I was in the area again and decided to stop by this Starbucks for a few hours today. I believe this store is the model store for how a high-volume Starbucks location should be run. As I mentioned in my previous review, I am a Starbucks employee as well, and I am very impressed by the group of partners at this location. This store is very busy and their rushes come in waves. Despite the crazy rushes they get, the staff remains calm and very professional. They never looked frazzled or rushed, but efficiently they work together to get people their drinks as quickly as possible without suffering drink quality. There is a great vibe going too if you can find a seat inside. If you would really like a seat, I would suggest getting there between 10AM — 12PM. I got there at 11AM and there were plenty of open seats, which was a rare sight. I figured that there were a lot of seats open because the majority of UCLA students were in class for the morning. However, the lobby filled up quickly after 1PM and I saw many people coming in scrambling to look for a seat. If you can’t find a spot inside, there is plenty of seating outside too. Westwood Village is quite charming, however, be aware of your surroundings if you sit outside because some questionable characters can sometimes walk by.

Memories! Memories! Memories! Oh, and good coffee, too. This coffee shop was one of my favorites to post in and get school work done in my undergrad years. This is also the place where my latte addiction progressed. Since then, I’ve controlled my caffeine addiction. But this coffee shop will forever be in my heart. I still stop by once in a blue moon to get my coffee fix while conducting business in West LA. The parking situation can get a bit iffy, but once you find it the walk here is not bad. The inside is very spacious, and you will find students posting here all day and night. There is ample outside seating, and it’s a great place to people watch. Back in the day, I would always run into people I knew. Nowadays, this whole place induces nostalgia. Good times.

The inside of this starbucks is quite nice. I came in to redeem a free drink during the holiday season.

I have no idea what the place really looked like, they were fast on making drinks. I walked in and walked out which was a plus. But, it was crowded though which it is a campus area. Drinks were good, they listened to what I wanted. Everyone was happy and looking like they enjoy working there.

Sarah is really rude lady. Not willing to help customers. Other than that starbucks is good for students who studies at night. Because its open 22 hours a day. They close at 2am for cleaning and reopen at 4am.

Good service, good location, and friendly atmosphere. …However, this location is a fair bit dirty, at least in my experience. Incredibly dirty restrooms and small pieces of crap all around the refrigerated items. If the place was more cleanly, it would be just as great as most other locations.

Large Starbucks with happy employees. Not many comfortable chairs, though. It was also cold, too. Maybe that is good in the summer time, but not so fun in the winter. 2 hours free parking just a block away!

Starbucks is amazing. Westwood village is wonderful. So one could imagine this is great. Drinks are great, baristas are friendly, place is clean and large. Only real problem is that there’s literally never an open chair in there! You’d have to linger around a little until someone leaves. It’s really bustling always and everyone’s in there studying so I guess that’s pretty motivational if you wanna join and study too. Also parking in that area is a complete bummer. However after 8pm street parking is free –if you could even find a spot! Anyway they’re open till 2am then reopen at 4am so it’s pretty good. Also there’s a Starbucks in a Target like two blocks away from the Weyburn location and that one is quieter actually at night and more convenient.

Sat in this Starbucks for about an hour, writing Unilocal reviews, watching the pretty people and waiting until 11:00AM when the nearby Hammer Museum opened for business. It’s a little loud inside from all the coffee being made, including my own double espresso. When asked, they found a ceramic mug and washed it properly so that I didn’t have to drink from a paper cup. Yay! Nice seating inside(with power outlets!) and some tables outside, but it was way too hot for that today!

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Starbucks that was so calm. This location is very spacious which is nice for the students. It is relatively quiet as well compared to every other location I’ve been too. I was very tempted to try one of the seasonal drinks but decided against it. I ended up getting the Oprah cinnamon chai latte because well if it has oprahs name it must it good. It was pretty tasty but I couldn’t tell the difference between this drink and a regular chai latte.

I asked for hot water and a tea bag, did that warrant a negative attitude? A bad day? Either way not appreciated.

The one thing that I liked about this Starbucks was that it was 24 hours before. Now it’s not. Only 22 hours or so. Probably to discourage people from staying all night. I can never seem to find a spot to study here anyway since this place is just way too popular. I would totally come here if I knew that I would be getting a place to study. Once, I walked all the way down from the apartments with my 20 pound backpack of books. And guess what? There was not a single seat open. I even waited for 20 minutes. After that I left, never looking back. I’ve gotten a few drinks here whenever they have a special promotion, such as those half off Frappuccinos or whenever they email me to come get a free breakfast pastry. The service is exceptionally nice. They bring service with a smile. Besides that though, not particularly my favorite Starbucks to go to.

This Starbucks is located inside the Target and it is a hit or miss when ordering drinks here. Sometimes workers will seem completely clueless about making drinks or they don’t get your drink right. I tried to order a drink once and the baristas said I needed to wait what was nearly 20 minutes so he could call someone else to clean up his mess. I kept thinking to myself, can’t you just clean it up yourself? It just seemed really lazy and I was on my break from my job so i couldn’t really waste valuable time waiting around. I didn’t even order I just left because I thought it was absolutely ridiculous.

Awesome and skilled baristas. I’ve even contacted Starbucks to recommend a few for promotion because I’ve been so impressed by the service! Lots of seating inside and out if you can find space. Peak hours mean long lines, but it moves quickly. Restrooms are neat and orderly. Overall, one of the best Starbucks locations around!

The Westwood Starbucks has some serious issues. It’s in a region with heavy foot traffic due to the sheer number of UCLA students, employees, etc. Naturally, you’d expect some decent WiFi… NOPE. Still on at&t WiFi, and no Powermat… that’s just tragic. And to make matters even worse, they are no longer open 24⁄7; they now close from 2−4am. One redeeming factor is that the workers are attentive and make your drinks quick. Oh, and it’s Westwood; parking blows.

Good Starbucks to come to. There are a couple in the immediate area and are always pretty busy, but you get a large college crowed at all of them. The couple times I’ve been here the staff has been very nice. My gold card ran out of money and I had to walk back to my car to grab some cash, instead of them throwing my cup away and assuming I wasn’t going to be back they still made my drink and after I paid it was already ready! There is limited indoor seating all thought this location is kind of large but they do have a lot of outdoor seating which is nice. I would recommend this location if you are in the area and looking for a nice cup of joe. Enjoy! Got to run, my coffee is getting cold! XOXO

No complaints. I had a meeting nearby and as usual, Starbucks was there to provide a late afternoon coffee fix. Quick, friendly and stocked with all the usual. Exactly what you’d expect.

It’s not so bad! This mega-chain is still extremely reliable in terms of service and what they deliver. The Boulange is delicious. I love all their pastries, and their breakfast sandwich(sausage and egg) is a steal at $ 3.25. They toast it for you before serving it. Awesome. Now, if you haven’t been to a Starbucks, you must have been living in an atomic bomb shelter. However, since you likely have, I’ll just highlight a few things that this Starbucks has that is different from your average Starbucks. Space: Quite spacious. So spacious, in fact, that you have to wonder whether they could have put more tables and seats here… which brings me to my other point… Crowds: This place can be horrendously crowded. In fact, that is likely the most dependable trait of this place. Hoards of students and staff from UCLA come here in batches, making your wait yo-yo from 3 minutes to 25 minutes. Pros: Proximity to campus, dependable internet, plugs everywhere
