Starbucks

As far as product goes, a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks. Really the only thing that can make or break a specific Starbucks is it’s employees and this particular Starbucks has the worst employee I’ve ever met. Her name tag says Erica and she is consistently rude to me and other customers. She messes up my order almost every time I’m there and is always rude about it, like it’s my fault that she messed it up. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen her smile or say please or thank you. I really can’t imagine what the manager was thinking when they hired her. It’s a very convenient location and all the other employees are good, some of them great. She just ruins it so bad. If you come here and Erica is the only one behind the counter, just run. The Marriott a block down the street has a Starbucks inside it’s lobby.

The worst Starbucks I have ever visited. I have tried this one three separate times. For the record, I always order a Venti hazelnut iced coffee. Every time.
First time I was given a Venti iced coffee and the bottom of the cup was full of grounds. Gross!!! When I asked for a new one they said they would have to charge me for it as it would be a new order. –_​–
Second time, I went in and ordered the same drink, only to be told that they close at 8pm and didn’t have enough iced coffee for a Venti. It was around 4pm. Really dude? Okay… Never mind.
Last shot was this afternoon. I went I and ordered the same drink in my Starbucks plastic cup so I could take it on the motorcycle. She hands me the coffee and it’s half full. I asked it to be topped off and was told that she is only allowed to fill it to the line. Every other time I use my Starbucks cup, it’s full to the rim but it’s okay ma’am. Gotta cut costs. I get it. A little aggravated, I leave and realize maybe I just stop frequenting this one. Don’t worry… It gets worse. I take my first sip when I get to work and there isn’t any sweetener in the coffee at all (which I paid for).
Get your act together guys. For real. Convenience is nice being inside Ralph’s, but 0 for 3 doesn’t cut it in my book. I’ll cruise down to doheney/​Olympic every time!

I love Starbucks my kids go there all the time and they love it. It is really hard to get a parking space on the street and there is lots of kids there

This place aboustly sucks I will never come here again the rewards are like pulling teeth If I were you I would abusltly never come here again because when I tried to get my reward a person was very rude to me and refused to put the code In manually and just said never come back to my store again I think I should not have to go threw this Harassment just to get a freaking reward that I have earned
