My new favorite Starbucks… I have had great experiences at this location. My order is fairly simple and they manage to get it right consistently even when they are really busy. The baristas are awesome and ridiculously friendly. Sydney and Felix always go above and beyond to make me feel at home at the crack of dawn. Great way to start my day. :)

When you are having a bad day you don’t take it out on the public… PERIOD. So to the management at this location… take the time to retrain Sydney and Chelsi. These girls have so much attitude it’s pathetic. Now I know that everyone has bad days, but when you are there to serve it had best be your best effort. I called the corporate office and I hope this gets worked out.

Downgrade to one star. Went in yesterday for a coffee date and they first made the wrong drink for my date. Then they had to ask two more times what the simple drink order was (I assure you it wasn’t one of those twenty syllable coffee orders) before finally getting it out to us. I don’t think this is a well run location, despite it having some good things going for it in terms of the amount of seating room available and central location in Brentwood.

Love this Starbucks. Even though I don’t get to come as often as I used to, I always enjoy my visits. I once dropped a venti coffee all over the floor and they didn’t hesitate to be sympathetic especially after seeing my dumb shocked face.
This morning I came and they did something really nice after telling me my coffee would take 5 minutes to brew since they had to make a new pot. Also, the music they play is not the same bluegrass/​folksy tunes at other locations — it’s actually new music. They played John Legend today and Deadmau5 a while back. The girls today were pretty cute too. Only problem I have with this Sbux it’s too popular — crowded af.

This is a relatively small Starbucks, but they have superb service.
I came here for the first time this morning, since it is close to my office. They were fully staffed, which was perfect for my time crunch. They also remade my drink because the lid would not fit on the cup. I honestly would not have minded if they had just transferred the drink to another cup, however I understand it may be a health code violation. Either way they exceeded my expectations and I definitely appreciate it.

This Starbucks is in a great location. It’s usually a pretty good study atmosphere. Occasionally they blare music a bit too loud, but not very often. The morning and midday staff are great, but unfortunately the night crew is awful.
There are usually other employees/​friends of the staff that are up at the counter chatting, whom you have to interrupt to get a drink. Also, I have had the barista roll her eyes several times at me when I ask for a cup of coffee. Seriously. Tonight, she said, «We have none brewed, you’re going to have to wait for 5 minutes.» I have ordered coffee through their «Clover» machine before, which caused them to act like I asked them to do dental surgery. Further, if you here close to closing time, the baristas can be pretty pushy for you to leave.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks since it’s walking distance from my apartment and it’s great for people watching. The Baristas are very friendly too.

There is not really a point of rating a Starbucks location, but this one is just so horrible for two reasons.
Reason 1:
Most Starbucks location are way to cold but this location is just a freezer. I never get the point of these super cold locations. Power must be free or something to run the AC so low
Reason 2:
Loud blasting music. This is not a night club, it is a coffee shop for crying out loud, and I mean Looooud. You cannot complain about the type of music they play, because it is personal taste after all. However, playing some whiny, wimpy British Rock band, the entire album, the same monotonous singer, just dreadful.

Although it gets crowded quickly and parking is scarce and never free… unless you walk a good distance, its still a great place to study just relax. I have always found a table when coming here to study and love how the seats are not high chair seats so I can actually actually fee comfortable when being here.

The drinks are fine but it would honestly be faster to drive to LAX buy a flight ticket go through security and buy the drink at the LAX Starbucks at the gate and then drive home on the 405 during rush hour than it would be to wait for your drink here. Every time takes forever.

No milk, half-​and-​half, cream, soy milk or nondairy creamer available for customers to add to their coffee. Had to wait in line again and ask at the counter, whereupon I was given a teaspoon of milk in my coffee. Men’s room was filthy, too. I will pass on this Sbux in the future.

LOVE this location! Awesome baristas, good amount of seats– just love the ambiance! There are plenty of seats inside and outside (on both ends and in the front) this is the closest location to my house and my favorite by far. I come to this location at least 2 – 3 times a week (gold star member). The one major downside, which obviously didn’t deserve a star deduction is that they close early. When I have midterms or finals or papers to write I wish it would be open later, like the Westwood location (2am) but it’s all good! Come to this location, and you will fall in love.
Oh and by the way, this location just recently within the last few weeks received a minor facelift :)

Fairly simple Starbucks. Great location in Brentwood with good sunlight and a nice outdoor setup. Baristas were quick with my order, as far as starbucks goes, I wouldn’t go out of my way to go any one of them in particular, however this one is certainly on the nice end in service and overall aura.
If you’re in BWOOD and need a cheap (er) coffee, never a bad spot.

It is odd to me that this location has better ratings than the Barrington Court location, as my ratio of good experiences to bad is something like 1:5 here. They get some points for location, the fact that I have never had trouble parking (whether on the street or in the lot next to the Pinkberry), and that they do move through the line quickly. However, while the staff is friendly enough, they always manage to mess up my drink in some way.
Whether it’s because they weren’t listening when I ordered and wrote it down wrong or they make it and only fill the cup halfway, there is always a problem. And they are never quick with fixing it — I have had to ask several times for things only to hear them say «okay» then proceed with their personal conversations.
A Starbucks is a Starbucks in a lot of ways, but since I have my choice I will continue taking it to the Barrington location when I am in the Brentwood area.

Love, love, LOVE this place! Super cute location, nice patio seating in the heart of Brentwood:) the staff is always super friendly, the store is cute and clean, and my order is right… every time! If you don’t mind the street noise, I recommend sitting outside and enjoy the people watching. Peppermint mocha is an absolute MUST!!!

Great location in Brentwood… unless it’s traffic time and you really want to get here. There is some street parking but good luck.
The store itself is really nice. Good variety of seating options both indoor and outdoors. The staff are super nice and will take care of you with a big smile on their faces.
I definitely recommend this location for a light study session or just to catch up with friends

Where else can you score a Panini all warmed up, ready to go in less than 10-​minutes?
Ham & Swiss with Dijon on a Focaccia roll
at 2:00 PM kept me going until 9:00 PM! Only 340 calories, it musta been the 23 grams of protein*
Service is swift, baristas pleasant!
Brentwood parking’s a challenge with meters or pricy public lots both on San Vicente and Gorham. I lucked out in the residential area on north Barrington. Read restrictions carefully though.

This Starbucks is in walking distance to me which makes it easy to get a cup of coffee in the morning. They have a ton of outside seating and a lot of inside seating. There is parking out front and in the small lot across the street. The staff is friendly and they are efficient. They did mess up my first drink there, but they remade it for me and gave me a coupon for a free drink next time. All’s good :)
I tied my dog up to the bike rack out front and could see him the whole time I was in Starbucks which made me feel better about leaving him out there.
