They have a Clover, free parking, wifi and lots of seating. More importantly, they have the GREATEST staff. Please note: This is a highly trafficked spot. It is an unusual urban location with a large homeless population. These employees constantly manage challenging situations here… and always impress me with their kindness and professionalism. Please remember to TIP the baristas here — they are navigating a ton of variables with extreme grace under pressure. I live in the neighborhood and they have my respect & admiration. I am always impressed as they have to deal with a lot more than your average coffee spot. They are a great team and deserve commendations from Starbucks HQ.

Pretty insane this Starbucks doesn’t have a bathroom yet is in a high traffic area and provides lots of tables for students to work. The staff is friendly, well most of them at least. I understand there are lots of homeless people in the area but plenty of other Starbucks in the LA area with high volumes of homeless people still have bathrooms for paying customers. I’m not even sure if it’s legal to not have a bathroom. If you want some coffee, sure this Starbucks will do. If u want an environment where you can work on your studies or hold a team meeting or even get anything done requiring you to be here for more than 30 minutes, don’t bother. Or where a diaper. I literally was forced to pee on the side of the building which just promotes the cleanliness of the surrounding streets because this Starbucks doesn’t offer a bathroom to their paying customers.

Just got a cup of coffee in there.
I think this location is one of the best once. Staff is super polite and just awesome. They are quick and they make a good coffee ()you know sometimes even though it’s Starbucks they screw up). But this one is pretty spacious, so if you need to sit there with your laptop, you’ll find a plenty of sits. it is in the heart of hollywood but I’m surprised with the cleanliness of the place.

Nice remodeled Starbucks that feels bigger than it actually is… plenty of seating and a decent sized parking lot. Good lay-​out of the counters allows for pretty good flow of traffic between the ordering and waiting to pick up lines.
Generally very clean and a nice selection of food options. One of my favorite Starbucks locations. Staff has always been friendly, fast and efficient.

You have got to be kidding me!!! This Starbucks have no public restroom! Like wtf? You’re serving coffee to people and you can’t even provide a place for customers to pee in? If I can give this place a half star I would. It doesn’t even deserve a full star. Come on Starbucks! Get your act together or you’ll have Dunkin donuts in every corner! Your coffee isn’t that great to treat customers badly.

They make my clover coffee good sometimes. But the reason for only 2 stars is that they took the restrooms away. As big and busy this place is, that’s ridiculous

The most unfriendly Starbucks staff I’ve seen, I almost confused it with McDonald’s.
Using a muscle or two around your mouth area, once in a while, won’t kill you.

This is my local Starbucks! Starbucks drinks and food are the same across the board so I will review what makes this location different! The employees at this location are awesome. Always friendly and fast and I’ve seen them deal with your standard Hollywood crazies with grace. This location was redone a year or so ago so the interior is pretty nice with lots of seating.
The parking here leaves something to be desired– there is a free lot but it is pretty small. It is a toss up on whether you’ll get a spot easily or have to wait five minutes just to leave the crowded little lot and start looking for metered parking.

The staff here is why I give it 5 stars. Overall it’s a clean spacious location, some issues with the area being at Sunset/​La brea but nothing too crazy and the staff addresses issues when they come up.
Again, the staff here is what I appreciate. Very friendly and also quick service even when it gets very busy. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and think this team is a solid notch above most.

Awesome service. The baristas are always friendly and cheerful. I sometimes call ahead of time to see if they still have a certain sandwich or dessert item in stock and they are more than happy to check and even hold it for me. Its a large space with plenty of room to sit and do work. Its always clean. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks!

Great location and plenty of indoor seating made for a comfortable, relaxing night for my creative senses. I managed to get a seat by the window at the bar which allowed me to people watch on Sunset Blvd. I don’t know what was going on behind me but there always seemed to be a line for the men’s restroom… and one guy left out of there mumbling to himself. It’s Hollywood so sometimes you get those drifters coming in… but that didn’t spoil my night!

Lots and lots of sitting space. Makes this the perfect place to do some studying or get some work done. Just be sure to bring some headphones to drown out the noise.
Parking is pretty bad, and yes, there are quite a few bums around, but they don’t really bother you too much.

Love the new look! The layout is quite nice, there’s a wide charity of nice gift ideas at the front. The blueberry muffins are absolutely delicious!!! My favorite drinks are the pumpkin spice latte and the peppermint mocha twist (twist has the whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles yuuuuum!!!) the staff is super quick and you don’t feel claustrophobic like most of the other Starbucks arrangements. They have nice big tables as well.
