Stopped at the Starbucks to get a Frappuccino and was surprise. Outside there is seating and there were different people hanging out and having fun. When I walked in I expected a long line but there wasn’t. As I looked around to check my surrounds I saw a group of people in the middle of store. I walked pass to see what they quiet crowd was about and it was two groups playing chess. How awesome is that. I proceeded to the line to place my order. I got the new double chocolate fudge bar. Within 3 minutes my order was ready. If you are a chocolate fan thus drink is for you. The whipped cream is not even chocolate. Yummy..

Ok I hear all the time to support the«black business» or support the *black community” and today I did and it wasn’t a good experience. I live walking distance from the Ladera Center and NEVER go to the Starbucks because I assumes the customer service was going to be bad. So I would drive all the way to Westchester for my coffee fix. So today June 12th I went in to buy a yogurt, sandwich, and coffee and was pretty much laughed at. First an employee was cleaning the glass where are the pastries were and he saw me trying to reach the yogurts, but he wouldn’t move… not even after I said excuse me. He just kept cleaning… STRIKEONE… I go to the cashier and lay my things down and order a coffee… mind you I didn’t get a good morning, I only received a look as if I was annoying the cashier… SMH… I ordered an Ice Caramel Macchiato and asked for toffee to be added and the girl ask if I wanted whip cream!!! Ummmmm drink dont come with whip cream… STRIKETWO… she handed my cup to another girl, she read the cup to make my drink and they started laughing ANDTHATWASHORRIBLE… VERYRUDEANDPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Were they laughing at me and my order… STRIKETHREE? I will never know but it appeared they did since I seemed to annoy the girl at the registered. I said thank you and grab my receipt and didn’t receive a «welcome». When the girl finished my drink she was nice and said have a good day but I just felt it was all fake! I WILLNEVERVISITTHATSTARBUCKSAGAIN and I will tell my friends to go elsewhere. I will continue to visit Starbucks in Westchester where the friendly people work even though this one is walking distance.

I have bought several breakfast sandwiches here and it’s always inconsistent how they’re cooked. Sometimes they were overcooked and sometimes they are still cold. Parking is usually really easy here, but it can be difficult to find a seat inside. Especially on a weekend mornings, the line will be out the door.

Horrible customer service never going back again! They didn’t let me in with my bicycle straight up kicked me out! I was going to put inside but aside, out of everyone’s way and they didn’t allow me

Worst Starbucks ever! The only reason I come here is because it’s right across from my work. I have the app and from my understanding you use the app to order in advance but with this location it doesn’t even matter since they never have my order ready or start making it till I get here. This morning I ordered 15 min before going into this location when I got here my order wasn’t even ready or being made after 15 min of waiting and again nothing. They didn’t even know they had a mobile order till I asked for my drink/food. I didn’t even get an apology and the girl that handed my food just got an attitude with me for not thanking her!!! Very bad customers service!

This was the longest I ever waited to place an order in a Starbucks, while actually standing in front of the register. I got a venti green tea lemonade with no syrup and light ice. I also got a reduced fat egg white and turkey bacon sandwich. Everything was fine until I got my drink and light ice equated to ¾ of the cup being filled with ice. I even said something to the barista about it, she insisted there really wasn’t much ice in it. I gave up and left. I finished my $ 4 green tea lemonade in about 8 sips, because it was packed with ice! I am going to go back and order another and make it plain that light ice really does mean light ice!

The line is long. I ordered today a Trenta Peach Green Tea Lemonade which is what I always order. However when I told the lady that made my drink this is a Peach Green Tea instead of a peach green tea lemonade. She told me that they don’t have any more green tea and I would have to wait for more green tea. She asked if I would like to just add some lemonade instead. I said yes. She goes to cashier and manager to ask which cashier made my order to confront the cashier for messing up the order. When I got my order back the lady goes to tell me that next time say peach green tea lemonade instead of peach green tea. Very rude.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this Starbucks because I was always so turned off by the ratchetness. But tonight was not bad at all. The chess players seemed to be designated to one area whereas they use to dominate the whole shop and all you could do was order your drink to go. The layout in general seems more spacious, enough space for plenty of people to sit and enjoy a cup of joe. The baristas were polite… no complaints. And the restroom was clean. Despite my hesitance towards coming here, I’d give it another shot based on tonight’s experience. Omg, and the Flat White is bomb! 052⁄100

