Well this is sad to say but this location was my favorite. I asked for the Italian Style Ham and Spicy Salami panini and got a spicy ham sandwich that had no salami. I am also pretty sure whoever was in charge that night said that I wouldn’t know the difference. But I did notice because I’ve had that sandwich before. And my drink also tasted like they used the oldest milk on hand. At least the lady at the register was nice. I’m used to better management from this location, not sure if that guy was temporary or if this is the new régime.

Came here to unwind and get work done. This Starbucks has ample seating as well as plenty of outlets underneath their bar style tables.
Staff is great! Friendly and the store was kept clean and organized!
Best aspect of this location is that they’re open until 11pm.

This is the only Starbucks I’ve experienced these things:
–Staff does not know how to make menu items (usually they forget something then you have to ask then they realize, or they look confused when they see your order then ask other staff to help make drink)
–Staff has no idea what limited edition drink I’m ordering and say they don’t sell that. Show staff sign behind them with drink you are trying to order.
–Frap drinks without coffee shot (like 15% of the time, I really do enjoy having sugar water!)
–No one at cashier and a 2 – 5 minute wait until you are served. They are supposedly «working» but no drinks are being made and no one else is waiting. When they do serve you, they make face like you are a hassle instead of saying thank you for waiting
–Mobile order not ready at specified time, or they say it’s being made when it’s already made and put to side but they don’t realize
I can’t wait for new starbucks on La Cienga nearby to open, this one is a joke.

I go in this Starbucks often and I came in to buy a drink plus use the restroom. Someone was in the restroom so I sat down with my backpack off my shoulders and as I was putting my backpack on to go in the restroom. I didn’t notice glass cups behind me and knocked one over with my backpack. An associate walks up to me and says «It’s okay! I got it. It happens all the time.» Then I proceed to the restroom and come out to notice a lady who’s back was facing me during the accident complaining about the situation to one of the associate’s. I walk up to order a drink and 2 other associates says «Don’t worry! We’re human and make mistakes all the time.» They made me feel comfortable after a very awkward situation. As I received my drink the guy proceeded to tell me you’re always welcomed here.
Plus my Chai Iced Latte was on point :)
5 STARS, if I could give more I would.

Employees are pretty friendly. They try to stay on top of cleanliness. Overall it’s a pretty well ran Starbucks just wish they didn’t have so many campers who park at the tables all day!

This starbucks location is not my usual place to come and get a drink but when I do this is a good location since I work from City to City driving to LA to Hollywood and etc. And trying new Starbucks location and seen the different taste and quality, this particular location is a well-​maintained location staff is very friendly they don’t seem pushy at all I’m a pretty patient person so they work well with me when I’m not in a rush or when I am, not once has the staff rolled her eyes at me or have been rude I talk to them direct and they act like well professionals, one of my favorite drinks will be there caramel frappé and also the double chocolaty chip which are my two favorite drinks in all of Starbucks, the good taste of a ice cold drink on a warm sunny California day is a most peaceful relaxing thing ever, thank you Starbucks for meeting my everyday needs

The staff is very helpful and the shop look very clean and orderly. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained.
I ordered a tall chai latte extra hot. The flavor was wonderful (as expected) and the temperature was perfect (a small thing I truly appreciate).

Another Starbucks nothing special but nothing to complain about either. I must say my last two carmel mocchiatos have been BOMB! Parking is okay. there’s a small parking lot behind the Starbucks and meter parking. So if this place is convenient. .make a stop! I also like the fact they have wireless charging stations…

Nice staff working in this location, and the place is clean every time I come here. There is one problem: At the rush hours, it is crazy to look for parking here. The Starbucks doesn’t has its own parking lot which makes it uncomfortable for people who just want to go in and out with the coffee as quick as possible.
My local Starbucks, and I love it.

This is a fairly small locale with tables outside and inside. There is a lot of foot traffic, as it’s located on busy Pico Blvd. The staff is friendly and efficient.
tip– they have a few tables set up for charging your electronics

Super cold AC which is a life saver on these inferno days at the end of old paradigm and New Reality not quite yet estibilished. I’m writing on my iPhone among a sea of other computer users. To one side of me is a homeless guy who has camped out with all his worldly processions. To the other side of me is a Jewish lady who is talking, aham, yelling Hebrew into her cell. I’m enjoying tea (Emperor Cloud and Mist with steamed soy) in my own Starbuck mug (saving of 10 cents each cup)! Breath-​taking clear view of millions of cars streaming across Pico and Robertson… this this here is Los Angeles!

PLEASE HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE BEST FIT FOR WORKING WITH PEOPLE
JORGE who works here NEEDS PROFESSIONAL HELP BEGINNING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. SURPRISED that such a reputable company like Starbucks would hire someone who is UNPROFESSIONAL, LACKS POSITIVE ATTITUDE & NEVER SMILES. It’s understandable that all of us have bad days, so we decided to see if Jorge’s intolerable cold attitude would improve the next few times we gave our business to this place, but unfortunately it did not.
Jorge is cold and while taking your order acts like he’s doing you some sort of favor WTH
In addition the parking at this location is not convenient.
We will take our business else where.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Please train your employees… I reloaded 5 dollars on the card and the new employee goes «thanks, you are all set, bye» and I’m standing there… I reloaded to buy something. Then he proceeded to call Strawberry Açai «aka-​ee». So being me, I said it’s actually «asa-​ee» and he goes, «Oh, people just say it differently, I say aka-​ee.»
Sigh. And he was so extremely slow. And my friend got a wrong drink at this location AGAIN. It’s not that hard :/​He got a Peach Green Tea Lemonade, and he proceeded to write on his cup «PGT» and my friend asked, «did you get the lemonade part?» And the employee nods yes.

Personally with out certain employees this would probably be an only ok Starbucks.
However because of Morgan, one of the Baristas I have to add an extra star.
She makes sure my coffee is perfect, even when someone messes up my order she knows me and fixes it for me!
It’s a pretty busy location, not always easy to find a spot to sit during a heavy rush. However the rushes normally die down fairly quick.
The baristas are helpful and accommodating!
Overall my favorite Starbucks. aside from it seeming like they constantly have one new employee who doesn’t seem to understand my complex order… in their defense it is more complex…

My local Starbucks! The baristas are friendly and helpful and they manage to keep the place consistently clean. There is plenty of seating and free wi-​fi which makes it very work/​study friendly.
The one draw back is the parking. The parking lot is very small and shared with other businesses and the street parking is not plentiful. All around solid quality Starbucks.
