Recently Starbucks opened up another location across from Pershing Square. Prior to the new store the service at this location was great. They knew your name, remembered your order (if you were a regular) and we’re quick.
It now seems like the staff that remains have no sense of urgency and do not care about customer service. I personally have witnessed orders incorrectly taken and or forgotten with no apology. While I remain hopeful that whomever is in charge will do something about it. I would suggest you visit the new store if you want your orders timely and correct.

This Starbucks is in a perfect location for all of us that work in this building. Very conveniently on the concourse level. It use to get really packed during morning rush hour but now with a new Starbucks opening a block away it is much more manageable to stop by and get something. The staff is fairly friendly here and if you are a usual they will remember you by name. Even though its a small little location they do have plenty of food «on the go» options. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to those in the area.
*As usual the biggest issue is parking if your driving in the area. So hopefully you have checked here on Unilocal to see its actual location.

Ehh… what happen? There were 3 staff on hand and the cashier didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. The staff all look super grumpy and a bit rude. I dont think I will return to this Starbucks anytime soon… even though I work in the building.

This place is crowded… always.
It is very convenient to have a starbucks in the building. But since it’s so convenient, everyone in the building takes advantage of it rather than walking across the street outside to coffee beans so that means this place is always crowded so expect long lines.
Other than that, this is just like any other regular Starbucks.

I don’t visit this Starbucks often, once a month or less. Today, I wanted to have coffee with less milk, they gave us a coffee with a cup almost full of foam, so I had to come back, in trying to ask a question to the women making the coffee she didn’t even let me say anything, immediately she said with a very rude tone of voice «I KNOW how to make cappuccinos.»
I feel this Starbucks treats their regular clientele nicer and the rest NOT very nice, and cordial. They didn’t even apologize for making me the wrong coffee.

My coworkers and I are regulars at this Starbucks (in the gas co building) and they are always very nice to us and have memorized our orders! Does that mean we come too often? I don’t care, we need our coffee.
Danny in particular is so kind to everyone who comes by! It must be hard to be so peppy in the morning, especially when people are so grumpy because they haven’t had their caffeine fix yet, so shoutout to Danny!

This is bunker hill’s best starbucks. Serving up the US bank tower and all cross traffic near the 5th x Grand location, this crew is friendly, fast, and on point.
They’re located in the same ground-​level plaza as Mendocino Farms. They have a separate person getting food, orders, and making drinks, so even at the morning caffeine rush, you are in and out in a jiffy, without feeling rushed. They still say hi, good morning, how are you, and have a nice day. They’ve even drawn smiley faces on the top of my drink amidst morning chaos, which made my day :)

Nice and friendly service. We even got a recommendation for what to try the next time. It’s inside an office building so you can miss it easily. It gets moderately busy from all the sleep-​deprived workers around but otherwise, it’s the Starbucks of choice for a lot of my coworkers.

I always get great service here, even when its busy. They always have smiles and they are very efficient. It’s so conveniently located in the building that I work in and makes it too tempting to get everyday. My lattes are always consistent. One of my favorite Starbucks location, next to the original in Seattle.

This Starbucks is located inside an office building — so it’s hard to see from the street.
This is a great place to come for coffee and espresso if you are staying at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles — it’s right across the street from the Hotel.
There is another Starbucks on the same block as the Millennium Biltmore Hotel — but it’s a bit farther down the block.
Had a couple of Grande coffees here, plus an iced triple shot latte — strong and delicious! Service was good!

I work too close to this Starbucks, so when I’m happy I go to Starbucks, when I’m sad I go to Starbucks, when I’m thirsty, hungry, sleepy, angry… ah crap I’m always at this Starbucks!
I mean lets be honest, we don’t drink coffee for the taste, we drink it because it’s one of the only legal drugs that helps us get through our work days!!!
Thank God their friendly and the service is always great!
