Great service and beautiful outdoor seating area. Barista corrected the order when it was not made to our specification. Daniel and Shayne serve each drink with a smile and a side of humor. They even gave us a free drink coupon for the inconvenience.

Closes at 6pm. No gift cards accepted here. Customer service could definitely improve but not bad. Good drinks. Only had to take a drink back once and when I got it back it was awesome. I will definitely come back whenever I’m in the area. Close to jersey mikes so I like to pick up a sandwich and coffee frap before I hit the road. This location is really convenient. Parking could be more plentiful but that appears out of their control. At least security doesn’t hassle you if you get dropped off and your ride makes their own space while waiting.

We stopped by a few minutes before 6pm. We ordered and the lady made our coffees too HOT than when I went to sit down at one of the tables she was rude and said«we are already closed». I would never come back to this Starbucks if she is behind the counter again.

They close at 6pm and if you show up a minute before closing and don’t realize you’re their last customer the passive aggressive bitch troll behind the counter will make your lattes 1000 degrees hot to the point of burning the back of your throat. Thank god I’m never coming back here again.

This place should not be called a Starbucks! First, the do not accept the Starbucks rewards card… they tell u they are not a Starbucks owned store but a residence inn store… then why would you call it Starbucks since you are not? Also, the people at the counter are very rude and condescending, something I have never seen anywhere else! This place should clearly not belong to the Starbucks brand, very bad experience!

They just opened this starbucks a few months ago, and it opened with attitude on day 1. I used to have to walk down the street to Starbucks and thought this new one here, right by Jersey Mike’s would be a great convenience since it’s just downstairs from my office. Time and time again, I feel a completely different vibe in this place. Today they ran out of coffee at 4pm… so i waited and they forgot about me. Had to remind them. They also don’t serve all 3 coffee’s available throughout the day. I’ve asked about that and they just say, «Oh those other coffee’s don’t sell… only pikes place sells.» OK… well how come the Starbucks down the road sells all 3 varieties all day. Evidently it sells fine down the street… and how does he know it doesn’t sell… they’ve been only selling pikes roast after 12pm, since they opened. I’ve had attitude from several different people who work at this location as well. If you don’t tip, you get the stink eye. A buddy of mine asked a guy once for«ice water,» the guy didn’t respond, so he politely asked the question again and the dude snapped, «HOLDON, I HEARDYOUTHEFIRSTTIME… just give me a sec.» Dude, you’ve only worked at this spot less than 3 months, how can you be so hostile already? I get it that people have off days. I’ve tried this place time and time again thinking«ok this time it will be better,» only to be proved wrong. They also don’t offer discounts to employees in the area, which the other Starbucks does. Granted saving $ 0.25 on coffee isn’t a big deal, but its nice when an employee of starbucks says«hey you work in the area right? I’ll give you the discount.» It makes you feel connected to the place. Unfortunately this place is packed with some sort of hipster attitude where the whole theme is «we look down on you, our customers.» In my case, I’ve decided to skip this place and go down the street to the Starbucks in the hotel(6101 W Century Blvd — or you could go across the street to the Marriot which also has a Starbucks) where the staff in both of those alternative locations is quite nice, the vibe is peaceful and they have coffee… Basically, this spot next to Jersey Mikes, has the vibe of those Starbucks run at a grocery store… the whole attitude, lack of service, not providing multiple roasts throughout the day and even running out of coffee.

Once a week, I take a short walk from my office to this location. Nice break from my computer. It’s located right outside of the brand spankin’ new Residence Inn Los Angeles LAX/Century Boulevard Hotel. Great service with a smile, in and out– no lines. They offer a great selection of pre-packed food items and they also sell tumblers, reusable cups and such.
