Starbucks

Nice atmosphere in this Starbucks location, but terrible parking. I enjoy their drinks very much, but I will most likely not come to this one again due to the bad parking.

They make my green tea lattes the best here. A quiet Starbucks away from the rush of the Valley traffic.

Literally just left and had such a horrible experience. I go and order a hazelnut latte with soy milk and an extra shot. Apparently they’re espresso machine was being fixed and it was going to take a while. I was absolutely okay with this, however when it starts running up again and they’re making drinks, they then hand two gift cards to one of the customers waiting while myself and others didn’t receive anything for waiting a good while as well. Then, someone took my drink and they didn’t even notify me until i realized and now the drink I’m consuming right now is the one the guy ordered after even tho the barista said its mine and they fixed it. It doesn’t make sense how the guy that ordered after me got his drink before me, grabs mine, and the barista didn’t even check if it was his or not. Then the barista tells me oh «good think you ordered a similar drink» like uhhhh judging by what I’m sipping right now it doesn’t even taste according to what ordered. Horrible customer service. I don’t recommend this location whatsoever.

Nerly is such an amazing human being. I’ve been coming in here for almost three years now and she gives some of the best customer service I have ever received from a Starbucks employee although recently I haven’t been seeing her as often… where is she?!? I miss her face!

Best Starbucks in Los Angeles because of a few of the employees.
The store is always clean, service is fast, and employees are super friendly. I’ve been coming here a while — often to do a quick rewrite session — and I’m always impressed by Nerly’s positive, upbeat attitude. She brings the whole vibe of the place up.
Daniel and Scott are super friendly and I enjoy chatting with them when I stop by.
The newer staff are fine but don’t take as much ownership of the place or enjoy being there as much as those three do.
Still a great spot but it’s on another level with those three.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks because it’s convenient and the staff is always in a good mood. I’ve been here several times over the years and literally every time I can remember they were very friendly and always got my order right. There is limited seating here. There is a parking lot.

I work right down the street so this is my morning spot for a cup ‘o java. All of the staff who work at this location are great people and always in a good mood. The service is fast and so even if there’s a few people ahead of you, the line moves and you’re up. It’s well kept, clean and there’s a table to charge up your phone with charging pads if you need to. Right next door is a healthy juice bar/​sandwich shop, a dance studio, the El Bar and dry cleaners I believe. You could waste a whole day and night here and still get your laundry done.

Fabulous, clean, wonderful service. I am truly amazed with «Nerly’s» commitment to her work, her happy soul, amazing customer service, and keeping up that smile every single time that I have visited the store.

Colorful, More Intimate, Cool Charging Stations & Great Place To Wait Out HWY 101 Jams

Honestly — there isn’t a whole lot to say about ANY Starbucks that hasn’t been already said before. But this stop had a couple of novelties worth mentioning.
THE SETUP
First off, what it has at 6pm, is decent parking (even though this is L.A.), and that may be due in part to most everyone else in «commute» mood, which also brings me to why I was at THIS Starbucks because it is right off the the HWY 101 freeway right at Barham — turns out to be a great spot to wait out the traffic for an hour while doing some good WiFi’ing.
REWARDS
While at it, was able to use a Starbucks Reward for a Pesto-​Turkey sandwich to make the time go by easier (and since I already had my Google Sport Bottle filled with ice and Pepsi Max).
CHARGING RINGS & STATIONS
A very cool thing about this Starbucks — and the first time I’ve seen this at any Starbucks — is the accessibility at several tables throughout this store with charging stations on them.
*Problem. However, though clearly set up at one time with plenty of rings to sync with different kinds of phones, in this instance, all the rings were stolen (since they are not «tied down») for every iPhone exception for the 4s.
*Solution. The solution this Starbucks employs is selling rings to match your smartphones. And whereas I could definitely see this as a solution for someone who comes to this Starbucks regularly, it didn’t help me on this one-​time visit.
THE LOWDOWN
Convenient location with lots of possibilities for me should I find my way here again.

