The perfect experience after a long day of meetings. I splurged with the 90 minute massage. Every second was bliss.

Alice is everything you want in a masseuse giving attention to all the little details that often get forgotten. She was not hurried and addressed all the problems spots I had asked her to work on. It felt like the oil she used had been warm, no cold hands. Aromatherapy was part of her routine but not overpowering. Massaged my face which you don’t usually get unless you get a facial but why? Your face is part of your body. Wish she worked in my state. I’d be a regular.

I bought my girlfriend and I a romantic couples massage for her birthday. We both agree that it was the best massage we have ever received! The therapists felt our bodies for where we had pain and were very attentive curing us. We felt super relaxed and would definitely go back!

Came to LA for wife’s convention. She set me up with a full body massage and gentlemen’s facial. Very pleasant experience and both partitioners were amazing. Would definitely recommend using the spa.

Booked two massages for my boyfriend and his best friend for their birthday’s. Julia was very helpful with booking the appointments. The guys were very happy with their massages. They said Malik and Alice were terrific! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was surprised to find out that there were no spa amenities. Not even showers. This is my fault for not asking. I just assumed that a spa in a hotel of the Omni’s caliber would be more full service. It would have been helpful to have been told this at the time of booking since we were not staying in the hotel. Now we know for next time.

Had the ultimate facial with Pat. She was very attentive and was clearly very knowledgeable. My skin was so soft the next day! Would definitely recommend service from the omni spa. I would definitely return. My only small complaint would be that it felt a little rushed at the beginning(though I had a very late appointment) and there wasn’t much time spent going over what I needed/expected. But overall great service!

Wonderful experience. Quiet nice treatment room. Great therapists. I’m working all day and getting pampered in the evening.

The facial I received was excellent! My aesthetician made great suggestions, and I even got a free brow and upper lip wax as my complimentary add-ons for checking in! I left feeling pampered and was so happy they could book my appointment that same day in the evening. Glad they could do a relatively late facial as I came back from my conference and business happy hour at 7pm! Very accommodating. My only complaint is that I guess I was expecting this«spa» at a high-end hotel to be more than just treatment rooms(which it is) — after a long day, I was hoping to use a steam room and jacuzzi but neither are present, just an outdoor pool and it was drizzling outside.

Took my wife here in Valentine’s Day for a couples massage while staying at the hotel. They really worked with us to fit us in and accommodate our schedule. The staff was super nice and even got us a late check out at the hotel so we could fit In our massage. One of the best massages I’ve had. They really tailor it to your needs and worked out all the knots. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the fact there are no facilities… it’s strictly treatment rooms. But as stated before, the massage was excellent!

Monica was amazing! I have been to several hotel spas and this one was by far the best I have had. I would recommend using the BeWell Spa if you are staying at the Omni Hotel. It definitely made my stay more enjoyable!

The spa at the Omni was by far the best part of the hotel. I went down there for a 2-hour massage that included brush exfoliating, feet and head massage, and the be well body massage. The whole experience was so relaxing that I was on the verge of falling asleep several times. And then when it was done, I was shocked at how cheap it was! I figured it would be over-priced, being in a hotel, but it was cheaper than some other spas I’ve gone to in small towns. If you need to unwind a little while at the Omni, treat yo self.

Service rendered: 90 minute Be Well Massage Pros: 1) Location of the hotel is very easy to get to from the Pershing Square Metro stop. Make sure to take the exit that everyone else is NOT taking; the less busy exit is the one closest to the Omni. 2) The massage therapist’s shoulder technique. I carry all of my stress in my neck and shoulders, and Zachary worked the hell out of these areas. He was very attentive and knew when to use less pressure. 3) Minimal use of massage oil. In my many massage experiences, therapists who use little oil tend to have the best technique. Cons: 1) The door to the Spa was locked. A hotel guest was able to open it with a hotel key card.(I live in the area so I wasn’t staying there.) I think I was supposed to knock, though. 2) No showers. Summary: Zachary is unequivocally the nicest massage therapist ever. My neck and shoulders are feeling much better now!