I’ve used Unilocal to look up reviews of other restaurants for quite a while now. It is until now that I’ve decided to make an account to write a review. From the stars above you can probably guess that it won’t be a good one. When I got to the register I ordered two drinks. Both chestnut praline. One of their newer holiday drinks, the only difference being that I ordered one a frappucino and the other a latte. I pay for my drinks and go off to the side to wait. After a while the man making the drinks stares at me after having said«Caramel brulee» twice. Finally he motions towards me and says my name. Confused I go up and tell him I ordered the Chestnut Praline. He stares blankly at me for about a minute and takes the drinks back. I look at my receipt, and sure enough the receipt had an order for two caramel drinks. Now I know people make mistakes. The cashier probably misheard me. It could happen to anyone. I also could have said the wrong drink. But I know I didn’t, as I had been texting my friend for the name of said drink. Mistakes happen, and I would have let it go if it weren’t for the fact that after remaking the drinks the man decided to get a bit smart with me and disrespect me. He said, and I quote, «I know for a fact you said Caramel brulee at the register. I hear everything player,» in the most condescending of tones. Considering the fact that they were busy at the time and were constantly getting orders that he had to churn out, there’s no way he «heard» me say anything. This was all his attempt at humiliating me in front of the customers behind me. The coffee was fine, but his attempt at humiliation was not. I don’t know his name, but what I do know is that I won’t be going back. Edit: some spelling

I want to love this Starbucks, because the baristas are good, but the patio is unusable due to the fact that there is constant cigarette and cigar smoke permeating the air. More families would come if they enforced their no smoking rule. We want to be greeted by the smell of coffee at the entrance, not the stench of cigars.

The lines were really long. But the barista were awesome. Each team member seem to be in sync with each other. Drive-through was extremely long. Early in the morning to save time you’ll want to go in. This morning my coconut chai tea was a little strong

Went here a few nights ago to meet up with friends. We sat on the patio and attempted to enjoy conversation as we caught up. It was chill until a few spotty characters lurked around our table butting into our conversation. One man strolled on his bike. He stopped right behind us playing a video game. All we heard was gun shots. Next he was blurting out we should move to DC. Sounded pretty militant and scary! Then there was a loud table of people playing dominoes. Hmmm… interesting not say the least. I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised by the mixture of characters. This is definitely a place to people watch if nothing else. Lol

I came here around 6AM to get some coffee before my early morning appointment. I wanted to just relax a bit but that was not possible here. For some reason, the crowd here is really loud(as in yelling across the store). Quite a lot of energy at 6AM, I must say. The baristas were not rude, but definitely were not friendly either. The tables were also a little sticky(which is weird considering that it was so early in the morning). A plus is that this location is one of the larger Starbucks that I have been to. Other than that, this Starbucks seems to be subpar from the locations that I frequent. The next time that I am in the area, I’ll look for a different coffee shop to go to.

Lots of space and a large patio area, but the WiFi is incredibly spotty. Don’t plan on getting any work done here. It kept kicking me off, and the man next me spent a good 30 minutes to 1 hour trying to log on(I was trying to help him). Also some of the staff members(not all) are rude. I went up to tell the barista that the restroom was out of TP and she a) ignored me while chatting with coworkers and b) didn’t care or respond when I mentioned the TP. I used to work in restaurants and always appreciated when someone gave me a heads up about the restrooms. People need TP, I mean, come on! Pros: My drink arrived quickly and was quite tasty.

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to in any metropolitan area. They never have enough people working so the line is out the door, and any extra person they have(other than the barista and one person on register) is in the back stocking or filling milk… Not helping to move the line or make drinks. They never seem to know what they are doing and when I complained because I got home to find that they charged me for two pastries but only gave me one they said there was nothing they could do and to call corporate. I would never go here if there was another Starbucks in this neighborhood… Worth moving.

This starbucks is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. They don’t seem to realize that if they are going to sell a sugar-free drink that it is NOT acceptable to then make a drink containing sugar. I’ve spoken to an employee here about this and they have admitted that because they don’t sell many skinny mochas it is difficult to go to the back and get the sugar-free chocolate necessary to make a skinny mocha. That’s why at times they will simply say they are out of the ingredient. Okay fine. Lie and tell me you’re out. But don’t take my $ 4.50, tell me you are going to make it, then make something entirely different and then only admit after being challenged that you didn’t actually make it. I would be scared going to a place like this if I were diabetic or had any other specific dietary needs.

Met up for a quick coffee and iced sweetened tea drink with a fellow Elite Unilocaler. My barista Diamond was super helpful and friendly. She made my Americano to perfection. However Morgan(the dreaded cashier) was so awfully rude and not friendly at all. I don’t live in the Culver City area so the chances of me visiting this Starbucks again is low. But if you live in the area and frequent this particular Starbucks be on the look out for Morgan and please say hello to Diamond. You will know them both because one will be smiling with a pleasant energy and the other… well not so much.
