Longest I’ve ever waited for a drink. They have two people behind the counter making drinks during the holidays! Not worth the wait and the hike up to the third floor. Should have just walked to coffee bean further down by the farmers market. They do not take starbucks gift cards or rewards as they are not a REAL starbucks. They just serve their products.

The most inefficient staff ever. With 5 employees I figured the line would move pretty fast. I waited in line for 15 minutes and there were only 4 people ahead of me. Come on guys, I know you can move faster than that. I couldn’t help but sigh watching them.

So so so slow. All I wanted as a sandwich and it took 20 minutes to get. That’s not an exaggeration. No one even tried to work quickly even with the line.

First off, a good sized Starbucks kiosk on the top floor of Barnes & Noble Bookstore. On the surface it appears like not a bad area to study or do some light reading during the day. Since they have some indoor seating and a small outdoor balcony with some seating as well. Now the bad, The people working here are friendly but their coffee machines were always«malfunctioning» and their work area was a mess. The day I got coffee there they were trying to promote their pizza and every person ahead of me declined because some flies were clearly seen inside the large refrigerates pasties crawling all over the pasties. When they brought it up with management, they denied that there was a problem and left the pasties and continued to try to sell them to unknowing customers. Absolutely disgusting! Get your act together Starbucks!
