This location is smaller than most Starbucks I’ve been to. I ordered the Waffle Cone frap after the cashier told me it was«the bomb» Lol! It really was! Thanks for the suggestion! I enjoyed it. However the girl that worked at 12:30PM today needs to work on her customer service skills. I watched her make my frap and asked her if she could put extra caramel on it and she just looked at me like I told her to go to her home, make the caramel sauce, bring it back to Starbuck, then put it on my frap! She went back and put a drop more of caramel…-_– then she put it on the counter with an attitude. Girl, if your going to have an attitude about customer request, then you should find a new job.

I think the asian Starbucks girl is very cute. Too bad I didn’t get a name =(I will come here whenever I’m around. I hope she makes my Americano every time =) despite how I accidentally ordered a hot Americano, she still helped me with a jumpy, positive, prance like attitude. =) thank you.

Noisy as hell… The drinks are ok but since everyone comes here so there is no place to seat or talk.

Didn’t have venti cups so they gave me the size higher for a venti price. Had to twist an arm but they were nice enough to accommodate my slightly annoying request.

Slowest Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. Avoid at all costs. And they almost always get my order wrong. This place and all their employees are complete nightmares.

Poor customer service, hope i can gave negative five stars, today i bought a bagel with cream cheese, they ran out of knife. And i ask One of Batista– Alicia, She didn’t even bother trying to find it, with her numb facial expressions, she told me «I don’t know, it’s your bagel now». Is this the same company that called themself with best coffee and customized services? I highly doubted, as a normal person with human decency, nobody does something like that, I will tell my friends to go somewhere else to get the same coffee with better attitude… poor training systems as well! Thank you for making my day!

3÷27÷1610:46am The asian girl at the register was really nice but the person who made my drink which was a hispanic lady needs to relearn how to make fraps. I ordered a venti caramel frap and first of all she put way too much milk. The milk is supposed to fill up to the first line not the second. And second of all, the venti frap is supposed to have four pumps of cold bar syrup. So DONOT pump 8 pumps in the mixture. The drink came out way too sweet and watery. Good thing i didnt pay money and had a reward. I couldnt drink more than two sips and had to throw a perfectly full drink away.

After my experience at Pete’s coffee I came to Starbucks personally I’m not a big fan of Starbucks however I thought I’d give them a shot. After explaining to the girl how my experience was terrible at Pete’s coffee with my matcha green tea choose super nice about it and sympathized with me. When my order came up there was no foam in it which is good however it had way too much ice in clumps of the green tea powder. When I asked the barista about it she says that’s the way it supposed to come we stir it we don’t shake it. Either way whether it is stirred or shaked I don’t want to be drinking clumps of green tea. After I told her this she then took it and shook it. When the drinking back to me a quarter of my drink was missing and was replaced with a bunch of foam and watched the breeze the dump the remaining quarter of my drink down the sink. This is probably one of the main reasons I don’t come to Starbucks because they have unqualified Baristas. I myself used to be a barista and I took pride in my work. What I go back? Probably not to this location

What happened to this store? I been coming here for 3 years now and I had grown so confident in their ability to make my caramel macchiato that I don’t bother tasting it until I get back to the office. This is the second time where, whatever that barista made was not a caramel macchiato(I haven’t learned his name, he is usually making drinks, light skinned, youngest looking kid there, probably a college aged, looks like he hates being there). He ruins my drink every time he has made it. I got a venti cup with a lot of milk and splash of expresso, not sure if there was a full shot in there my drink is predominantly milk oh and the caramel mmmhmm well i guess we forgot all that together. I get one of these drinks daily, nothing different, not extra pumps, nothing and when he doesn’t make it, the rest of the staff always makes it right I get the expected glorious drink. He needs more training and customer service or bench him and make him a cashier, although he is rather rude. I asked for a sleeve and man its like I asked for his money or something or his personal stash(reminiscent of asking for ketchup at MCDS). This is a $ 5 drink, I can go to 5 other places within walking distance and I choose to come here, I can go to another Starbucks a couple blocks the opposite direction. I need to start trying my drink in there to make sure its made right and if not have it redone correctly. I reviewed this place a year ago raving how amazing and talented the staff was. I will get his name and update this thing, DON’T GETYOURDRINKFROMTHISGUY!!! or TASTETESTBEFOREYOULEAVE!!!

