The girl that took my order wasn’t friendly and didn’t tell me my order was ready. She just kept looking at me siting down and waiting. Almost late for work.

Service here, and sometimes we get here like 5 min b4 closing time, is always nice and easy. Compared to the Wilshire/Curson. Stark difference! What a difference a few blocks make lol

This place sucks… With Starbucks being one of the largest franchise, you would expect them to know their menu and the offers they provide for all gold/green card members. At this very location the barista tried to charge me extra for adding soy milk and syrup then proceeded to make me feel as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ll give it another try next time.

Always way understaffed in the morning. A lot of times there will be a line out the door and 2 people working. The nighttime staff is great.

I’ve been visiting this Starbucks on-and-off for a few years now. More frequently now that PSL is back. I choose this location because it’s just down the street from my home. Parking is convenient — they get a star for that. The other star is for, well, it’s coffee and I need it. Service is generally unpleasant. I hear employees bickering with one-another behind the counter. The general tone of the store gives off the vibe that the baristas have something better to do than serve their guests. Employees are visibly frustrated and create an unfriendly, uncomfortable environment for their patrons. Order accuracy and menu knowledge is poor. Without exaggeration, I’d say they get my order correct about 50% of the time. One time, I was even reprimanded by the barista passing me my beverage, because she got my order wrong and felt it necessary to inform me that it was my responsibility to make sure they got it correct. Suggestion: Skip this location and visit either Wilshire & Highland, or Melrose & Stanley. Both have much friendlier service, and you’re more likely to receive the correct order without an attitude.

Great place, always clean and even when you come in close to closing time the staff is always friendly and quick to make your order. The outdoor seating is always clean and makes for a nice relaxed place to hangout on Wilshire

Joana is awesome! I’ve come to look forward to enjoying my coffee, breakfast, lunch… from this location. I’ve tried other locations, yet they all fall short of the«neighborhood friends» feel. They remember your name AND you favorite drink. I recommend this location above all! See you there.

Erin is a horrible person and the really hairy gross barista never even looks up at you. Just the worst.

I come in most everyday for a Hibiscus Refresher– it’s my thing. The team there is great, Brydon(forgive me if I misspell) is the barista I see most and she’s the best. She’s witty and takes the team to make my order perfect. What’s impressive the most isn’t that the team here does their job beautifully but that it’s a high traffic store yet the staff takes the time to get to know their clients.

I used to come here every day. twice, maybe three times a day. I no longer come here again, or have the intention. I would normally have a coffee, a breakfast sandwich… A refill an hour later… Then a lunch sandwich or a specialty drink. cappuccino or frap in the afternoon. Then one day i was not allowed to have a refill… reason? because I left the premises then came back. Within the hour too. Well, i understand and abide with the change of policies, however if you apply a new policy please make sure to enforce it TOALLCUSTOMERS. Its not fair minutes later that you offer another customer a refill that just walked in after me, yet you refused my refill. Everyone at this location seems to have an attitude. Very unfriendly… with the exception of Erin. She is always nice, friendly and smiled. I will miss her… Plus, the restrooms are dirty… and i always end up having to refill the sugar that is located underneath the cabinet.

I went in to this store for a special they we’re running: 50% off all fraps. I went In at 4:30p and waited on line for over 30 minutes. After getting to the front, at 5:07p, the barista told me that the deal was over. I told him that I had been waiting in line over 30 minutes and that when I got to the store it was within the time of deal. Both the barista and manager would not honor the deal which I think is terrible business considering how long I was waiting in line and when I got into the store.

This location is a bit cramped, the one further west on Wilshire is a bit more comfortable. The baristas were polite, no complaints there! My drink was perfect and ready in no time. Stars off mostly for the location and parking.

To put it nicely, the service here SUCKS. I work by this location, so I come here quite often and I’ve never seen ANY of the employees smile. They are the reason I choose not to get my fix sometimes. Today I even watched each of them for a few minutes and not a single smile ! Cmon you can’t hate your job or people that much. Tim especially makes me feel like I ruined his day and he won’t even look up at you. It doesn’t hurt to smile, I promise !!(:

Upgraded interior w/fewer seats. Still great in/out parking for one of the last convenient coffee stops before the I-10. Nothing overly excitable to report. Just your typical Starbucks stop. Convenient, predictable, unmemorable. Stick to the menu as their gift section is small, as well as the loose coffees & teas.

So i decide to stop into starbucks and grab me a venti caramel macchiato and a blueberry muffin. As I walk to my office which is very close by I notice that my cup seems very light, so I open the lid to find out my cup is only ¾ full… NOTCOOL at all for 5 dollars that should atleast make sure i have a full cup of coffee… I wont be going to that starbucks anymore… feeling very cheated… I just go to the other one on Highland

Almost always crowded, but service is good. Careful where and when you park(towing on Wilshire, ticket in lot, etc.).

I prefer this Starbucks to the one at Wilshire and Highland. It has more seating inside and isn’t as crowded. The staff is great. I went in to try the new«blonde roast» blend of coffee. They didn’t have any ready, but they gladly brewed me some. Very cool. I wen’t to two other Starbucks in the area asking for the same thing and they only offered the Pike Place blend diluted with water. Not at all the same thing. 5 stars for great customer service… and 5 stars for a great staff… oh yah, 5 stars for having ample seating!