I really enjoy visiting this Starbucks. Few months ago, I used to live around this area. This was the Starbucks I went to. I would walk here with my laptop and books, and I would just study or read a book in there. Every time I would visit this location, they always provided me great customer service. Some would come by to ask if I needed anything like napkins or a cup of water. They are friendly, and at times would make light jokes. When they had to close, they let me continue studying till they finished sweeping around. They are pretty thoughtful. Whenever I am around the area, I will definitely stop by again.

The girls that work at this places are the best Starbucks employees in the world Fun, full of energy and they make your drink with Love

After having a bad experience at the Farmer’s Market location, this location totally made up for it. Friendly employees, not too packed, and the drinks are on point. :-)

Tough to say anything negative about the neighborhood Starbucks. I stop by a few days a week as this location is extremely close to my office and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Drinks and snacks are prepared quickly and handed off with a smile. Parking is a bit of a challenge if the small lot is full, but being within walking distance, I don’t really have to worry about this. The location is usually clean with plenty of sunny outside seating.

Been coming to this location for years. Walked in this afternoon and noticed the ac wasn’t working. Asked the manager what was up with the ac. He said it was being serviced. Asked the workers and they were merely there to fix the sign and therefore an electrical issue that had nothing to do with ac.
Went to tell him and he then said «it’s working fine and its temperature setting are preset in Seattle. (Mmmmmyeah).
This manager had no idea of what was going on in his store.
Now, I have no problem with the ac not working, stuff happens. But don’t tell me it its being services, and then tell me it’s fine.
You’d think that they could simply tell the clients that walk in or offer a coffee as a gesture.
Bad customer service. Get your stuff together team.
PS now I’m trying to leave but I can’t. My butt is stuck to the seat because I’ve been sweating so much…

I love coming to this Starbucks! The morning staff is great! They’re always fast and friendly. Fi is always smiling and Spring is just wonderful. Bryant, Andy, Cody and Jeremiah are some of the best baristas. This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been! Keep doing what you do guys!

Ok, let’s start out by saying, Fi, Sam, Cody, Jeremiah, Spring, Andy, My little trainer who always remembers my drink, and everyone else at THIS Starbucks… I love you! This is beyond my favorite location. I come here every morning to get my Very Berry Drink and bagel. I can be walking in the door, and they already know what to make. The morning crew at this location is the best! I know I forgot a few names up above, but seriously… EVERYONE is amazing. They are polite, they care about how you’re doing, and they make the best drinks. I’ve been to other Starbucks, and they don’t make the drinks the same. They also aren’t nearly as caring.
The best part about this Starbucks is the same people are always in there every morning, so it’s like a family.
They are always fast, even when it’s busy. I’ve only been there in the morning, so I cant comment on afternoon or evening crews.
This will always be my number 1 Starbucks. :)

My go to place every morning before work. The morning staff is great but the afternoon staff can be a little moody. They always get my drink fast and I’m in and out in no time!

Glad I was just passing through, the service was pretty bad. My drink was made wrong then I had to wait forever for it to be corrected. I frequent other Starbucks locations around LA and employees are usually much quicker. It seemed like there weren’t many customers so maybe they are accustomed to ignoring people.

We love Cristian! Had horrible service and horrible drinks made at the Starbucks on Franklin and came in to the Cahuenga location to ask if they’d remake the drink. and they did! And they were so curious and Cristian gave the greatest customer service and totally cleaned up the other locations mess! Thank you!

Last starbucks before you jump on the 101 fwy coming from Universal or Studio City located in a small strip mall with restaurants and bars. No problem for parking in the morning — but sometimes tough at night since it is competing against the restaurants/​bars in the strip mall.
Pretty good service and both indoors & outdoor seating. Just the parking lot can be tough sometimes. Not bad and average for a starbucks location.
