ordered the bundle satellite TV and Internet, never got the Internet go esle where. well my wife ordered the bundled package dish satellite tv and internet.
and some how our internet was never installed and can not get it installed.
and can not fiquire why either. very stupid. my wife has talked to customer support but has got no where.

I Totally did not know that DISH TV did the same bate and switch that Direct TV is accused of in their commericials that I have already heard, at least a dozen times in the last 24 hours. They sucked me in a year ago with one rate but then, with-​in a month, they begin raising the monthly rates. Now, one year later, my monthly rate has almost doubled. I contacted then by telephone and I am told, when I initially started their service, I had a promotional rate. It is now ended but what was most upsetting to me was that I have a 2 year contract and as stated earlier, I am only one year into this. I would have a stiff fee for canceling the contract early (which is what I want to do). I have a limited, set income and being a disabled senior, the regular monthly fee is hard to pay and of course, there are no programs, to assist the low income person. I feel that I was met with dishonesty. Now I am stuck with DISH TV and a service that is much, much worse than the competator. It seems like Dish TV is the one that has initiated this deceptive way of doing business. Dish Tv makes me sick everytime I have to listen to that aweful commercial !!! They are so dishonest in the beginning !!!

Absolute worst service ever. The Internet service is the absolute worst… huge waste of money!!! Ripoff
