Got starbucks last night. and the employees we’re so rude! I order a drink and they made it wrong so I told them and they said they didn’t make it wrong. then they told me I didn’t order 4 shots so I had to show them My cup that it said on the cup that I did order 4 shots then they asked me if I really wanted my drink remade(my drink just tasted like milk, I’m not paying 5.75 for a milk.) and I told them yes I would like it remade please. and they game me sooo much attitude they were mad that they had to remake it. this is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to!!!

Service was average. Drink took longer to complete, compared to other locations. Perfect location if you’ll be in the area. Not worth parking for, if it’s just Starbuck’s you’re visiting. Parking garage is the nearest option besides usually unavailable street parking.

It is interesting that the baristas here can’t seem to handle themselves when it gets busy, since this really is a high-traffic location. I’ve never had exceptional service here, but it was understandable because it can get pretty hectic. However, the last visit I had here was right before going to see a movie at the neighboring Regal Cinemas. We got drinks to get pumped before seeing 007. So long story short: the drink I received was an absolute MONSTROSITY. I just don’t understand. It was an iced coffee thing(I ordered a frap…) and they put a whipped cream cap on, with NO whipped cream. I told her, umm not what I ordered. Sassy-ass pants tells me, that’s what you ordered. Just. No. I took the drink anyways because it was almost time for the movie.

Not sure why this place is so super slow when they barely have a handful of people in there!!! The girl that wears a ton of makeup and dark lipstick and one other one are SO slow!!! They clearly don’t know how to multitask which can be annoying when your trying to quickly pay for something to get to your job. The team moves faster when they are busy with people… odd!

Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to my work. Came in here the other day and one of the girls behind the counter was using a sharpie pen to unclog a caramel pump. Then used the same pen to write down an order. When I brought it to their attention the girls just laughed and thought it was funny and not disgusting.

I came here on a Friday night around 11pm after a comedy show at L.A. Live. It wasn’t even crowded in there and the cashier/barista Joana gave me really poor costumer service. She was not friendly at all. While I was waiting for my drink, I witnessed her and her coworker gossiping about other costumers. When I got my coffee, it tasted water downed. I would not recommend this Starbucks unless you are really desperate for a coffee then don’t even bother spending $ 5 for a coffee at this location.

After visiting between 2 – 4 days a week, on average, I have to say this is a very inconsistent Starbucks(Which is disappointing bc its Starbucks). I usually get Chai or Toffee Nut Latte and in the past month or so, they’ve been terrible. Its either too sweet, not sweet enough, or doesn’t even taste like the right drink(mt chai tasted like tiger balm once). last 2 time I went(both this week), they gave me a coffee latte instead of a Chai(tea) latte. the 2nd time, I brought it to their attention before leaving the store and they offered to let me keep the old one as they made the new one… which was a chai but they still made it with Soy(the wrong drink they made was a SOY Latte instead of Chai latte so even tho i said I wanted just a regular chai latte, i still got soy, which was weird with the chai.) To be honest they often look short staffed but I have to say within the past year, the staff seem to have changed for the worse. I’m starting to think it’s a training location for the newbies or the traffic is so inconsistent they can’t prepare for the rush.

Walked in and I was assisted right away. They took my order and it didn’t take long for them to make my drink and breakfast sandwich. I did take some stars away because they didn’t make the drink I ordered. I was given an iced mocha, but I had asked for an iced blended mocha frappé. I didn’t want to wait for them to make another drink, but I’m still willing to give them another shot! I’m hopeful for a better experience.

Loud, Loud, Loud. Wifi Slow. Comfortable seating was replaced to allow flow of people out of the place. Wifi slow. Loud Loud Loud. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at 9am. There was a line of cups waiting(more than 5 less than 10?) Maybe add a barista station?

Dang! These cashiers are FAST! I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop by L.A. Live for some fuel a.k.a. caffeine. I was expecting a looonngg line, however that wasn’t the case at all. In fact, the cashiers were yelling at us to order already. Know what you’re going to order BEFORE you step in line, because they’ll probably be calling you up to order before you have decided while waiting in line. I ordered the usual(Chai tea latte) with a lemon pound cake pastry and was rung up pretty quickly. Drink was good, not too sweet and just the right temperature to drink. Not too foamy. Behind me seemed to be a homeless/transient man who was trying to get a little too close. The man went to the cashier next to me and whispered something. I was getting a little spooked, but then I look behind me to the back of the store and there are not one but THREE L.A. Live security guards scoping out the Starbucks staring at the man. It was a strange combination of spooky and weird. They finally escorted the man out of the store(I guess he’s known around the area to cause some trouble?). First time I’ve ever experienced this at a Starbucks. Only in L.A.

Just me or are the employees here indirectly proportional to the quality of coffee? BTW, the coffee sucks, employees awesome. That goes for nearly all Starbucks, which I try to avoid. I almost always love the people but the quality of coffee is terrible. And by quality, I don’t mean the coffee itself, it’s most often how it’s handled. In other words, it’s often fried, way too old or burned etc.

A bit of a zoo, but the cheapest option in LA Live. They have the new Powermat system, but it makes it difficult to use your phone while charging.

This is one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to in awhile. There are nice chairs to lounge in and not crowded at all, being in LA. The people are mixture of business folks and an occasional student. The food shelves are neatly racked and personnel very attentive to when the customer is ready. I felt good about this Starbucks, but wary of the outside area, which had some transients loitering outside. I guess it’s safe enough during the daylight hours, but at night it would be good to be out in a group for safety. It is probably ultra busy after a big game, being only about 100 yards from Staples Center

I ordered a sweetened coffee the barista have me a pure black coffee… I went back to add coffee Roast not Expresso and got nothing added to it. UM that’s not what I asked for. Then I got a Carmel macchiato with soy and I get no soy. Are these people dumb or too high off mj bc that’s what the worker smelled like when he took my order.

Mad house location. Employees really try their best and they do okay but this place I have never seen it empty, always full. Came in on Christmas Day to get a hot drink and we were 18 people deep, in no time we were at the cashier and placing our order. The pick up section was like a airport arrival area, everyone waiting and blocking for their loved one. Inside seating is kinda rare, and if a table opens move fast or else you will be left standing. Outside seating is nice but limited since you get ticket scalpers and homeless hanging around. Give this place a try if you have somewhere else to go at LA Live or already in the area watching a event, don’t come here just for Starbucks. Parking is expensive just for coffee.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. Every time I come in this one after going to La Live they know a game or something is getting out yet they are so slow have People working there but they rather hang in the back and not help customers. This is a regular occurrence at this location Starbucks Management needs to look at this store

Pretty disappointed with my green tea frap that I ordered. It tasted super watered down with ice. The lines are really long at this location too and napkin dispensers were out. The baristas were nice though. The lack in quality is most likely due to the fact that this location is so busy. I’m still disappointed especially since I used my birthday reward to get the drink.
