This place deserves an update. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for 4 years. I’ve seen employees that have been there forever, and I see new employees come in and out all of the time. For the most part all of the employees here are great! They always remember my usual order. When they see me come in they fill my waters up for me because they already know that I always order two waters with my drinks. They serve with a smile! The employees here are always nice and seem happy to serve my coffee. :)

I love this location. It can get busy in the mornings and in the afternoons but nothing to do about that. The staff is always pretty prepared and handles it well. Seating can be tricky during these peak times but I have had zero issue at other times during the day. The baristas are amazing. There have been numerous times where I am feeling experimental and they give me their favorite random drink they’ve messed around with in the back and it always ends up being delicious and something I order again and again so I appreciate them taking the extra step to be gracious and observant servers.

I actually really love this location. Its a very friendly environment, the staff are very polite. When asking for your name if they can’t figure out how to spell ur name they will ask how do u spell it. This location is a great place for studying or working. They have a large out door patio, and a large space inside.

This location gets a lot of the morning crowd passing through. The staff is always friendly and efficient even though they get slammed. I’ve been to others in the area and they aren’t so nice. One time another location told me that Starbucks no longer makes decaf beans… Now isn’t that the weirdest thing. It’s not true but why would he say that?

I love this Starbucks!!! It’s clean and welcoming. My coffee is always consistent (not like other locations) Angie the manager is very professional and friendly. The staff is great and proficient and I’m usually in and out very quickly even when it’s busy.

Great enthusiasm with the staff on a busy morning is always awesome.

I noticed this Starbucks has some terrible reviews. I guess it varies depending on when you go and who serves you. I went in today to study and write a paper. The lady at the counter was really nice to me. I got my free birthday beverage and she talked me into getting the vent sized beverage (duh, it’s free). The ambiance inside isn’t the greatest, but it’s really not that bad. There is plenty of sunlight that comes in from outside which works for me. I would definitely go back this location.

Love love love this Starbucks. They are never out of any of their baked goods or sandwiches. They make their drinks perfectly. All of the baristas are friendly, but Derek always brightens my day. He’s super nice and has a great welcoming smile.
Sometimes this location can get a bit busy so may take a little longer for your drink to be made. The parking can also be a bit tough. There is a parking lot, but it’s shared with a Vons, Subway, Rite Aide and a few other establishments so if you’re opposed to walking more than 10 feet, you may get upset, but I love walking so scoring a spot on the other side of the center doesn’t bother me.
All in all, def one of my favorite Starbucks and conveniently close to my work :)

They used to be really quick on weekdays but maybe it’s a new crew or something so they are slower and the line is out the door. It’s nice that they give you a free drink for your bday if you have the Starbucks app and register with them. And they tell you when you have free songs and apps to download which is awesome. This location looks great since the remodel about 17 months ago.

Starbucks is always fine — you’re just there to get your drink and/​or snack. In this case, I’ve always gone here in the mornings before work and the people in the Starbucks are doing the same. Everyone is just grabbing something before work.
So, there is pretty much always a short wait to receive your drink but never too bad. Service is pretty prompt.

Will never stop by here again even though it’s the closest to my home. Baristas take forever to just get simple coffee and they didn’t have dark roast at 12 in afternoon and instead of brewing it like most Starbucks locations do, they said they’ll brew dark roast again at 3 .
They didn’t apologize, had to wait 15 mins in line to get pike place when I wanted dark roast and another 5 mins to have the barista bring out half and half milk because it wasn’t stacked in the condiment corner.
Really bad staff will not come here again .
Rather go to the one on Washington even though it’s a drive but it’s worth it.

Every time I’ve been here, morning, afternoon, or evening, there always seems to be a line. If you know of a nice and slow time, let me know people! Thanks in advance.
Because they are always so busy, they run out of things quickly. I don’ know how many times I’ve been here and they ran out of my spinach squares, or ham and cheese squares. I just want my squares.
I’ve even had squares of their breakfast sandwiches being out. The Horror!
I do love the service here though. Always friendly and if they make your order wrong, they always give you a coupon for a free drink next time.

Nice remodel. Actually, too nice cuz there’s nowhere to sit! Looks like they have room for Clover, but really, I didn’t see it on their menu. The Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal came out well, if maybe not as hot as I’d like it. (Course, the accouterment of fruits, berries, nuts, agave et al may have lessened the heat).
It gets crowded after school, too, I felt I was standing in line with most of the lacross team, or something. And there wasn’t much room to sit. The shareable tables were booked. Eventually, the armchairs opened up, and I was happy to settle in for an hour of phone and net work.
Parking lot is busy, so be patient. There are many other businesses in this mini mall.

I am not a big coffee drinker, though I do love their frapuccinos, it’s just been years since I’ve had one. What I do come here for are the other purchases — music CDs, holiday ornaments, souvenir gifts, and very rarely the food in the deli cases. The gift cards also make great gifts or stocking stuffers too! This location has big parking lot with it because it is in a strip mall for a Rite Aid, Vons, 76 gas station, mail box place, nail salon, Papa Johns, chinese restaurant, laundromat/​dry cleaning, with Taco Plus and Sushi Zo next door too.

As a former Starbucks employee (’06-’09) and avid drinker of the brand, this is hands down my favorite Starbucks in LA.
The staff here is super friendly, always on the ball with the drinks, and very quick to move people out the door. I had only been coming to this particular store for a couple of months before I was on a first name basis with many of the baristas. They always helped make my morning before heading into work a little bit better.
I recently moved, and was super bummed when I saw my new route would make this location incredibly inconvenient for me. And I’m still bummed. My new local store pales in comparison to these guys.
Thanks to Ben, Ralph, Alex, and all the rest of the group for making all those mornings better. Miss you guys!
