it was my first time at this Starbucks and it was horrible not only did I wait for 20 minutes for my drink they got it wrong and when I asked the lady with the dreadlocks for a new drink she looked at me like I was crazy and like she was the one paying for my drink she looked at me with a stare like she was about to jump over the counter and kill me all I wanted was a refreshing drink on such a hot day like today is that too much to ask for gotta say never had such a horrible experience in my life and I don’t like to complain the sad thing is that I really love Starbucks I guess I’m just going to have to go to another one I will never come to this one again.

Typing up this review as I sit in the Starbucks because it’s taking them that long to make my drink. Service is one star. Seems like the most confused and impatient baristas seemed to flock to this location. After managing to get my single order wrong three times, the mustached barista rolled his eyes and rushed me along. Hello, rude. I gave an extra star because the inside of this location is nice. The level of service more than outweighs it though. I’ll be sticking with the one on Wilshire and Detroit thank you. Construction and all.

Whenever I want Starbucks iced tea, I come to this location. If you buy a drink, they will even give you a Venti iced water(if you ask). I am a regular here. The staff is friendly, and this place isn’t too crowded. You park your car in the back and it’s free.

Just kinda like our cheers bar/office! Friendly staff and great(yet expensive) drinks. Spend a day here and watch what happens next! Lol. From shady dealings to compassionate locals to over zealous security… Five stars because no one troubles you, it’s adjacent a 7⁄11 and other food sources! So a great place to set up a pop-up office day!

8÷23÷15 — My bestie and I were in the area. Starbucks sounded really YUMMY after a late night concert at the Ebell Theater down the street. We only had 15 minutes to get here until closing time. Our barista was so friendly. Considering that it was almost closing time and more people were coming in. The friendly gal was calm and very attentive to us. I ordered a grande soy green tea latte, xtra hot, xtra matcha, no foam. I forgot to ask for unsweetened and before she made my drink, she politely asked me if I wanted it unsweetened. It was as if she KNEW! So sweet of her to ask me before she made it. She topped off my drink. The drink is exactly what I wanted. The BEST baristas so far. Thank you Barista Girl for taking the time to care! You ROCK!

My drink order is always exactly right. They’re very good here, one of the cleanest ones, and the wifi is strong with this one. They even move the lunch crowd through pretty quickly. Probably my fave.

Where do I begin? I usually find Starbucks a consistent brand, if nothing else. I don’t expect to be amazed because I only order a simple coffee and pastries when I am trying to kill time. But this particular location just irritates me. No matter how short or long the line is, they never seem to get their service together the way that other locations do. So regardless of whether you have a complicated order or a simple pour-and-deliver job, odds are you will have to wait a while. Additionally, the design of their line is wonky and awkward for anyone who wants to enter or exit the building. I have never given them an opportunity to mess up my drink, so I can’t speak to that. However, no matter how many times I visit(this location is closest to my work), they always get my name wrong. I can understand deviations in pronunciation. But what tends to happen is the name is printed correctly on the drink, but the execution is completely unrelated. How, you ask? Well, last time, I was called Marissa, and I don’t have an «m» anywhere in my name — not even my last name. In short, it isn’t a horrible spot, particularly in a pinch. I just think there are better options for coffee now.

Fast friendly service. Can get busy. Awkward line as it can reach the doors. Seating: Few tables on the north side, few window seating on the east side, few outdoor seating. Drinks: Always have gotten my drinks correct. Parking: One star off for the parking. There is a lot, but the lot can get full. The parking lot on the side of the building is quite tight. Thus, if someone parks against the wall perpendicular to you, you will probably have a hard time getting out, especially if you are parked like sardines.

Reviewing Starbucks on good and drinks is tough, since it’s basically uniform across the board. My review is for the AMAZING staff! I come almost everyday and they are helpful, fast, and friendly! Maria makes the best drinks :)

I’m a starbucker… a coffeestar? Anyway, I’m a fan of the Starbucks brand. Stopped in to get my usual chai with soy and heated morning bun. Considering I didn’t want to sit outside, I guess I didn’t mind the homeless people occupying the seats. It reminded me of how in old movies they show people sitting in a row looking toward the traffic. I digress. The reason this rating is so low is because of the service. The barista at the register was very unpleasant and even said«what» for me to repeat something. Ehh, I won’t be back.

