I had the worst experience in this place. The sales person Alejandra sold me a waist trainer. And I asked her the size and told her I need a medium size she looked through the rack and said the one she was holding was a medium. I went home and tried it and to my surprise its small. I called the store talk with her for exchange she said her boss is calling her and she hung up on me. I went the next day she wasn’t there and the lady in the store told me she is off and started scolding me about my folding(I agree I am not the best at it) but is it necessary to say that to a customer I told her I need to exchange it and she told me they don’t have my size and there is a no refund. I asked for the manager or owner and she said she is in charge I pleaded with her I even offered to pay the difference for another item but she refused. I even suggested if she could call another store or ware house. She said I can take the large and that is what she can do. After spending minutes arguing the other sales girl intervenes and finally they called the owner and they refunded me. thank you but I will never ever go back and I suggest look before you buy…

All of the lingerie stores down the center of Santee have the same items but this place has a greater variety in colors as well as pricing.(IE: I found fishnets in LA Kings purple and Dodgers blue.) The employees are nicer and more knowledgeable about the items that are not currently in stock. Prices are great if you’re stocking up, replenishing supplies or looking for Halloween misc items. Leg Avenue fishnets are apx half off or more of any retail shop. A bargain and a bacon dog on the way out? I call it a good day.
