Starbucks

This is probably the WORST Starbucks location ever. Always understaffed, and the associates are extremely slow. Be prepared to wait 10 – 20 mins for your drink. Don’t bother calling the store manager, he wont care.

Clean, but morning staff aren’t too happy about serving customers. Their Frowned faces won’t help your morning start out right. It’s like they’re FORCED to be there, try to avoid this place if you can.

Just another over priced coffee place. Nothing special here. It’s another one connected to a target. Small as you imagine with few tables. The area is decent. Not really dangerous. You can walk down these dark streets at night and no big deal.

Poor customer service. The reason for 2 stars is because the girl who took my coffee order was sweet but the girl that made my drink was totally rude. I tried to get her name but she wasn’t wearing a name tag… Hmm wonder why.
I asked for just a splash of half n half in my iced coffee. I can tell by looking at the drink that I won’t like it because it’s almost 50% milk. Gross. I told her this so she poured out the tiniest bit and put more coffee in it. Again I could tell still too much creamer. She poured out a tiny bit more and finally I asked if she could just remake it. She didn’t say one word to me but acted annoyed. Excuse me «barista» isn’t this your job? After she remade it she immediately walked to the back. The drink was still disgusting. I just left and threw it away.

Never had a problem here with my drinks and service. Drinks always on point. Service always friendly. What more can I ask for?!?

staff here seem undertrained and not friendly. a young girl told me to stand in line when I came to ask her a question, mind you there was NO line. she seem stressed out making a drink but could have provided better customer service.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Service was poor they’re not able to heat the food. They don’t take your name and they’re short on supplies, that have no napkins and none in inventory. Also there doesn’t seem to be enough people working behind the counter and they go from handling money to handling food with no hand washing. Hire more people and train more!

Worst customer service I’ve had in a Starbucks. This server named Daniela was so rude and doesn’t even ask if there’s anything else I’d want to order after I made my first order and her facial expression doesn’t look good and the friendly service she supposed to give was not there. I mean, if she’s stressed about something, she doesn’t have to take it with her in her job. One more thing, a little girl aged maybe about 6 – 8 yo was ordering before me and she have a gift card installed on the phone. She doesn’t know how to operate it because she was just asked by her sister. After a lot of trying, I heard the Daniela girl saying, «why do they even send a kid here?» I was like, whoa! Even so, she shouldn’t have let any customer hear what she say.

Been here a few times. N service is great. Free samples. N they always get my drink right.

WOW their customer service is one of the worst ever! Where do they hired these people from. Its unbelievable when you see ignorance along with a mixture of ghetto fabulous and autism. I know I sound a bit rude but wow sometimes people are just so rude. Don’t come here go somewhere else. …trust me on this one.

Horrbile Service. I asked for a particular drink. I didnt want dairy or soy in it. I explained this to two of their workers again and again and they just kept asking questions that made no sense. I said i want this with no dairy and no soy just do without it and they said they couldnt do that. I said WHAT?! Are you kidding me? How can they tell their customers what to order? And on top of that Burbanks Starbucks in target where I frequent did it no problem. The workers here were rude. So sad to have a such bad customer service in such a good target. ugh.

So I just finished my target run with my wife and son and since Starbucks was on the way out we decided to grab some drinks. I always get a Venti Java Chip Frap and my wife was craving a Chai Tea Latte. So as soon as we get to the register the cashier tells us to wait. So we’re waiting and waiting and not until about five minutes later they finally get to us. We place our order and they gave us the heads up that they had no whipped cream. In my head I’m going, «Wait a minute, how are you out of whipped cream when your Starbucks is inside a Target? Even I can go get some whipped cream right now…» That’s just one complaint I have. The real complaint is the way they prepared the Chai Tea Latte. It practically was just hot water with absolutely no flavor. On top of that they filled the cup to the top so every little step we took my wife was burning her hand. I understand that working in a fast-​paced high pressure work place promotes the use of short cuts but they honestly were not that busy and the lack of effort was evident in our drinks today.
All-​in-​all they were not rude at all however that did not make up for the fact that they rushed all orders which lead to us getting incomplete and rushed drinks that were most definitely NOT up to Starbucks standards.

This Starbucks had rude employees. I had asked for an iced coffee and specifically said I just wanted a little bit of milk in it, when I finally got my order my coffee was super white didn’t even look like coffee anymore, so I told the barista if she could put some coffee in it and she gave me this mean annoyed smirk and told me that I should’ve told them when I ordered (which I SPECIFICALLY did.) and so I did tell her that I did tell her and then she kept giving me that annoying smirk and gave me back my coffee all messy. So I left then when I came back cause I forgot to get sugar I over heard her talking about me sooooooo RUDE!
Anyways all in all this Starbucks is dirty and employees are rude & they always talk while working that’s why they could never pay attention to the customers which I find very annoying, & another thing about the coffee, the taste is nasty, water down and just nasty. Totally killed my Starbucks coffee buzzzzz. Sooooo I’m giving this place 1 or actually a half star if I could.

Came here for a quick stop for my iced coffee. not a good decision! Only one person behind the counter taking orders. My coffee was extremely watered down, plain nasty. I should have just asked for water because it pretty much tasted the same.

I’ve been to this Starbucks inside the Eagle Rock Plaza Target a few times and it’s been fine (never great) until today. The barista completely ignored my hello, didn’t smile at all, got my order wrong and when I asked about it because my macchiato tasted strong and had a «3» scrawled on the cup, she insisted I had ordered it that way. I think a more appropriate response would have been, «Oh, I’m sorry! I thought that’s what you had asked for. Would you like me to remake it for you?» I ended up with too strong a drink and since I’m sensitive to caffeine, I couldn’t finish it without risking some major anxiety.
This chick was just plain rude and unpleasant and while I kind of wished I had asked her to remake the drink, I was in a hurry so I just hightailed it out of there with a scowl. Both the experience and my bitter, overly-​spiked macchatio left a bad taste in my mouth. My advice is to go to the other location on Colorado where the employees are helpful and friendly.
Incidentally, a guy in a Liberty Tax statue of liberty costume was in line behind me and yelled at me that I was taking too long to order. Good times.

This Starbucks is one of those in-​store coffee shop located inside the Eagle Rock plaza Target Store. There are a few tables and chairs in this little coffee shop enough to accommodate the customers that come, wait and shop. The décor is nothing special but like what I said, this is not your typical independent Starbucks shop.
The gals that assisted me with my order today are very pleasant, they did their job efficiently and had my order prepped pretty quick! I have always liked my mochas with an extra shot, The Venti triple I ordered earlier was really nice, they did a great job, together with a blueberry scone they sure made my groggy morning perky within minutes!
If you are craving for coffee after your exhausting shopping expedition at Target or want a full bodied fully caffeinated bevie to make the right purchasing decision, give this Starbucks a go — it’s convenient and service is pretty good.
