+ Friendly and quick service
Have been here a few times to get drinks, never had an issue. Maybe it’s because I come during the down time, not sure. Either way, it’s a cool little hidden spot that gets the job done. Not much else to say but it gives me my Starbucks fix when I need it.

Came in for a salted caramel bar. It appears the cashiers here only handle money. It’s the second time my pastry request was handled similar to coffee — your name is written on a paper bag and placed in line for someone to fill. I waited 5 minutes just for someone to grab a pastry out of the case. My complaint may sound petty, but this location is in the financial district in DTLA where every everyone is on their way to work. Five minutes is precious time here.

Nice little spot and i have not had to wait more than five minutes tops for my order, and the girl taylor that works in the mornings is super cute and friendly

Nice little coffee spot, much smaller than others tho. I’ve ordered here a few times and they are repeat offenders on giving me the wrong thing or forgetting to sweeten this or that. Seems they keep hiring new Baristas who really don’t know what they’re doing.
