I’m not a fan of Starbucks to begin with but this location is just terrible. I dislike writing bad reviews but I ordered a latte and instead got a cup full of foam. I wasn’t the only one so there was no excuse that it was just mine accidentally made wrong. It was semi clean and some of the employees were nice but most had an attitude. Probably never coming back.

They really pack your drinks with ice. Ordered a venti and got the equivalent of a tall with all of the ice they packed in it.

I bet when they hire the follow criteria: be stupid, be rude, be ignorant, be intolerant and don’t give a f… what customer says, case we are at Starbucks! This location has the worst cashiers and baristas I ve met ever!

After coming here for a while now this Starbucks has grown on me. They always know what I want and they are really nice. They are all sweethearts and make it an energetic environment… Maybe because of all the coffee… Overall this will continue to be the Starbucks I come to.

Customer service here has greatly improved! I get my coffee here faster (and tastes better) than the other location nearby (beside CPK). My drink is sometimes done less than minute after I pay.

Everytime I come to this specific Starbucks, I feel as though I am a part of the Starbucks family. Does it help I come just about everyday? Maybe. Sometimes my order is already at the register before I even get there to order. I love that because there is no wait. Ray and Andrea always make my drink perfectly and they are always friendly. Love this place. Keep up the great work!!!

So sad to have this Starbucks in the heart of downtown with the worst c/​service… Waited for over 20min and then my food was microwaved with plastic which I had to take it off in my car. This is worst Starbucks location I ever been too. Sorry but not sorry.

Honestly, no one should have to wait in line for average 25 – 30 mins. to buy a cup of coffee.
Yes, employees are friendly but I mean they should be. after making you wait for forever.
Starbucks is Starbucks. As a gold star member, Starbucks is great. Just speed up the service in this location and everything would be fine and dandy.

Coffee time before work!
This one gets a bit crowded. Preferably, I like to opt for the one up the street on Wilshire and Bixel. This location gets so crowded in the mornings the staff is prone to mistakes. I don’t think its incompetence, just poor staffing on managements end.
But, if you’re office is near hear, you get what’s given to you. Just check your drink to make sure it’s right before you head for the door. Word.