Tea bag and hot water, not complicated. Here is why this location rocks my socks or in this case, rocks my tea bag(no pun intended). As a cute joke they put the nicknames of my best friend and I since we were sharing a beverage and to trip him out they announced it really load to make him plush(all with my direction of course). Very friendly staff. One of the better locations for customer service.

This is my local Starbucks. I just walk over on weekends and grab a cup of coffee and walk around my neighborhood. The baristas are always nice and willing to remake your drink if you are not happy with it. My mom wanted to taste a new flavor that had come out before ordering it and the barista whipped up a small sampling cup of warmed milk and the syrup so that she could get a taste. Yes, it can get a little over crowded and parking is sometimes difficult but I always keep coming back. Maybe it’s for convenience but also for the coffee and the friendly staff.

This location has the friendliest staff I’ve encountered. I’ve been going there for a year. I’m there mostly nights. So, I’m partial to the night staff. They make you feel at home and relaxed. When you walk in, «…everybody knows your name» like the TV show Cheers. Ha! I get to talk about sports, acting and real estate with Dino, Monica, Christian, Victor, and T-Bob. I have to admit I like the Dino shift best.

I like the service at this location but what makes this visit a bit awkward is that the line starts immediately as you walk in. The line can extend right past the entrance sometimes passing the restroom. I missed it thinking it was towards the opposite direction to find out I was not even close and my place was at the end of the line. Bummer. Also the entrance through Highland is at an angle that you need to know how to maneuver your car in or it can cause an accident. Overall I do like the service here, friendly and prompt. Somewhere where they’ll remember your name and favorite drink.

Hit and miss. Sometimes great other times super crowded and slow. A little dirty too. Not a lot of seating. There’s a fair amount of parking… especially if you park behind Starbuck, and you can park on S. Citrus for a couple hours… but not at night. Please read the signs carefully. Don’t want your $ 5 iced mocha to turn into a $ 70 ticket. That’ll totally ruin your caffeine rush. Sometimes this place is great, other times super crowded and a fairly long wait. Staff is always friendly though. One time I was there and some dude grabbed my drink when they called my name. He totally bolted out of there. He left feeling refreshed, and I left feeling violated. It wasn’t a mistake, there was no other drink there. The staff was cool. They hooked me up with another venti passion fruit iced tea, no questions asked. Must happen from time to time, they didn’t at all seem surprised by it. I call it tea-jacking…which is a mis-TEA-meanor. Sorry… couldn’t help myself on the puns!

When you walk through the door its just good vibes. I mean for the most part and«venti caramel frapp» is just that, but the experience you get is what makes the dfference. People are always so polite here and they for sure pay attention to special requests! A while back i tried to get a cheese danish when they were switching out the pastry companies and there was like NO Starbucks with it; its kind of like a part of my daily routine. So i went here to see if they had it and unfortunately they didnt and it was a let down, but the difference between this starbucks and all the other ones is that they offered me a $ 5 gift card since they didnt have what I wanted. I didnt expect or request it, but for the simple fact that they offered something in return, made me feel important. Like they appreciated my business. I havent really had a «bad» experience at Starbucks, but this one was definitely a good one.

Walked in after visiting the BMW dealer next door. Wow… my barista Bev and the group on the morning of 1÷16÷2014 were awesome. They were tons busy with the customers but were still able to manage nice smiles on all their faces! Talk about being happy to work. Everyone was working hard making coffee, stocking the store front and preparing sandwiches. My Artisan bacon, egg and Gouda came out hot and tasty. My Dirty Chai was brewed to perfection. I had a great breakfast. The store itself was super clean and even the men’s bathroom was clean. Glad they put the access codes on the doors to prevent the dirty dirties from using it! I wish the Sbux by my how was as nice as this! I might have to take the streets all the way down from Los Felix to grab my Dirty Chai next time. Thanks Sbux Wilshire/Highland.

This Starbucks recently renovated their store. They have more seatings than before and all the chairs are new. It is a decent sized Starbucks, but can be crowded and loud. I would say that this is not a Starbucks where you would go and study for a few hours. First, it is hard to find parking, but then again it is Mid-City. Secondly, it is sometimes difficult to find seats. Lastly, most people come here to grab their caffeine of the day and leave or chat with friends/colleagues, so you will not find the peace and quiet to study if that is what you are looking for. It is your mediocre Starbucks that have items you would find in most Starbucks.
