The best cold brew I ever tried! That’s what you need to start your day. The service is nice and fast. I like this place.

I went to this Starbucks around 12 – 1 pm. Worst time to go. Business people & students crowded the place. I waited approximately 15 minutes for my green tea lemonade & came back to my office smelling like coffee. The employees were hustling. I saw a barista rushing & she caught that she made a mistake making someone’s drink & remade it. Good hardworking staff. Again I came at a busy time so of course there was mess but I still rate 4⁄5 for good customer service.

Long lines always. In the middle of the busiest cross roads, you have to park your car for a brief time to pick up your app ordered drink that you ordered 30 min ago, only to find out its not done or came out wrong. This happened to me more than half the time. Thus no point for app order. They should hire smarter employees cause they never do things right.

Never had a bad service here. And i always get the time consuming Starbucks reserve coffee made with the Clover Machine. Its quick and its just perfect! Coffee that’s made right! Try the Ethiopia Guji, Nicaragua or the sumatra! If they have the seasonal rare Kona, you should definitely get it! I hate the typical strong burnt coffee here but i am completely happy with the reserve beans + Clover!

I’m giving this place a –5 Stats but since we can’t give a review unless you put a star. Ever time I come in it’s busy and this place is still short staff. This time I placed my order ahead of time. It’s a new thing if you have a Starbuck’s gold card that you can place your order & just pick up your order. All we get there and one of the coffee was so not ready & it was a reg grande pike coffee. Very disappointed not only their slowness but with their new offer. If your not in hurry then you wont mind coming in here for your coffee.

Words cant explain how much i hate this starbucks. Slowest employees ever. Never get my order right. And when i let them know that its missing something they just stare at you and fix it ith the worse face ever yet it still taste like crap. Ive literally walked out of this place about 4 times dissatisfied.

What can I say, products and service are standard for a Starbucks. This one tends to always be over crowded which makes for long lines and waiting periods for your drink. If you’re in a hurry, do not go to this Starbucks.

Awful. Wait 15 minutes in line to wait another 10 for a drink. Understaffed and poorly managed. More than that, just a waste of time. Coffee bean across the street has me in+out in 3 minutes.

Just a typical Starbucks. I orders my usual white chocolate mocha and it was good as always. One star off because the baristas are so lazy they grabbed a iced coffee that someone didn’t pick up and gave it to another lady with a pump of syrup and said here’s your sweetened iced coffee and said it was the same thing. If I were here they would get 1 star. But I’m not

I get a starbucks on a daily basis if not twice. I always get iced chai latte or vanilla latte, and this barista, i dont know what nasty syrup he put in my iced chai latte but it was bitter as hell!

Be prepared to wait 15 min for your drink during rush hour… maybe they need more than 2 baristas making drinks.

Slow service. 2 drinks took 15 minutes. With 4 people behind the counter drinks should be coming out much faster. Especially on a Saturday morning with medium traffic. I’d hate to see how this place performs during the work week.

Olivia — Store manager on duty literally stood aside and chatted with another female worker as one of her male employees sweated and worked the entire beverage bar. At least 20 drinks were lined, awaiting to be made, customers on standby, yet Craig is the only barista actually working and working hard. Other than the cashier, Lizzie, whom was extremely friendly and quick. I would highly recommend considering a new manager/shift leader. Whichever position miss Olivia holds. Even after asking her why he was the only barista working, she explained. «I’m on break.» Very interesting experience for the Starbucks franchise.

I’ve been coming here since it opens. Staffers are friendly and know what they are doing. Especially Luis, one time I wanted to try something new and he modified a drink to my less sugar request. It was perfect. The –1 star was for the cleanliness. It’s a very busy place and there are quite a few transients hangout around there. Thank goodness for the preorder function on the iPhone app!

PARKING : street parking PLACE: its alright, the table outside is always NOT clean. there’s always available seat inside and outside. SERVICE: it’s always hit or miss here because the staff can be nice and some are simply lazy, one male who works here that i always hope that everytime i need to get my coffee i am hoping he’s not there. he is not helpful at all even its not busy and he got some serious poor costumer service. BEVERAGE: *I like there Frappuccino, caramel machiato *café mocha is bland TIPS *if you sign up in starbucks application you get free drinks or food * sign up in there aps to get discount and get points whenever you purchases in the store using starbucks pay aps *you get free refill when you become green level which you need at least 5 or 7 star i believe(meaning 7 points, 1 star per transaction depends on the promo during the month) *your free refill can be hot coffee, ice coffee or tea, The TEA is THEWORST must avoid it taste like toothpaste in cold water with syrup, yikes! *check your points in your aps time to time because sometimes they dont credit your points which you can los if you dont pay attention and if they didnt credit it, you can call the customer service to give your lost points.

Employees are not very nice. Below average for a Starbucks. I ordered a frappuccino with a shot of espresso and I received a vanilla bean latte. The ice is completely melted. If I wanted a latte I would’ve ordered a latte not a frappuccino.

So I had posted this review 5 months ago but I had posted it on the wrong starbucks… So I’m reposting it here because Jesse works here and he is literally the greatest barista of all time. He’s literally the only reason I keep coming back here because I get so excited for the fun things he puts up with and writes on my drinks. Starbucks I love you– Jesse you are the greatest EVER!!! the following is my review from 5 months ago! and I still mean every word: so. im a frequent starbucks-er. who isn’t. crazy people; thats who. but let me tell you… this is the first time I’ve ever considered Unilocaling a starbucks. i didnt even know they had a Unilocal page. I LOVETHISSTARBUCKS… better yet. I LOVEJESSE! he is officially my favorite starbucks barista in the history of starbucks baristas. starbucks, if you’re reading this — promote him, give him a raise, name a drink after him… i don’t know. but yea — you can’t really go wrong with starbucks drinks, but the service here officially makes this my favorite starbucks!

They finally opened a Starbucks close to where I work! They just opened and are across from the Wilshire/Vermont station so there have been long lines at peak hours. Interior’s clean and new with stool seating and a long table /a few window seats and outdoor seating as well. Great that they have plugs too for those who like to work at coffee stores

I’m a coffee bean fan, but try this mix for something good to drink — caramel crunch frappuchino with hazelnut flavor :) It’s a nice location, but it’s also across the way from Coffee Bean
