In over a decade I’ve never had a bad customer service experience at a Starbucks, so this was baffling. The gentlemen in the early morning shift gave me a lot of attitude, was slightly rude even. I didn’t ask for a complicated order or return a drink. Just an average order that ended up ruining my morning.

This is my go-to every single day. Today’s experience was underwhelming to say the least, i ordered a latte like usual and was handed half a cup of foam…(See picture for reference). Really disappointing. Got one for me and one for my coworker and she thought i chugged half of hers bc the cup was so light –_–

I went to 2100 S Atlantic Blvd Monterey Park, CA91754 United States And I ordered an iced smoked butterscotch latte and it tasted like they forgot to put everything else but the expesso and milk. I didn’t drink it until 5 minutes later and I was already on the freeway. In the evening I couldn’t get over the fact the drink was made that poorly. I explained my case to Brandon at this store and he gave me right away. I really appreciated the kind gesture.

Alex is rad. He’s definitely what makes this place great. Parking is frustrating, somehow Glendale keeps finding it’s way here. Inside is clean, comfortable, and there’s a patio. The freaks from the bus stop sometimes will bother you. The locals can be pains in the a$$.

I literally just encountered the rudest barista at this place. I ordered a Tall caramel latte because they didn’t have the caramel brûlée latte anymore, but they had the toppings that go on it, which I love! It’s just harden caramel flakes, so with much excitement I asked for that! Fast forward to me watching him make my drink, I asked if he could put extra on there and he did not respond, so the guy next me to was like«I think he’s focus» and I said«yes, he probably didn’t hear me» then the dude said the rudest thing ever! «I put 10x as much then what we are supposed to» with the worst attitude! First of all you ran out of caramel brûlée latte so it’s not like you’ll be using the topping anyway and second of all, NOBODY was rude to you! Last I checked doesn’t Starbucks have a policy where they have to make the drink the way YOU want it! I will NEVER go to this Starbucks again! Won’t take my money! NOSIR! Stay clear of that barista guys! He didn’t even drizzle caramel sauce on the top either!

Understaffed and improperly managed. Two guys taking drink orders and no one making them. At least 10 drinks in front of me. After waiting 10 minutes I walked out without my drink.

Close to home/walking distance, friendly early morning baristas, nice and clean and great outside patio. 5 or 6 ‘specialty coffee blends’ always available by the cup or pour over. Only reason for 4 stars is because the parking is ridiculous. If you drive here be ready to wait for a spot while hanging half in and out of the driveway off two very busy streets. Otherwise, this Starbucks is one of my favs.

I had an awful time today. This Starbucks was a lovely place to visit and I would recommend it to people; but the parking has caused me to rate it lower then the quality of the beverage and the environment provided. The parking is really rather cramped and I had two inconsiderate people who parked in such a fashion that I was not able to leave in my car without of course, hitting them. Some people might think it’s wrong for me to take this out on the Starbucks in my review, but I think the availability of parking is very important to people around Los Angeles and that sometimes we make our decisions about where to go and what to do based on the idea that we will be able to arrive, find parking, and leave in a timely manner. SO. If this Starbucks is convenient for you, especially if you do not have to drive, come here! I think I spied a clover machine and they can do all sorts of clever things with that. There are two bathrooms, although I believe the door requires a code to enter. There are places for(people) with keyboard equipped devices to spend extended periods of time trying to catch up with the world online. I didn’t notice any of those weird tables with charging circles, but I still consider those to be a novelty more than a necessity. And if you are an old man driving an old Mercedes, please consider pulling all the way in, as you could actually be blocking other cars from pulling out of a parking space.

It’s a nice Starbucks… but…they always seem short-staffed. It’s right around the corner from where I live and on the way to work, so I have the potential to stop here daily. But I don’t. Because most days I go in, there is a long line. Which is pretty typical for any Starbucks… except this line doesn’t move. Everyone who is working there is working as fast as they can, but that’s the problem: there is usually only two(maximum three) people behind the bar. From busy morning times to late afternoon times, they generally seem to have the same staffing. The other Starbucks I frequent usually has four people, and it’s a much tinier store. So I guess this goes to management… get someone else in there to help out your poor employees and customers! We’d all appreciate the extra hands on deck.

I know this place is new, so maybe I should cut them some slack… But I think they need more time to practice getting the drink recipes down pat. Ordered a caramel macchiato that seemed to be lacking in caramel and espresso. Tasted like a cup of milk with a bit of coffee mixed in o. O Does have a small parking lot and looks like a great place to study though

Pros: the employees have always been very nice They serve coffee The location is convenient for me Cons: the line moves very slowly(it usually takes 15 – 20 minutes from the time I wait in line until I receive my order) They often seem understaffed 2 – 3 employees behind the counter My order is incorrect more than at other Starbucks/Coffee Beans
