I’ve been to this location a few times. I love Starbucks and even after mess ups I’m still in love, but I’m done with this location. Second time I have ordered the same drink and it’s made incorrectly. I ordered a iced Carmel macchiato upside down. It tasted like sweet milk. The first time the barista apologized nicely and instead of making a new one I just offered to put an extra shot in and it tasted somewhat better. This time AGAIN it was like sweet milk. I ordered 2 and 1 was ok the other was the sweet milk. I told the barista and she was pretty rude at first even my boyfriend agreed. She made a new one and it tasted better. Like actual espresso. She said«oh well when I made your drinks I used both machines and maybe 1 is pulling more espresso and the other isn’t» umm? Ok I guess that could make sense, but that means this problem happens often. I’m not going to be coming back to this one anymore.

So crowded you can’t move(not their fault but worth mentioning) So every time I come it takes 10 – 15 minuets. I’m a barista, I think I have a pretty good idea of how long it should take, they just don’t work efficiently at all. So I thought ok, I’ll start mobile ordering. 3 times I mobile order, and they gave me the wrong drink, after they would let me wait for 5 minuets before acknowledging I’m trying to tell them I have a mobile order. They gave me iced drinks twice when I requested a hot drink, and a hot drink when I requested an iced drink. It says it on the ticket clearly, and on my app what I ordered… Yet they still do it wrong. But when you purposely mobile order because you’re in a hurry, you don’t have time to have them take an extra God only knows how long to remake your drink. Get it together. oh, one last thing. Try to take off your hats and aprons when you walk around the mall gossiping and bashing your co workers with some colorful language. Especially when you’re a supervisor.

warning… this post is being written in much anger. Today i had to go to the apple store and of course wait for hours. So i decided to grab some starbucks and chill while i waited. So i order what I order EVERYSINGLEDAY… a skinny vanilla latte, cold, no ice. The cashier charged me extra. Seriously so over this bs. I am also extremely over these rude Starbucks baristas in northridge(the mall). Both locations have the most angry unprofessional baristas ever. I am not paying extra for what i order every single day. Coffee Bean got my business today.

I work for Starbucks and I felt bad for these partners. It was 3:30 on a Friday with a line out the door and only two people on the floor hustling. I saw one partner come out who looked like a shift and go right back into the back. And then another partner just cleaning. I want to say good job to the two partners out there working. I believe one was named Martha.

ATTENTIONLISTINGPROSANDCONS Of course everyone loves the idea of starbucks in a mall but the line is super long. But the coffee and fraps taste the same and good as always. It is nice to get coffee or a frap after a long day of shopping. Well today there was a cashier named J****. I think he was new but he absolutely did not know anything he was doing. We had to wait 10 minutes just to tell him our order and the christmas sale. So it is okay but just make sure to go to the right cashier.

This happened to me today — Twice! Once just after a rude Starbucks customer service manager started a case and promised to send an email with a case ID — but never did. After telling me multiple times that it is my fault, accepting no responsibility, and promising a prompt 30DAY refund after I closed my account. Giving up the gold card — not doing business with a company that cares so little for customer security and has inept, rude customer service representatives. My Starbucks app was most likely hacked in this store since this was the last place I used it and it has not been used since early November. Please take the payment information off your Starbucks app. OR buy coffee somewhere else. Starbucks’ facebook account would not let me post there, so I am off to Peet’s or coffee bean!

Whoever thought up a Starbucks in the mall was a genius. After a long day of shopping it is a perfect idea to hit the road Starbucks ready.

The cashier was very friendly. The place is located inside the mall so it is not huge as regular Starbucks locations. I took advantage of their mini which is a good size to drink while strolling around the mall.

Starbucks!!! Who doesn’t love coffee. I know this may sound too much but what I always order is a Venti Caramel Frap with 4 pumps of mocha blended into it. With whip cream top and bottom with extra Caramel Sauce around the cup. Whheeww! And that’s exactly how I say it. With that being said. They always get my order right! I always leave a happy customer. And even if you don’t like how you drinks were made. The plus side about Starbucks is. Just let them know what’s wrong with your drink and they will always fix it. :) The lines can ofcourse get a little long. C’mon people understand that your not the only one wanting a coffee fix. Patience is the key my friend :)

Quick service, clean store. When the urge sets in, don’t hesitate to stop in. The baristas were energetic, the latte was perfect and the WiFi was trouble free. I’m glad I live right down the street from such a cozy spot.

I work in the mall so I am always here and it’s always busy. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Whoever is complaining about the wait needs to grow up. It’s busy people want their coffee and it’s in the mall. I spilled my tea and they gave me another for free when I was willing to pay so very nice thanks guys!

Busy, busy, busy :/but hey it’s the mall wouldn’t expect nothing different. Welp Unilocal. My tip says it all. But really the low rating is due to the fact that every time I come here, they cannot get my drink order correct. EVERYTIME! I guess because it a «partial» on the menu item and the other part is following directions. Either way, all bad. But if you are getting the typical popular drinks, its all good. Or basically anything imprinted on their actual menu, they get it right. So, its give or take. Not a bad Starbucks at all they just have a bit of a problem with thinking outside of the box :)

Considering its at a mall, this place stays very busy but the staff are definitely on point. The line moved quickly and I had my drink in less than 10 minutes.

After a busy day of shopping, you’ll need a little thirst quencher or some caffeine to get your body moving to spend… spend…spend. Where do you go?! Why even ask?! All you have to do is just visit the Starbucks at Northridge Fashion Center. You’ll find Starbucks on the first floor near JcPenny. This location can get very busy at certain peak weekends and after work hours. If you do see a line extend outside the Starbucks, it can go fast and/or slow. There are tables outside of the Starbucks, but with the many people waiting in line to order or to pick up the drink. I’d prefer just going to the benches or going upstairs to the food court and sit down. The pickup area is very tight and you may not hear your name if you are not in the store. Sometimes I feel sorry that this Starbucks is understaffed. So many orders and so many tasks to do to fulfill multiple order. If you see me, I’ll usually order my Grande Passion or Green Ice Tea. It would be nice if there were two Starbucks. One at the current position and another one at the end near Pacific Theatres. Summer is coming and I am sure the Frappuccino orders will increase tremendously and this will be the busiest store in the mall. You think I write too much? Well, you can call me a Unilocal-O-Holic!

This Starbucks is generally pretty busy but that is just the nature of the business. At least there is some java enjoyment in the Mall to enjoy while shopping. This is not your typical place to sit and chat with friends. The seating is limited but it doesn’t bother me. I just want my coffee and go. All of the flavors and quality are there so you will be happy to the last drop.

The staff here works quickly and the drinks always come out great. The reason for the three stars is because you can NEVER get a place to sit here to save your life, unless you’re planning to sit outside on a nearby restaurant’s furniture. If you’re looking to grab coffee and get out. stop here. If you’re looking to catch up on a good conversation or use your laptop, go somewhere else. Wish they had more seating, otherwise I would be here a lot!
