The doctors here may be great, but you can’t get in touch with them. I’ve been constantly disappointed by the electronic health records system and phone access at this practice.
I literally have to call 5+ times to get a human, if I get one at all. Voicemails are never returned, contrary to the message saying calls are returned in 24 hours.
I couldn’t get into the patient portal and wasn’t able to fix it because no one answers the phone. Parking in the building is expensive. You get advertisements on your billing receipts and during checkin on a «health tablet.»
The receptionist said they have been having phone system problems because they are switching to a new one. But I’ve been a patient since August and have constantly had issues getting in contact.
Everyone at the office is friendly, but what’s the point if you can’t get in touch when you need it?
