Really bad customer service and the employees seem like they do not like their job. The setup for the coffee amenities was really bad and half the things were empty which caused a bottle neck because people were standing there not knowing what to do. One guy threw his coffee in the trash and yelled at the staff. The staff has to realize we are in a rush and they need to be more attentive to the customers needs.

So sad, no oven here. Drink were ok. Messy condiment bar. Always a long line.

This shop does not have a way to heat food or does it have breakfeast sandwiches. Much need in an airport

Meh… ridiculous busy with several employees that worked very inefficiently. It took me longer to get my Grande with an add shot than all the other people around me with complicated soy, half-caff, sugar free… well, you get the gist. When I was about to see if they forgot about my order, it finally appeared.

Went here to get a frappaccino. McDonalds has a better one! Will not spend this much for crap again! Was tasteless, no coffee flavor at all!

A busy spot for sure but I thought all Starbucks offer free Wi-Fi. Don’t even try, it’s an airport. You’re lucky to find the one you have to pay for. At least the coffee is consistent when I just need something to wake me up. I wasn’t taking a red eye flight but I did get a red eye coffee. 25 cents more than if you were at your local Starbucks. They do know you want your cup of Joe pretty bad.

So what’s different about this Starbucks from the one at every other corner from here to Timbuktu? Let me count the ways. 1. Prices are a tad higher. 2. The baristas have this zombie look like they just ran 10 tough mudders. 3. The condiment station is pretty gross. no sugar or cream for me this time. 4. The lines are long, no wonder people miss their flights. ugh! But alas, you’re stuck at the airport and the options are NIL! might as well sip my overpriced plain ol’ black prepared by a zombie no cream or sugar since i’m afraid of hepatitis waited 20min in line coffee. Can’t wait til they invent caffeine injections!

Ack, unhappy workers, overprice sandwiches($ 8 for a ham and cheese sandwich with limp almost rotten lettuce), overprice coffee. The airport tax is a bit high for mediocre food and coffee.

There’s like three tables here all scrunched into one corner. The rest of the establishment is open floor filled with lots of crumbs. Higher than normal prices. Sucks

Service was slow. They talk amongst themselves about other things. Cashier doesn’t even smile and was super slow. They don’t care about the line building up. And they mess up a green tea latte! – more like a watered down latte. I threw it away couldnt go back since my flight was boarding! And oh airport prices. wow so overpriced!

Only ended up here since the line for McDonalds related mcgriddle Bacon deliciousness was out of sight. This huge line still took ten minutes but it was less than what it would have been for the Bacon infused mcgriddle. Gingerbread latte: ordered without whipped cream. But still came with whipped cream. Fail. And it came without a cooling sleeve on it and none was in sight, it was not stocked. Fail. Cranberry scone: where lard, butter, and bland came to die. Fail. sconeFAIL. Airport quality, yes. It finally happened to my precious Starbucks.

Starbucks at Terminal 7 in Los Angeles International Airport. Helps to have them when you’re coming off the red eye out of Honolulu and need your daily fix to stay awake and sane for the rest of the day. It’s Starbucks, so you know what you’re going to get. Sometimes, the baristas don’t know what they’re doing, so you just need to correct them before handing over your credit card, cash, or iPhone app to pay. It’s in an airport terminal, so there’s not a lot of room to sit down, especially when you have a tight connection anyway.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a … well, you get the point. This may be one of the busiest I’ve seen. They had someone working the line, writing up order slips(which you had to the cashier) and radioing ahead orders. Sounds efficient. Except that they seemed to be making drinks faster than they were ringing them up. I got to the pickup counter and could see at least a dozen finished cups waiting. Plus, since they didn’t take names like most Starbucks do, they had no idea which drink was for which patron. I had to interrupt a barista to ask for my drink, and they had to look through all the finished cups to find it. Fortunately I’d ordered iced … a «hot» drink would’ve been«warm» by the time I got to it. It might help if they didn’t sell the souvenir city/state mugs here. The cashiers kept having to stop to box and bag mugs.

Stopped here in the LAX airport on the way to Boston, MA. This Starbucks is crowded and somewhat chaotic! There are about 3 severs taking your order, 2 cashiers, and 2 baristas working feverishly to get through their lines. Maybe too busy to provide good customer service? Me: «Can I please get a Grande Latte». Server: «What size do you want?» Me: «Grande» I orderd the Grande Late. They must have accidentally put 3 – 4 shots of espresso in this ½ filled drink of milk. Thanks for keeping me awake on my 6 hour flight from LAX to Boston!

I paid more for water here than I did a cup of cocoa. ‘Nuff said.

This Starbucks is located in Terminal 7 of LAX — in the food court area. Ordered a Grande Coffee Bold here — with room for cream. Strong and tasty! Got my brain firing on all cylinders! Service was prompt!

I always appreciate a convenient Starbucks — this one was a bit of a let down in the food department. They don’t do the breakfast sandwiches or have a lot of options.

I’ll take it as a compliment that I ordered nonfat and got quintuple cream instead. The barrista must think I look too skinny, and here in LA that’s saying something. That or she is really as not into her job as she appeared and only barely paid attention to my existence let alone my order. I’m so skinny! Woo!
