The rudest and the most obnoxious shift manager name Frida who works there and not only she is incompetent to make a soy foam with actual foam but also she have the nastiest attitude. The same person last time messed up one of my colleagues drink and she was also rude to him. Her colleagues said she is only 19 so have teens attitude. Really Starbucks? You hire a 19 years old with major personality disorder and incompetence and clearly hate her job and the client at store shift manger. Store is always filled with homeless people. Their bathroom even have the code is very filthy all the time. This store and that shift manger not only it’s a discredit to Starbucks chains but also it is an embarrassment.

Just like every other person in this world, I frequent Starbucks, and I am completely happy with the product. This review however is for the rude attitude we got from Beatriz at this location today. It was a Saturday afternoon, and when we ordered there was not a long line. I had 5 drinks to order and she was rude and not patient with me at all telling me to «hold on» while I was talking. I worked in the restaurant business for 13 years and bartended for half of them, if you can’t hear people talk to you and work at the same time why are you taking drink orders?! My friend was the one who noticed her attitude and said something to me, so I knew I wasn’t alone. After the drinks were made my daughters caramel frap tasted like milk with no caramel flavor so I asked politely to remake it. Again she told me to «hold on», since when is this a term for customer service?! It is a Starbucks policy to remake the drink if you don’t like it, and this b*%!& thought she was so cool that she had to take the old drink away from us and throw it away. I wasn’t lying that the drink sucked and she treated us like we were high school kids trying to get a free drink. Do you know how much money I spend at Starbucks! Come on. We didn’t need or want that bad drink any way, nor would we have finished it, but this chick needs to check herself. I don’t care how early you get up, how long you are working, or how busy you are, that’s your job! Do it right and do it with customer service. Your manager should think twice about letting you talk to customers.

Never had good experiences at this Starbucks. This location just can’t get it right. Luke warm coffee, forgetting orders to paying no attention, it’s a location to avoid.

This location deserves zero stars! I was in LA this past weekend and this Starbucks was near my hotel. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before stepping into this Starbucks. The baristas(especially Andrew) were so rude! One of my orders was forgotten and after 20 minutes, I asked about it and Andrew accused me of not even ordering it and rolled his eyes at me and gave me so much attitude! I never felt so disrespected in my life. I can’t believe each employee was so rude! After that horrible experience, I contacted Starbucks corporate office regarding this location and the attitude problems the baristas have.

What a cozy little Starbucks located in the Farmer’s Market. There is validated parking, easy in and out. The store can be a little busy in the earlier morning, but otherwise just a steady stream of patrons. There are a bunch of tables to sit and work, and a few comfy chairs to sit back and relax. They have the same offerings as all the starbucks, and I really like their selection of cups and glassware right in the front door as you walk in. They also have the order service, which I usually do when I’m pressed for time and unsure if there will be a wait. Never had any issues here. Occasionally there is a homeless person standing on the side of the building panhandling, but otherwise the people around are very friendly.

The staff here are Amazing! I left my purse hanging on a chair with cash, credit cards, identification and other important papers in it-NOTHING was taken or removed! The staff held my purse, I was over a hour away when I realized I didn’t have it, I drove all the way back but by the time I got there it was closed-the security guards were kind enough to let me stay in their office until daybreak and when they opened I got my purse back! This happened a few years ago, but I just wanted to let the staff and security know that they are AMAZING!!! Thank you SOOO much!!!

It bothers me that there’s a Starbucks at the Farmer’s Market, but it was convenient when I was in need of a quick coffee. Therein lies my constant conflict with the corporate giant. I’d rather gain a star on my gold card then pay $ 3 more for the same drink that could be lesser quality from a coffee stand in the market. Parking is a plenty and easy to manage during off peak hours. There is a lot of seating and this location is larger than normal.

Very busy considering the holiday, but the staff bust through the line like it was yesterday’s news. Wheelin and dealin perfect drinks left and right. Andrew was like a barista ninja — calm and cool with excellent customer service and fantastic drinks. What could have been stressful, Andrew made a special experience. Even wishing us a great rest of our day. Thank you Starbucks, and thank you Andrew.

Rude barista cut me off in the bathroom line to clean it instead of waiting just a minute. The antithesis of green apron service. Service and drink quality serve to differentiate one starbucks from another, they’re what keep people coming back to your store. The worst part was the bathroom wasn’t even clean when he left it.

The barista tried to switch out her parking ticket for mine when I gave her my parking ticket to get it validated. So anyone who is getting your ticket validated make sure to check the time on it.

