Worst customer service and the drinks taste disgusting, every-time I stop by I get disappointed.

Stood in the drive way about 20 minutes. Guy could not get my order correct on the intercom, I ordered a caramel macchiato got a white mocha frapp. I was not trying to give anyone a hard time but waiting that long I at least deserve the correct drink. Seem like the orders were mixed up they took back the drink they gave me and gave me my drink. Looked like it was going back on the counter and when I drove off I realized I payed more than what I was supposed to. I hope they didnt put the drink back not that am a crazy person but you never know.

this Starbucks sucks big time. I came for an iced passion lemonade and they said they were out of passion tea. I asked which caffeine free drinks they have and the barista said I can make you any drink caffeine free I mentioned a few and she said I can’t make those caffeine free then I’m thinking why are you telling me you can any drink caffeine free?!! I ended up getting a green tea latte like forget it it’s hot I want something iced as I was leaving the drive thru she starts yelling to another barista do you want passion tea?!! She was yelling loud and proud for me to hear her ooh I got so mad like witch you just told me you’re out of passion tea. I’m never coming back here. I’m giving them one star because there’s no option for zero stars!!!

Just stopped by again. same rude employees and horrible drive thru service. Today the girl at the drive thru had such messy hair I’m afraid its getting into peoples food and drinks, very disgusting. I hope management takes notice and hire new staff

I usually stop in early mornings prior to 8 and the morning staff is welcoming, although most seem to have just woken up. Overall, I’ve never experienced bad customer service for the morning shift. It’s usually dead as well, maybe that’s probably why and the area is not that nice; yes the location and the business shopping area is new, but ultimately, it is still south central la.

I don’t drink coffee but my colleague brought me here for a chat. The reason I like Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf better than Starbucks is the picture attached. They jip you for $ 5.50. Rip off!

Love Starbucks in general, this review is very specific to this location. After opting for drive-thru I was rudely greeted by a condescending employee. I ordered the«white chocolate latte» and was rudely corrected with a comment«we don’t say chocolate here, we say mocha. Mocha is another word for chocolate.»(Unfriendly, rude, snobbish tone) This comment by the employee, although informative, also made me feel belittled; her comment was totally irrelevant given that she ultimately understood what I meant in the first place this is the primary reason I’m sharing my experience. To conclude, if you’re desperately looking for a lexicon lesson and want an encounter with a condescending drive thru barista come to this location! Preferably 8:30pm on a Monday night(that’s when I encountered this girl).

Really bad experience at this Starbucks. I hate stopping here at this Starbucks. Usually i stop at the one by my house but from time to time I tend to stop by here. It’s ALWAYS the same issue whether I do drive thru or go in the wait time is horrible!!! I don’t if ITE because of there staffing levels or what but they are toooo slow. I’ve worked in an similar environment and I would move a lot faster than the employees here. Not coming back rather visit my Lynwood location. No stars if possible.

Still don’t have a bad experience to share. Only thing that’s seemed to improve from my first couple of times here, is the waiting time. But that could just be coincidental. Customer service still isn’t as friendly as most Starbucks. But the location and drive through are convenient(:

I filled out a survey and got a free drink, therefore, redeemed it for a free ice frap shared between my bestie and I. I can’t complain about the price. It was free. I can complain about the customer service which could’ve been better IE: Better attitude. Looks like there will be another on-line survey to be filled.

No STARS if I could no manners such bad customer service get the stick out your ass. They all look like they don’t enjoy working I have been to 100s of Starbucks and this is the first one I dislike was kind of happy when I heard it open but what a disappointment just keep driving down to the one on Gage and it’s now open till 12 plus wonderful customer service and they actually smile and make wonderful drinks. Hope they upgrade specially the night shift.

My go to Starbucks! I drive further out to come to this one and not the one down the street from me. Customer service goes a long way! Fast service and friendly staff. Even when the drive thru has a log line it moves pretty fast. I would definitely recommend going to this Starbucks if you’re in the area. On the corner of slauson and central. In the same shopping center you’ll also find: chase bank, Panda Express, fat burger, little ceasers, cricket wireless, Northgate market, CVS, wing stop, Waba grill and a nail shop.

If it were possible to give no stars I would’ve taken that option. I wonder if during training they just skip the whole customer service section. There is not even a smile. I’m not the one to complain about customer service, because I understand how some customers lack any manners, but that doesn’t make it ok for the workers to be rude. I ordered a soy green tea frap. He told me that they were all out of soy, didn’t bother me I replaced it with 2%. My boyfriend ordered a regular hot green tea, instead of getting his drink at the register like all the other Starbucks he waited 20 minutes he got his drink, while I’m stuck waiting for my drink. After I got my drink all wrong. Let me remind you I wanted a green tea frap. What I received was the green tea powder floating atop with ice over the milk. In what world do you live in that makes you think that’s a frap? As soon as she gave it to me I told her I ordered a green tea frap she told me «yeah that yours» and proceeded to roll her eyes. at that point I was just frustrated so I just spoke to the manager who was as equally rude that accused me of raising my voice to the employee. Honestly, I would never embarrass myself by yelling at some employee even if they don’t have the capacity of making a basic drink. I just realized I basically wrote an essay, but at the end of the day worst Starbucks ever.

My trips to Starbucks are normally short, I usually just take the drive-thru since I’m always on the go. But finally after getting to visit this new Starbucks, I will not be coming back. Their customer service is just plain terrible. The girl that helped my boyfriend and I at the register was just so lost and should really go back to training ASAP. I’ll take my business back to the other Starbucks location nearby on Gage & Compton; they’re quick, friendly, and they know how to make their drinks right.

This location is pretty nice for the area. Was dropping off my son at the local park when I needed to get some meds at the CVS. Saw this location and many other stores that looked brand new, and needed my coffee mix so I was glad when I saw this Starbucks across the way. Staff is very helpful. Store location is clean. And the environment doesn’t feel«gross». I felt I was at my local Starbucks. I’m glad they are bringing more businesses around this area. This area used to be a dump!

Ever since the lot was in construction I thought to myself, «I hope they build a Starbucks there, it would be a good location.» And there you have it, it’s here. First off, let’s start with location: Good location; has surrounding food places in the plaza. Not too far from other places and the 110 freeway. Even though it’s on the Eastside of South Central, the community isn’t something to be nervous about. My biggest issue is the lot itself; parking sucks especially if you have a car that’s not compact enough for the smaller spaces. Food Service: I give it a 3⁄5 when it comes to service. The one time I ordered a mocha cookie I was waiting for 15 minutes.(Luckily they upgraded the size for free and was made almost instantly) The restrooms are pretty decent and still in a good state(as they should be since the place is new) Worker Personality: I was pleased to meet Graciela and Enrique who served me well and made my stay much more pleasurable. I often sit here to do work and the gracious conversation that came with the drink was an added bonus. Interior design: There are enough tables and seating for casual workers such as I who use this place to study finish reports etc. The only downfall is the customers who use the seats to wait for their drinks, the high amount of high school/middle school students that come in and extend the line a tad bit. Overall: Nonetheless, this Starbucks is one I will always return to or refer those to enjoy. It’s now one of my to-go-to locations to get work done.