The service was bad, there wasn’t even a long line and the cashier seemed so frustrated and annoyed to take my order. I bought a tall blonde coffee with hazelnut/vanilla and soy since I am lactose intolerant. Why I was charged $ 3.65 I will never know. I bought the exact same drink at a different Starbucks and it cost me $ 2.45. I definitely won’t be going back here even though I work three doors down. Pete’s Coffee is right across the street.

I stop at this location almost everyday. It is very small and busy so around 10:30am is the best time to get a coffee in the morning. Lunch time is very busy. They just have one chair and one table so I never find a place to sit for a min but that’s OK. The staff who knows me, they are very friendly and they already know what I want. Being a gold member helps a lot so I get all the promotions:) and free refills!!!

Good Starbucks. Good service but the wait can be long and sometimes there’s 100s of people there due to the extension program upstairs but overall they handle it very well my fav is the caramel flavored anything there.

I like this location. Busy but efficient with Mobile Order. But ordering by phone is becoming popular nowadays so I think it’s time to set some ground rules on it. Nothing fancy, just straightforward rules. MOBILEORDERETIQUETTE: Barista: place sticker high enough so the cardboard sleeve doesn’t cover the person’s name. Everyone else: to check if it’s your drink, rotate by touching from the bottom of the sleeve or on the sleeve. Don’t touch the lid. Don’t lift the drink. My order today had the sticker high enough to easily see my name(thanks to the barista who made it) but I still saw a couple of people lift it up to inspect it, one of which went as far as pulling the sleeve down while grasping it with his two hands. The only thing missing in that scene was for him to take a sip of my drink to make sure it’s not REALLY his order. WTF. My name is clearly written on the sticker. His name couldn’t have possibly be the same as mine. My $ 0.02

Man, I have spent some serious time in this place, once upon a time when I lived in Westwood with no internet! I mean, I literally lived in here and the staff was so cool that they never once questioned me or asked me to leave or give up my table. In fact they were just friendly and generous offering me a free refill here and there on my coffee which I super appreciated even though I would walk away 8 – 10 hours later twitching!!! I used the internet and I met with potential partners and clients here, just acted like I went out of my way to meet them here, wink wink, our little secret right?! Right! Thanks guys!

Very slow and inattentive staff. Twice in my interaction with the cashier, she stopped to talk to both the barista and the other cashier when she should have paid attention to what she was doing. Never asked my name for my food order and when the barista called it, he could barely be heard… This is the closest one to me at work. But next time I miss breakfast, I will go to one of the 3 I have within a mile from my apartment.

So I went back the next day and they gave me my cookie plus didn’t charge me for my Americano! Good customer service… made me smile and I will be returning here now weekly for my afternoon coffee! They charged me for a cookie but never gave it to me. Those bastards! #Starsucks It was also dirty in there. Felt more like a buss stop.

This is a teeny tiny Starbucks near UCLA and busy Wilshire Blvd. There is exactly ONE table and ONE chair. Do not come here looking for a place to work. Because of the size the lines frequently run into each other… the line of people waiting for a drink intersects the line of people waiting to order which feeds directly into the line of people waiting for the bathroom. Yeah, it’s a mess. I know you need your coffee. So run in here, try to stay in your lane and get out. Because that’s really your only option.

This is the perfect Starbucks for my early morning caffeine fix. Granted it’s tiny, parking SUCKS(typical 310 fare though) but that’s not something they have any control over. I walk in & out in 3 minutes flat and my coffee is perfect every time. P. S. This is not the Starbucks to go to if you want to lounge around. Be prepared to get in & out quickly because there is no seating area.
