I was here yesterday for my morning coffee and breakfast sandwich. Unfortunatley, they didn’t have coffee(!!!). Starbucks couldn’t get my lovely soy latte. Understand sometimes this happens but sad experience. 3 star is for at least my sandwich and tea was good.

Long line, sure, but some of the friendliest Starbucks baristas you’ll find in LA. The service here is really impressive and a great boost after wandering around the terminal. The drink menu is a little large for a location like this, including some rare Frappuccino flavors. My Black Iced Tea was perfect, made quickly, and served with a smile.

Five stars for the awesome baristas here. Yes, I’ve noticed that it is a bit slower here sometimes. I really believe it’s due to the alcohol(beer and wine) that slows them down. If the drinks aren’t made correctly they’ll promptly correct that. As a frequent traveler sometimes I don’t want to grab a coffee on a red eye flight and they’ve been awesome to provide a large cup of water at no charge. One of the only places to get that inside this terminal for free.

Slow to the point of outrageous. 30+ people in line, 1 cashier, 1 barista, 3 other employees doing NOTHING, + 1 stocking shelves deliberately slowly to avoid doing something useful.

One star for the happy guy that served me the worst wrap in the world. I had better food on the plane. The only vegetarian option was a feta and spinach wrap. Sounded good but actually contained zero spinach, and the feta was like a big chunk of tofu. I’ve never had food in a Starbucks so maybe that’s normal.

Very slow — could be due to adding wine and beer — service is not gear either — coffee is done from a central auto dispenser — not recommended

Great place for airport employees and passengers to mingle and get some good coffee. The dayshift staff is especially courteous and professional. They make you feel as if you’ve gone to your local mom-and-pop coffee shop next to home.

Their service is slow. There is aways a long line. Usually the wait time is like 15 mins from ordering to picking up the drinks. Some of the staffs attitude are not the greatest and also not the smartest. If you are a traveler, grabbing a drink is ok. Since there is really no other coffee/tea option inside the terminal. For employees, I suggest getting drink somewhere else beside lax sbux. Atleast you don’t have to pay for the jack up price.

The chai is worth the parking and LA traffic. Their recipe is heavy with the ginger and cardamom which makes it stand out from other coffee house chais. The service was pretty good as well, with a quick and friendly group of dudes slinging out beverages to the many thirsty Los Angeleans in line.

This location inside the new Tom Bradley International Terminal departures level(TBIT West) just opened this week. Super convenient for employees of the airport and passengers alike. The first location that opened inside TBIT West was further away around gate 150 and really inconvenient if your boarding gate was on the other side of the new terminal. A far walk for employees also. This location is right in the middle where passenger walk into TBIT West after the duty free shops adjacent to gate 148(the middle gate to the new terminal). Lots of sandwich selections, cold and hot Starbucks drinks, pastries and Starbucks gifts. My Dirty Chai tasted good on my first of many visits!