Because it’s in the Farmer’s Market, this Starbucks location gets busy so expect to enter with at least five people already in line. The other reviews mentioned the baristas’ attitudes. Although they’re not the friendliest, they’re still nice and polite. Their priority is getting the line moving and you in and out of the door. It’s convenient for me when I needed a caffeine/sugar rush to complete my morning errands. I was happy to get my iced grande non-fat Toasted Graham Latte with an extra shot quickly.

The barista was clearly under seasoned and completely lost with my order. I had to instruct her on how to make a mint ice tea properly. Just completely on a different planet all together. Sweet person just not savy,

This Starbucks provides exactly what every Starbucks provides, but in a location that is convenient for me. Thank you Starbucks for remaining consistent.

This is the worst starbucks ever! Most of the baristas are not friendly nor welcoming. I come here often since I live close by and every time i come it’s the same atmosphere. I hope the management does something about this. Baristas are the front liners, they should represent the company well. I had one experience last month wherein the manager or supervisor raised his voice when i kindly asked if my iced coffee had sugar. That really infuriated me! So unprofessional. I wanted to scream Back but decided not to stoop down to his level. Pathetic!

Simply very rude. Some close at 10 and I didn’t realize that this one closes at 9. They told me I have 5 minutes. but I knew I needed at least 30 more seconds to send an email and file because my computer does not have a battery The manager Manfred was very agressive at kicking everyone out. Now I understand that everyone wants to go home… but 30 more seconds just to shut down the computer so your customer doesn’t damage their hard drive? Really? You can’t even be slightly lenient for your regular customers who spend a lot of money at this location to get 30 more seconds so he CAN shut down his computer that doesn’t have a battery??? Simply rude and disrespectful. I’m sorry but customers come first and 30 seconds to help a customer vs forcing them to yank their computer plug from the wall which could damage their computer sucks. Even the bank won’t do that and they got a strict insurance policy that prohibits them from having ppl in there after business hours… but this is a dam coffee house for Petes sake. Smdh(excuse my french). Upon telling him that I was going to make a review on Unilocal it was like he didn’t even give a dam… even after I told him and gave him the option to do something to make things better in any way before I did a review he didn’t give a dam. He never even really made an attempt to do anything to heal the situation. That right there was the determination point in me doing a review on this place. I gave him a chance even though I was upset to be fair and he just didn’t care. Getting outta there was more important than reasoning with a customer in an effort to make it better. Being able to do that is called GOOD customer service skills on another level. And skills that one should have when being put in a managerial level. Manfred the manager absolutely failed in that aspect and now this starbucks in such a high profile area now has a not so happy customer that could have been prevented. But I understand… as he said…“its a corporate store”. so who cares right? Well I do because I’m a customer. Thumbs down down on customer service and on customer retention skills.

I appreciate that this is a busy store. Even so the outside seating area is disgusting. … dirty tables and rubbish on the floor. I’m sure this store is quite profitable. … hire more staff if necessary.

I went here with a friend shortly before they closed. It’s in a great location. Definitely worth visiting if you’re at the farmers market. The staff are friendly and there’s plenty of outside seating. The Parking isn’t bad during the weekend but I imagine it can be crazy on the weekends. It has 2 hours of free parking if validated by one of the vendors from the farmers market. NOT the grove stores. Don’t remember how much it is after the 2nd hour. Check this location out.

Always friendly and efficient. I like their new Flat White. It’s creamy and always piping hot. It’s conveniently located at the Farmer’s Market so I always make a stop here before I walk back home from a few hours of shopping.

I am here from out of town and was enjoying a nice day at The Grove with my friend. Of course, we needed a pick me up in between our shopping. I ordered an iced drink and forgot to ask them for no ice. When I asked her to write«no ice» on the cup, she said she had it as a hot drink. She rewrote my order on a new cup. I saw them put ice in while I was waiting, and politely said, «Excuse me, that order is not supposed to have ice». The lady looked and me, dramatically threw my cup away, and made my drink again. When my friend asked for a side of ice for his drink, she rolled her eyes, didn’t respond, and pushed forward the cup of ice. My friend said, «Thank you, Happy Holidays!» She did not say a word and walked away. As we walked out, every barista was looking at us with a disgusted look. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a Starbucks before. I really hope they reconsider the way they treat their customers, especially knowing how many walk in and out every day. I’m sorry that the order was not properly relayed to you, but please don’t take it out on your customer. In addition, I needed to use the restroom and was asked to wait while the lady cleaned it. There ended up being no toilet paper after the few minutes it took her to clean. She just seemed careless. I would absolutely NOT recommend coming here. There are other coffee shops such as The Coffee Bean, Nordstrom E-bar, Barnes and Noble Café, and a few other in the farmers market area.
