I love this Starbucks! Anytime I am in the area, I stop by for a cup of tea. I have spent many hours reading or studying on the comfy couches. It is a cozy place. I want to thank Nelson who went above and beyond to accommodate me today. What excellent customer service. I will be back :)

Step up your electrical outlet game. It is currently weak AF. I need to charge my laptop and my phone while I drink your mediocre coffee.

Better than average Starbucks. Has a cool fireplace and some comfortable chairs. Only problem is lack of plugs for using laptops. Convenient location near Whole Foods, Chase bank and other places.

I just got back from meeting a friend at this store. This is definitely my go to location, as I live in the area. I think the service is great & friendly. One never feels rushed to leave. I usually spend quite awhile here catching up with friends. It’s the perfect place to meet, as there’s always plenty of street parking. I noticed when I was waiting for a friend, that they offer free Wifi & phone charging. Neither of these things apply to me, but how great that this location offers that to its customers. I seem to always get the same things of a vanilla bean frapuccino or a hot chocolate. I’ve never been disappointed, as they always taste so good. Kudos to the Manager & staff at this location for making it a great experience every time! :):)

This place is a big fat cluster. Expect to wait 15 min on Saturday morning for an Americano, only to get it and it’s cold.

I am not a hardcore starbucks fan, but because of their rewards program, I buy drinks from them once in a while. Last Friday, I wanted to buy starbucks for my co-workers, 12 drinks to be exact and since they had the frap for half off HH, I thought it is a great time to do it. So I went to this location and let the employee know that I had 12 drinks order. Right off the bat, she seemed mad which I can understand. But then she asked me if I wanted all the names on the drinks to be under my name… I mean seriously??! She could have offered to put initials of the person that the drink belonged to. Anyways, I told her no. I want the names of the drink holder to be on the drink which she finally accepted(with an attitude). Luckily they are fast, so the drinks were ready in no time. Not to mention that the drinks that I had requested w/o whip cream ended up having it which I had them to take it out. To make the story short, I ended up purchasing all the drinks in one transaction which means that I only got 1 star instead of 12. So the next day I called the customer service and had them add another 11 to my account… Yes, it is my right… I spent $ 35, dollars for that transaction, I need to get my stars.:-)

Awful Starbucks location… because of the layout. It’s just way too small to handle the crowds that pass through. Not only is there not even close to enough seating, the tables and chairs are practically on top of each other, to the point anyone getting up can barely navigate to the counter or bathroom. I don’t care about the cute décor, this is not exactly a place you want to linger.

Finally found a store that has CLOVERBREW! It is the smoothest coffee ever! Don’t confuse it with a pour over. I mistakenly ordered one and it was lukewarm at best. Yuk! The clover brew is always hot and fresh. Every Starbucks should have a Clover Brewing Machine; it’s the bomb! This store is small but has a nice atmosphere and great workers. I only go once a week or so, but they actually remember customers’ names and orders! It’s often hard to find a seat, but worth a visit just for the Clover Brew!

Even though there is a Clover Brew machine here, one of of the female baristas(Yuka?) refuses to use it to make a cup(she mumbles about what a pain it is to use), claiming it is being cleaned. Girlfriend needs some serious customer service training! If you hear such a story, which we have on many occasions, ask for the manager; he’s very receptive.

I just wish it wasn’t crowded over half the time to do homework or at least getting a coffee

We all know super franchise Starbucks’ offerings are pretty much similiar around the country in terms of choices, quality and pricing. Nothing different or special at this West L.A. spot. Getting a seat inside or on the patio can be a tough proposition. This location is always busy and one never can rely on being able to have a seat to enjoy your beverage of choice. Finding a parking spot can be off and on. There is limited street parking and a private lot three doors down that is small and usually full. I’ve always had quick, efficient service from the staff at this location.

This is one of my numerous go-to Starbucks locations because it’s near where I exercise. I like the ambiance — the big plush chairs and fireplace. The gated patio is a nice touch too. Service can be slow but the line doesn’t tend to get long. I see a lot of people waiting around the small area near the drink bar and it’s a tight space so that tends to encourage me to only order coffee, not a custom drink. It may just be the store’s design. Parking is a challenge. The lot is small and some spaces are reserved. I often park a block away and walk.

I come here often and the employees here might as well be friends. They are very nice. My only complaint about this location is that it seems to offer only dark roast after noon.

This Starbucks is nicer than most. The décor and atmosphere is pleasant and cozy, with ample seating and couches for those looking to relax, read the newspaper, or do homework for classes. The only downside is that it can get pretty crowded since so many people like to stay and enjoy their coffee at the Starbucks itself. Sitting by the fireplace in the front of the store is a great touch and perfect for relaxing.

Unlike ALL the other SBs, they will NOT do a venti in a triente ice coffee. Some BS about their registers. Doesn’t help that they messed up my order.

It’s okay here very limited seating and parking is hard… but it has a fireplace. Not a lot seating areas here, always packed, but has google wifi which is very fast.

This Starbucks is just what you would expect out of most Starbucks’ except for a few things. It’s one of the rare Starbucks that serve Clover coffee. It’s a machine that was invented by Stanford students that was engineered for a perfect cup of coffee. Starbucks bought it from them, manufactured a few of them and only puts it in select stores. Another benefit to this store is that it has a cozier feeling with a fireplace. And it also usually has seating open either inside or outside. You can put your feet up on the coffee table inside if you decide to sit there.

Short n sweet — lots of tables and chairs for work or play indoors and outdoors. Patio is surprisingly big for this corner space with umbrellas to give you a good shade. Wifi strength is awesome if you need it. But don’t expect to find a lot if plug in’s here. There’s only 1 outlet that I noticed. So come with your gear all charged up. Quick and friendly service! Smallish parking lot shared with a couple eateries. Convenient location being right off the 10.

Burned the midnight oil. Once again my alarm clock shocked, like a panic attack. Caffeinated on «home brew», by 8:00AM, first appointment over, I knew I needed more to get me through. A self proclaimed coffee snob, generally I am not a fan of Starbucks’ bean unless it’s an emergency and only if it’s pure unadulterated espresso which they execute well. Convenient to my next appointment(Thanks trusty Unilocal app!), I entered the parking lot from hell, filled with equally sleep-deprived folks, including security sipping on a grande, directing traffic. Fearing a fender bender, I carefully exited. Parked on National Boulevard. Walked half a block. Compact, this java joint was jumpin’! Absolutely zero seating inside, something I had hoped would not be the case. Cheerful, efficient baristas moved the line along like they were standing in it, jonesing brown gold theirs, anyone’s… Double espresso and blueberry oat bar up stat! Considered outdoor seating but a rare rain left the patio soggy so back to my car for dashboard dining, the story of my life… Robust double, oat bar filling and not too sweet .
