. They couldn’t be any more convenient without brewing the coffee directly into your mouth.

I don’t know why this place has only 2.5 stars. The customer service is top notch. If you buy from this location often, the baristas eventually learn your name and your order by heart. You’re always greeted with friendly customer service and your order is correct. 5 stars all the way for me!

Embarassingly inefficient is how I would describe the way they operate here. I was so happy to see Starbucks when I first started working in this building. Unfortunately, after just a few visits I’ve come to despise this location. One or two of the workers are very friendly but that doesn’t make up for the fact that they work at a painfully slow pace. It seems like they haven’t gone through the proper training to make the drinks taste consistent, or to even mark an order correctly on the cup. My blonde roast tasted burnt, my unsweetened green tea latte had sweetener in it, and my hazelnut macchiato tasted just like a caramel macchiato. I’ve never waited for more than 10 mins at any other Starbucks, no matter how busy they are. But at this particular location, there’s always a long wait to order and to get your drink. Just last Friday, I counted 8 people in line and 7 people waiting for their drinks at 10:00AM and only 1 register was open. There were 3 workers but one of them was basically only getting pastries and heating up food. I don’t find this acceptable for a location inside a corporate building, where people are constantly on the go. I’m so annoyed that I’m thinking of writing an email to corporate.

Possibly the smallest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Barely bigger than a bread box, this chain location draws a huge crowd between 7am and 9.
